I was given a non wait appointment, my vehicle was repaired in a adequate time and though I added additional repairs to for my vehicle, they were completed without issue and in a timely manner, very fairly priced.

Jim has been a good and reliable businessman in town for many years which is testament to the trust and confidence his many customers have. I feel he's always been fair with me, fairly priced and has even informed me of certain jobs that I could probably hold off on when I thought I needed to do things..

Great shop, kind and not out to get you. Call or stop by let em know what wrong. And im sure they will take care of you. Don't think I'll take the Cranberry Cherry to another. Much appreciated!

My husband and I really like it there! My husband took our car there just today and they got it right in and fixed our exhaust! Everyone is nice .....Yes they are very busy, but that just proves that they are good at what they do! And... They don't rip you off! Thank you to everyone at Automotive Solutions!

Jim is a very compassionate and knowledgeable person . He gets the job done right and fast. He examined my car and gave a second option for a long list of repairs that another local shop had given me . He is trustworthy and honorable . He has made me feel safe with my car again . Just had my breaks serviced here and I have no complaints. I was a walk in and Jim was able to take me that day and have my car done about 4 hours later. The price was awesome as well, being I was quoted $650 elsewhere. Highly recommend!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Called to set up a time to get my girlfriend's truck checked cause it was shifting in and out of 4x4. Guy was great over the phone. Told me he was very busy, but he'll look at it and to bring it in 8:00 next day. Next day, total opposite. We waited till 8:25, someone finally showed up. Was not nice!! Told him I talked to someone day before, and he cut me off by saying if "You did? If you talked me, I don't remember!" Continued to snap @ us n and say they are really busy pointing @ all the cars. I asked when you think you might have time. He still snapped and said call back around 12. Called around 12:15. Still grumpy said he will call when he has time. Still haven't heard back from him. It's been a week. WASTE OF TIME! Won't go back there or refer them to anyone!!

Jim has been servicing my family's vehicles for over 7 years. We have Mercedes Benz and BMW which he has proven to be very knowledgeable and effect in repairing and servicing. His prices are very reasonable and he is a great guy. I would never take my vehicles elsewhere. We travel from cherry Hill New Jersey To take advantage of his expertise and professionalism. RandyF.

Jim is honest and fair. He is acutely aware of what good service, reliability and compassion mean. I take my cars to him for everything. He undercut Pep Boys by nearly 100 bucks on front and back brakes. Using a service like his, is what it means to celebrate small businesses.

Too task saturated. They changed my water pump and in the process fried one of my computers because they let the battery die. I've never had a single batty indication but he claimed that the car died on him the first day I dropped it off. The water pump change was fine but now I have a new issue to fix. I'll be looking elsewhere.Update: my new water pump had the connector on the opposite side as the old one so they had to reroute my cable. They had my cable resting on one of my pully wheels. Now my check engine light is on because the wheel has eating through some wires.

Jim is great! I have gotten my brakes done, oil changes, and even my timing belt replaced here. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Consumer beware, Jim replaced a head on my KIA van, and upon putting timing belt on he installed tensioning pulley wrong way, engine jumped time and the rods blew right through pistons. He refused to take responsibility. When he looked at the head he knew right away what it was, and then tells me if I buy an engine he will put it in. NO I'm not buying an engine, and do you think I would let you touch my vehicle again. Unfortunately the courts are backed up and it will be at least 3 years to settle this. So I'm out a vehicle and had to go out and buy another one.

Took my vehicle in late morning. It needed brakes and new stabilizer bars. They worked on it that day and I was able to get it back before they closed the same day. Honest, hard working people.

JIM IS SUCH AN HONEST GUY! WHEN MY PICKUP TRUCK HAD PROBLEMS I WAS READY TO SPEND WHATEVER WAS NECESSARY TO REPAIR IT AND I EVEN TOLD JIM THAT HE COULD CHANGE AN EXTRA BELT BUT JIM TOLD ME THAT IT WASN'T YET NECESSARY. MONTHS LATER MY TRUCK IS STILL DOING FINE AND IT IS SO NICE TO KNOW THAT THERE STILL IS A HONEST LOCAL SHOP THAT HAS ALWAYS STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS! SO DOES MY FAMILY!

Came in to put air in my tire , i live 1 hour 20 mins away i was working , took it here and the owner suddenly started yelling that he will not change my tire , I DID NOT ASK FOR MY TIRE TO BE CHANGED , I asked if I can have some air to see if I had a flat , I left laughing because I never asked for a tire change ; and he was yelling like he swore he heard tire change from my mouth , people with business that can t be cooperate with customers need to loose they re businessService: Tires

WHEN I TOLD JIM THE OWNER THAT WE HAVE TO STOP MEETING LIKE THIS HE AND I BOTH LAUGHED BECAUSE HE AND I BOTH KNEW THAT I HAVE BEEN A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! EVERYTIME MY OLDER CAR HAS NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED I ALWAYS APPRECIATE JIM'S VERY REASONABLE PRICES AND THE GREAT WORK THAT IS DONE AT HIS SHOP! Great guy and very honest knows what he's doing and is is the best in town!!
