Highly recommend, especially for people purchasing from a distance!I worked with this dealership over phone an email to make arrangements for my purchase. Corey was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. On the day of my purchase, I drove 3 hours to the dealership to pick-up the car. All of the paperwork was ready to go and exactly what we agreed to. These guys are no nonsense! I really appreciate their customer service, and the car is perfect!

Got my past cars serviced here and just bought another car from here, absolutely amazing service! I will never go to other dealers but Ray Catena to buy my future cars. Everyone is very welcoming and very honest. The dmv had an issue with my plates and the plate women, Dina fixed it with no problem at all and very quickly. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase!!!

Great service from salesman Joe Petruccelli. He even brought the used G50 into the showroom before we got there. Real class. The sales manager gave us a small discount for a small dent in the door. The whole process took 4 1/2 hours to drive the car away.

My first mistake was trusting Edison Infiniti thinking it was anything like Ray Catena, not even close! They are awful! Nothing compares to the service and customer service of a Ray Catena dealership. My service advisor John makes sure this is an effortless task for me and takes care of every detail!Lesson learned, I will happily drive 45 min to the Bridgewater location. They are the best!

I Had An Amazing Car Buying Experience Thanks to My Salesman Andrew. He is very knowledgeable and patient with me. I recently purchased a Q50 which the whole process was smooth, didn't feel rushed or pressured. 10/10 RECOMMENDED!!!This place is truly the best. I went here for service and was in and out within 2 hour and the last place I was at was an all day event. The service advisor Kasper was absolutely phenomenal. The reception is amazing and it s easy to go get in contact with my advisor. I will not be going anywhere else but here! I love Ray Catena. No one comes close!!

We were interested in a QX60 or QX80. They were super helpful, took me on a few test drives one night and my wife later in the week. By the weekend as we decided to buy I went in and was out with my new ride in under 45 minutes. Very pleasant, honest, shared their own experiences and joys of other car brands and life... No hard sell. Good place.

Go to douglas in Summit. Went in the first time to look at a CPO Q50, no other customers in the show room mid-day on a saturday, talked numbers and got nowhere, they wouldn't budge on price. Go back a second time, again no other customers in the show room, talk numbers again, again they will not budge on price even though their car is $3-4k more expensive than other dealerships CPOs, they keep saying it's because they put $3k worth of work into the car but if they car is $3k overpriced am i not the one paying for it then? Salesman Girgory was so condescending to me and my mother, talked to us as if we were children who didn't know what we were talking about. Little did they know I am a former car salesman and know how deals work. Me being the only customer in the place twice is obvious why not, figured they'd not want but need a sale, but I guess not. Went to Douglas Infiniti in Summit, their CPOs had all the same work done and it was $5k under Ray Catenas price, guy at the front desk, salesman, and finance manager were all great and I was in and out in 4 hours. They gave me a better price for my trade in and a better interest rate than Ray Catena did. Thanks Douglas Infiniti!

Visiting Ray CatenaAccessories are over pricedWork in not over pricedThe Labor isIt doesn't take 4 hours at 36 rate a hour close 500.00 to fix a light .Looking at my paperwork my bulb was under 10.00The labor was 600I sick to my when I leftI wish would've went to Autozone or WalmartAnd pay a mechanic.Going to the dealershipWe are payingComfort,snacks,coffeePeople walking Around in uniforms,women and sitting in offices and the rent for building.Never ever AGAINITS OTHER Mechanics just as GOOD IF NOT BETTERINFINITI AND BEYOND TO ANOTHER WORLD OR SOMEPLACE ELSE

Right from the start online, Cory was communicative & efficient. The same hour that I placed an inquiry on a car, he had reached out via text and even sent a video walk around of the car that I was interested in. Upon our arrival at Bridgewater, he was ready for us with the car of our choice. Cory walked us through everything, including the test drive, car choice, warranty and fees. I wish I can see or speak to Finance people to clarify some loan details. However, I had a very pleasant and smooth experience with Cory and I would definitely recommend him to my friends (I already did) . Car shopping can be draining and frustrating, but I can say that this was not like that at all. I would do it again!

I went to the website to locate (on my own) a QX60 in the color combo that my wife preferred. One dealer told me he'd call back when he located it at another dealer. I gave up after 5.5 hours of waiting and Cory from Ray Catena took over and delivered the exact vehicle we wanted in a little over 4 hours total. THAT'S customer service!

I recently had an excellent experience at the Infiniti dealership, thanks to my sales representative Cory. He took great care of me and provided exceptional service without being pushy. Cory's knowledge of the Infiniti vehicles was impressive, and he patiently answered all my questions. The sales manager, Tim, was also knowledgeable and contributed to the smooth process. Leased a car from here years ago. The lease is up and I'm looking for the buy out option (includes residual value + $300 fee) per the contract. I tried to complete the purchase today (July 30, 2022) but they are forcing me to pay for an additional $162.00 inspection fee before I can buy the car that I'm legally entitled to buy at the residual value and has been in my possession for 39 months.I pointed out that this inspection fee is not in the original contract and I shouldn't be bound by it - they agreed.I even pointed out that I'm willing to sign a waiver absolving them of any liability for "selling me the car" and they refused.Beware!!!Updated Aug 6th, 2022 after dealership response:You can stand by your process but the point is ... I shouldn't be bound by something I did not agree to in the contract - that's contract law 101.Your new policy does not override a legal contract.I think it's short-sighted to treat a buyout customer with indifference because you already made your money from me on the front-side of the deal.Updated Feb 9, 2024:For those interested, I ended up buying the car directly from Infiniti per the original contact (did NOT pay the $162 inspection fee).
