Very friendly. I ve taken my Honda Pilot and Honda S2000 for service. Jim is straight forward. I plan on taking my 2016 for timing belt service and he s almost $200 cheaper than the PE Honda in Phillipsburg, NJ. I trust Broadway to do a good job!! These guys are excellent Subaru mechanics and as honest as the day is long. We have had all our cars serviced by only them for almost 30 years and have purchased 15 used Subaru cars from them too. It's not a big or fancy place and the waiting area really needs sprucing up but they are friendly, patient, respectful and the best mechanics in town!

I have been using Broadway Auto for all my family's auto needs as in routine maintenance to "resurrecting" my son's car from being flooded out. Jim Julia and his crew have been our mechanics for the past 19 years. We've experienced it all...simple tire and battery replacements to engine and transmission overhauls. The service is customer friendly. They are not just about the car, but the owner as well. They aim for excellence in what they do and pricing is fair and reasonable.

These folks are incredibly honest and knowledgeable and helpful. They always take the time explain. And that could be to tell you that you don't need or shouldn't do a repair too. Our family has been using their services since the 90s. Now that I have a Subaru, I'm even happier to have found them. My 2014 Legacy started to burn oil at 20,000. They helped me better understand what the problem is. Thanks! As always.

Had important work done on a much older car. Price was extremely fair, work was done in a timely fashion, and when I got my car back, I feel like I'm driving a new vehicle! After my experience with Broadway Automotive, I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Excellent service through and through.

We have been going here for close to 30 years. They are excellent mechanics and most importantly they are honest mechanics. I have all my work done here. I would never go anywhere else, not even for an oil change.

I have been a customer of Jim and George for forty years and ever since they moved to Broadway. They worked on my 9 Subarus almost exclusively: Brat, Impreza, GL, Forester, Oubacks, Legacy. I drive two hours round trip to these guys. I send my daughters and friends to them. There are no more honest and capable mechanics in northwest Jersey.

These guys are the super best, honest, dependable shop I've ever been too. Been going here for 18 years and have had nothing but excellent service. Excellent prices excellent people!!!!
