Got my radiator replaced by Common Vision. He was fast, efficient and explained everything he did. I highly recommend Common Vision for all you auto repair needs. Service was amazing thank you Mr.Lee.

No bueno. Do not let him work on your 7.3. Called him for issue with my 7.3. He made a very big deal about my obd working before he came out. He said if obd not working it could be very expensive and it was $125 to come out. I believed from this conversation that he had the proper computer as he I told him it was a 7.3 f350. Guess what his computer doesn't read 7.3s. So he comes out, charges me the 125 and doesn't have the proper tools to diagnose my vehicle. I asked him for a refund because it's clear he doesn't understand his scanner doesn't work on 7.3s. He didn't even know where the port was. He refused to refund. He must really need the money cause I never heard of paying a mechanic who shows up with the wrong tools. He might be good for other trucks but definitely not 7.3. also had no business sense as I have him multiple opportunities to refund some or all of the 125. C'mon man you don't have the right scanner for my truck and think you are entitled to charge me for doing nothing? No shop in the civilized world will start a job before getting the codes. Some mechanics are very good, they instantly know what it is but you told me you had no idea how long it would take at 150/hour. Sorry but not the right way to run auto repair. This guy Lee isn't looking to do the right thing or keep happy customers. I actually had a lot more work for him. Too bad he blew it.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with this business. Professional, efficient and an overall great job on my husband s truck. Removed and replaced the calipers ,brake pads and rotors on the left driver and right front passenger side all on site. We had our aerial lift truck with an expired Federal inspection sticker. That could have put our entire operation on hold were an officer to have noticed. Thankfully common Vision was recommended to us and they came out right away did the federal inspection and ensured that we were in compliance. They are a great resource for handling vehicular compliance when you are focused on the job allow them to do their part and you will guarantee the highest possible amount of time to utilize your equipment rather than waiting for it to be repaired. When he comes out to your work site he is there in a clean uniform a perfectly equipped truck and knowledge to do the job properly. His relationship with parts suppliers means that when he is there the job is going to be done quickly, efficiently and at a fair price.

Lee is a good diesel mechanic and reliable. I have used mobile mechanic service however not one had the service quality and tools this man had. Quality is not a place but quality is a person. I would use Common Vision LLC again.

The guy Lee came out to evaluate my car for a reasonable fee. He did very good job fixing my brakes and alignment. He was very nice and finish in timely manner.

Was going through NJ. When my car just stopped. Looked on line and found the this guy. He came to me. Found the problem ,and had me back on the road with in the hour. Very professional with reasonable price. Recommend him to anyone going through NJ.

We Placed a call to Jay s Automotive Mobile Repairs on 9/24/21 to have my truck fixed. Jay s sent out a mechanic that was very late. The mechanic finally arrived and said the trucks need a new fuel pump and in-line fuel filter. He asked for us to get the parts and he would be back to install after he picked his child up from school . Well we waited for several hours, after waiting I placed a phone call to the mechanic, he said he was running late do to doing several other jobs. Finally around 7:00pm the Mechanic Lee shows up and said it s not the fuel pump, it s an electrical component for the distributor and had my son go out to get the part from auto zone. Lee the mechanic said he guaranteed that that was the issue. So Lee the mechanic installed the electrical part which he broke the old bracket that held the electrical component together and the truck still didn t start. So Lee the mechanic started putting his tools away around 9:30 pm and said he will be back Saturday between 9am and 10am. Well he didn t show up until after 1 pm with his 3 Little sons. He finally started to test everything and came up with the timing chain needed to be replaced. He asked me to get the part and he will install it on Sunday. He was paid $240.00 dollars that he requested. Well Sunday came he was a no show. So we contacted the business owner of Jays Auto and we were told he thought are truck was fixed. We were then informed that Lee was the owners brother that also has his own mobile mechanic business and he stole us as his customer.Lees Company is Common Vision Mobile Mechanic service. I was informed that the owner of Jays mobile service would come out on Monday to fix my truck that his brother never fixed and never put my truck back together. Well he was a no show so I contacted Lee. Well the manger of common Vision stated they would send out there top mechanic to fix my truck. Never happened and this went on every day for 8 days. Still no mechanic came out to fix the truck or even put my truck back together that Lee the owner took apart. Well it is now Saturday 10/2/21 and was promised my truck would be fixed today. After waiting 7 days no show and be promised it will be fixed tomorrow which never happens. Again was promised the truck would be fixed today 10/2/21 no show no call, My truck is still apart and was never put back together that Lee the Mechanic took apart and is the Owner of Common Vision Mobile Mechanic service. Him and his brother are playing the game and are ripping people off. Well come Monday I will be filing against both companies at the court house for not fixing my truck. Not coming back to put my truck back together that they took apart. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING EITHER COMPANY. Very unprofessional. Again as of 10/2/21 no phone call from them and my truck is still not put back together. I will also keep everyone posted with what happens when I take both Business to court. I still have not received any thing from either company about fixing my truck or even about them putting my truck back together that Lee took apart. Very dissatisfied with how both of these businesses operate. I do not recommend either company. Will keep everyone posted on the outcome of the court s decision.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Chandler and Ramsey Transportation used this company and they were very good. We will definitely be using them again. They changed my valve cover gaskets, and the valve cover on the spot. These guys were timely, knowledgeable and persistent. Everything they said they was going to do was done. I recommend everyone to use them.

