They are nice people and let you know what you have wrong. I was told to change my alternator and the mechanic said that I don't need an alternator the one in there is great.

Oil change and wheel balance done here. Cleanest bathroom in any shop I have seen. No more check engine light!

There is a reason this repair shop has a full lot, they re GREAT!! I spent the afternoon on the island & as I was leaving my car started to shake, the check engine was flashing so I pulled up in their lot (20 min before they are scheduled to close on a Friday!), there are multiple cars being worked on with hoods open. I go into the office and ask the young lady if they could at least let me know if I can drive it home (45 min away). In 15 minutes (tops!) they had identified the problem (part went bad), replaced it, filled my low tires, and had me on the road! And for an extremely reasonable price! Thank you to the young lady at the front desk and to Rich for a job well-done!! Very polite, professional, & great service!! 5 stars!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Who says great relationships don't begin with a leaky tire. Rich and Brittany are always there, always pleasant, always professional. They are great with luxury foreign cars also. They are my go to. Awesome service, very knowledgable. My car battery died in the Walgreens parking lot, so I called Good Diehl and they came over to jump my car within minutes. Afterwards, I brought my car to the shop, Rich cleaned the battery connection and my car was good to go. Haven't had any issues since. Highly recommend.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Great service here! I was struggling with repairing my truck by myself but couldn't get the starter off. Called here, the office manager was very friendly and helpful, had my truck towed over Friday night, and the truck was fixed by 11 am Saturday morning! Reasonably priced and quality work, even recommended service that should be performed to keep the truck in good shape. Will definitely be back!

Rich Has worked on my cars since the 1990 s, From a Cadillac to my 1956 Jeep. When a customer stays with a mechanic that long he must be trusted, extremely knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I had a problem with water leaking into the front driver side floor. He was very busy but immediately looked at the car and opened the sun roof. The drainage tube was clogged and he used pressure to blow out the dirt and open the drainage. He would not even charge me for this service because he did it so quickly. I will continue to use his services because he is honest and fair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

A family member, visiting from New York, had car trouble in the area. Good Diehl went out their way to assist, vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, and at a reasonable rate. Thoughtful staff, very professional. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Very polite, not as quick as I would like, nevertheless they are a good repair shop with positive attitude's. The owner is fair man and won't try and take advantage of you. Highly Recommended by this Veteran

After being involved in a motor vehicle accident where someone ran me off the road and fled, my car was being fixed by Caliber Collision. They had my car for almost a month. After finally getting it back, I noticed the hood and fender were out of place. I took my vehicle to Good Diehl Auto and spoke with the owner Rich. Rich was very helpful and stopped what he was doing to take a look at my vehicle. Rich not only looked at it, but put it up on the lift and noticed multiple issues. After Rich explained all the issues to me, he provided me with a letter to submit to my insurance company. I would highly recommend Good Diehl Auto. Rich was not only very helpful but also very honest and thorough.

Fast friendly awesome auto mechanic...took two vehicles yesterday and they were packed with vehicles being worked on so I thought they may not be able to take another 2..not only did they fix my one trucks body damage and oil change but the bill was unbelievably fair compared to other estimates...they can take our other car tomorrow ( sat) when the part is delivered...if you need anything done I'd highly recommend this shop...can't beat their services or prices due to my experience...5 STARS FOR SURE!!!

Went for a small vacation around this area and my car ended up having a faulty alternator . Typed on Google mechanics shops near by this placed showed up as number 1 around town ... They fixed my car the same day and literally 2 hours before we had to leave . Very fast and good prices !
