I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful service I was given when I came, without an appointment, and expressed my concern over my front tire. I was greeted with Kyle s huge smile, reassuring words, and instant attention! I ve been here only 10 minutes and I already feel so much better! Thank you, Charles and Brandon for taking such good care of my car and to anyone needing tires (you better check the treads!) come to STS! This made my day!

Although lengthy, depending on the size of your delivery, they have a decent in and out process for deliveries.Shipping and receiving check in is next to dock door #13.

Went to get an inspection and an oil change. They did the oil change and went to change the battery which was still working... they did the inspection after waiting for two hours, they said I have to come back to finish the inspection after 100 miles. WHY WOULDNT THEY CHANGE THE BATTERY AFTER? Fast forward to today, I made an appointment for 11am when I got there they said it would be a couple of hours. WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT????SHE HAD THE ORDASITY TO SAY THAT ITS NOT AN APPOINTMENT, ITS A RESERVATION! She said the wait would be a few HOURS!STAY AWAY FROM STS IN SHIRLEY, NY.

Worst customer service. I went there since I had great experience in woodbridge NJ branch. Day 1 -Your car will be waiting in parking lot for hours and you in lobby if you don't ask them several times when will you get service. In first instance I went for flat tire waited for 3 hours; you gotta kidding me. Second time, went for brakes changes, waited for 2.5 hours and the car was not ready to be pulled in the garage. left w/o service. Additionally they just rip off, after waiting I found that he was yet to identify if they had brakes equivalent to my car model. They charge hefty 450$ for standard brakes and pads. Will never turn there.

this is the worst experience I ever have had. I made an appointment 4 days early for state inspection. when I was there, I was told the tech sick, asked me next morning be ok. next morning. I left my car there for whole day in inspection, at evening, I got call and was told the brake line was twisted. then was told if it be fixed, I can bring the car there any time for complete the inspection. but on the THIRD DAY. I went there, I was told tech is not available for inspection. and asked me next morning. it is taking 4 days for state inspection?? give me a break

To all drivers if your not of Spanish decent make sure your 15 mins early, they show favoritism and skip your appointment time and make you reschedule but they will let you wait on site

I'm reviewing this place because I go here for robotics. They were generous enough to donate this space to team 303 from Bridgewater Raritan high school many years back. Because of it we have been able to become successful and we have STS tire to thank for that.

Terrible service. What told I could be loaded 3 hrs early and after rushing here from south Jersey I'm still waiting for a dock door. No trucks are being loaded

these people are unbelievable, they hire the dumbest, laziest , un qualified dopes in the auto industry, their managers do what ever they need to do to meet the corporate set profit and sales numbers, I have gone to 2 locations and was hammered each time to which I will never set foot in another location, I would suggest neither do you

Manager is quite pushy, they try to find million little faults with your car. Quality of service was quite poor.
