I initially went there to get a quote on bumper repair on damage from two years ago, and they were a huge help in explaining the damage and what my next steps should be since it was worse than I realized. I never got the chance to follow up before I was in an accident that caused pretty bad damage. The police wanted me towed to one place, my insurance wanted me towed elsewhere, but I specifically wanted to go here because they d looked at my bumper and been so patient in explaining things before (I believe Jose specifically was the one who helped initially). Even though my car did end up being totaled, the team were so helpful and kind during this extremely stressful time. They recognized me when I came in to clean out the car even though I d only met that specific gentleman once before (when signing paperwork for the repairs) and one of them even helped me with carrying items from the old car to the one I am temporarily using and helped me double check that nothing got left behind. He also helped me back out so I could leave, since it was a bit of a tight fit where I d parked and I wasn t used the car I was driving. They also said that, if my insurance didn t need my license plate of the car, they d remove them and give them to me. Overall, the kindness they ve shown made me feel better during an otherwise overwhelming time and I can t thank them enough for their help and for explaining everything to me each step of the way

By far the best, most reliable, hard working and honest auto mechanic I ve ever found. We followed Jim to his new business, Ridge Auto Body & Repairs, from his previous shop, Automotive Solutions, in Mount Holly, which was less than a block away. Continuing to have Jim work on our cars is worth the longer round trio of 45 minutes!

They worked on my Audi recently and they did an amazing job finding the issue and fixing it, now my car drives amazingly, after driving away I heard a rattle, I asked if I could come back and they said that I could! I went back and they fixed my exhaust that was basically falling off and they did it quickly, they deserve a 5 star rating on their good work

These guys do everything! No matter whether you had a fender bender , brake problems, or an engine blow up. These guys are always there no matter what is wrong. Not many old school shops around anymore. Most people just want to sell you stuff you don't need! These guys are on the level. Trust me. They have done work on at least three of my vehicles. Car was impounded and towed by ridge auto who was nothing but rude and nasty through the process. Twenty thousand dollars worth of damage was done to my suspension by a tow truck operator who clearly does not need to be touching cars he or she does not have any experience or knowledge of. Called and was told that it couldn t be anyones fault but mine. I was also stolen from in the process. Received my car back with a bag completely ransacked and items missing.On top of all that the customer service here is absolutely disgusting. Horrible to say the least. Good luck if you choose ridge!

Trustworthy! Reliable, friendly, very courteous. The most important thing to me is that I know they are truthful. I can trust what they say about my cars. They never try to pressure me into spending more money, either. Their prices are reasonable and their work is excellent.They call promptly, tell you what you need to know, and communicate extremely well.They will drive me and my kids home (4 miles) every time they work on my vehicles.If they tell you your vehicle will be ready tomorrow, it will be.5 stars!

Their expertise in bodywork is fantastic. Hurricane Michael cause damage to my new car, and Joe did a beautiful job of repairing the truck, rear quarter panel and roof. They worked directly with the insurance company. They have helped with the return of rental cars.Ridge is very reasonable for automotive repairs, also.I have referred Ridge to many people and those people were happy with their cars.

In a pinch, an hour from home, I called ridge when my car was acting up. They told me to bring it in immediately, no questions asked, and even ordered the fluid I needed before arriving. They worked with my warranty company and got my car back to me as quickly as possible. Not to mention, they have the cleanest bathroom I ve ever used at an auto repair facility. I ll use them whenever I need my car fixed even though they re not nearby. Thank you guys so much!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Pops, Joe and their staff are honest,fair,trustworthy,reliable and straight forward. I found myself at Ridge Auto a few years ago out of desperation and have not gone anywhere else since. Being a woman walking into a "man's world" you can easily find yourself being taken advantage of and paying for costly and unnecessary repairs. These guys have handled a few cars of mine and helped me ride till the wheels fell off. Five stars are not enough so I will add 2 thumbs up.These guys are amazing and caring and have NEVER steered my wrong. As soon as I find my invisible jet i'll be bringing that by for a tune up too.Keep up the great work guys!

They took my BMW which had a ton of problems and were able to figure out the issue very quickly. They purchased a bunch of hoses and changed my valve cover gasket. The price was unbeatable and they were very respectful and professional. I 100% recommend

I've been going to Ridge Auto for 18 years. I'll never take my car anywhere else. Very fair and honest guys work here. They've always taken care of me. Highly recommend!

My daughter totalled our car ,they towed it from accident and stored it overnight, we went there first thing in the morning and they were great , they guided us thru what we need to do to get the car back. Their rates were awesome and even towed it to our home. I couldn't ask for any one better. I highly recommend them .

Joe and his staff are practically family to us. We swear by them, as they have taken care of all the cars and trucks we've owned since we moved to New Jersey ten years ago. These folks are honest, trustworthy and do outstanding work. If I could give them a dozen stars, I would.

No one likes a dead battery on a Friday morning. The one thing that makes it okay was how fast, professional and courteous Joe and his team were. They picked the car up in the morning and had it ready to go a few hours later. Will definitely be our go to shop!

Had to find another auto body repair shop after initially bringing my car to a different shop.The first shop repaired one part of my car and caused a different issue on it in doing so.Just wished I brought it here to begin with.They found what caused the error and fixed it,also fixing a second mishap the first place caused.All this in 5 days.Thank you Joe great job!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Have had body work done and mechanical repairs done to several vehicles, always a great job and done before promised. Less expensive than going to the dealership whose estimates were hundreds more, depending on the job.