Lee is very professional and reasonable, especially for a mobile mechanic business. He s very prompt with a response and his pricing is extremely fair. He s already done suspension and tire work on one of my trucks and I have him returning for brakes and more extensive work on one of my other vehicles. I had a tire emergency, issue on a Sunday of all days. Was looking at having my car flatbedded to Mavis who was open due to a locked lug with no key. Found this business through google last minute. Tried them 9am in morning, they answered firat time, was here timely and did a great job. Honestly saved my day, time and money. Im picky about my foreign cars, he knew all about them. Would completely give them more business. Lee, the mechanic, took his time and only charged me what he quoted over the phone. Very realistic quote and completely reasonable. Give him a shot if you want both the ease of a mechanic at your home and a professional work ethic.Service: Tires

He s not a real mechanic. He fails at properly diagnosing car issues. He claimed my vehicle needed a fuel pump , he replaced the pump and the vehicle still wouldn t start and then claimed it was a timing issue, and if he was wrong he refund part of the money. I had a real mechanic take a look and the distributor needed to be replaced. I showed him the receipt for the repair to prove he was wrong. When i called for my money back he got upset and hung up and deleted me from social media. He has no clue what he s doing. Steer clear of his business

Lee is an amazing mechanic. He s always there when you need him. He s always on time, very efficient and he takes his craft very serious! His prices are fair all around the board. Yes he wants a fee for coming to you just like any restaurant/DoorDash would. But understand your staying in the comfortability of your own home while getting your vehicle serviced. Definitely recommend for all services. Treats your car as if it s his own personal vehicle! Rip-off = This mobile service was referred to my daughter to change the alternator on her car. He came to my home to fix it at 3pm. ( how can he start a job at that time knowing it gets dark by 5pm is beyond me) The mechanic manages to put the alternator, only to realize its the wrong piece so he takes it off and goes to exchange it. After completing the job he than said he had to charge double because he had to take the alternator off and get the correct one. I can understand charging a little more for the trouble but he didnt put the whole car together and took it back apart to get to the alternator again, so the double charge was ridiculous. Not to mention i had no idea of this because the whole time he isnt replying to my daughter or myself who was the one paying him. Instead he was messaging the man who referred him and wasn t completely honest with him either, apparently he told him there would be a charge but was never clear on the amount! He ripped me off but never again!

When he loses his business, ESPN will make a 30/30 and that s gonna get the same bad review. Don t mess with this guy unless you got money to burn because after he fixes your car you ll have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed right. Well, whenever he gets done. If he doesn t decide to take your keys with him on vacation even though your car should have been done a month ago.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

When we were called out to trim the trees from the power lines we had our trucks clutch go out and would have lost a fortune if it wasn't for common Vision coming out to the back of Burlington safety Laboratory with very little notice and getting our truck back up and running. When we are given these contracts to trim the trees from the power lines we are obligated to maintain our equipment so that the job could be done. We are grateful to have common Vision as the resource to ensure that we are able to maintain compliance with contractual obligations. Common vision is the phone number to have on speed dial when your equipment breaks down.

I had the guy Lee come outHe charged me $30Can come look at my car then he told me he would only charge me 60 to do the work then he changed the price after I went out and bought a piece for my car I needed and I didn't need it he said he would come back for 60 then changed the price to 250
