Great experience . Joseph Petruccelli was the highest level of professionalism I ve seen in quite a long time . He went above and beyond getting me my car and I can not thank him going . He s a class act . Great communication , awesome deal . Start to finish the easiest lease I ve done in over 20 yrs leasing cars . One in a million salesman .

Great customer service from start to end. Great job done by service department. Reasonable charges and no pressure for other services like other dealers. Always recommend or service needs of the vehicle. Want to try with their sales team once ready to go with another Infiniti. Thank you for everything. One thing can be done by them to make this experience more memorable is give little more loyal customer discount for big repair bill and motivate customer to continue business with Ray Catena.Service: Brakes

I would like to thank Shaun and his team for always taking care of my car. They are thoughtful about my time and always complete the work between the window they give me. Since the Ray Catena Edison location closed I decided to stay with Ray Catena and service at the Ray Catena Bridgewater location.I called and made the appointment with ease. Dawn was very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived I was greeted at the entrance and introduced to Guido. He immediately sat me down, offered refreshments and then explained the process. After I gave him my license and insurance card he walked me out to a very new clean Infiniti loaner. A few hours later I received a call from Guido that my vehicle was ready when I am available to pick it up. I returned and picked up my QX60 washed and ready not a reasonable price. The Service Manager Shaun Spearnock came out and thanked me for coming to try the Bridgewater location. Thank you to the Ray Catena TEAM for outstanding customer service. Some service advisors are definitely better than others to deal with. Two of the three I ve dealt with were lovely the 3rd one was not great nor customer focused and could use a lesson in customer service. Wish there was an option to select the advisor of your choosing when scheduling service. Also NEEDS A NIGHT DROP OFF OPTION for people that start work early in the morning!!Service: Auto maintenance

The service team at Ray Catena Infiniti of Bridgewater IS AWESOME! GUIDO CHAVEZ is THE BEST SERVICE ADVISOR EVER! NOT ONLY IS HE SMART, KIND & PERSONABLE, BUT HE IS GENUINELY INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING WITH YOUR VEHICLE! HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME AND WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE MECHANICS FIND THE PROBLEM AND THIS TIME IT REALLY IS FIXED!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN GUIDO!!!!

I leased my Q50S 2020 and purchased Q50 2017 cars from Ray Catena Infiniti in Edison, NJ. I have had nothing short of stellar service from that location all these years.However, when Edison closed, I had to still get my car serviced as it was on the way to work. The work was okay but my wheels and tires needed to be checked after hitting couple potholes. They were very dismissive and I asked them to check 3 times. They said there is nothing wrong with them.These are 4 new tires that I recently bought through Ray Catena, and they were not shaking before I hit the potholes.I felt very uncomfortable picking up the car, it was shaking above 60 mph. I took the time to take it to Ray Catena Infiniti in Bridgewater, NJ. Thankfully my guy was there and I requested he check over all the previous work. I provided the paperwork from Edison, NJ. Turns out, work they did was fine, but all 4 wheels were damaged with one bubble in the tire on the rear passenger side.This location is out of the way for me but I had GREAT experience and I know I can trust them. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I went in for an oil change and couldn't be happier with my visit. I was greeted by Guido who was extremely friendly and went over everything. He and another worker (female, and sorry I can't remember her name), were also very accommodating to my son. I would not hesitate to go back again. Thank you for the great and friendly service!!
