Easy quick and efficient. They are very nice and professional. They don t take advantage of people either. Highly recommend coming here for all of your needs. Have been here twice - one oil change and changing brake pads. 10/10 customer service and help each time. Thank you so much Midas!

I have been going to Bridgewater Midas for many years now. They are the best in the business. I can highly recommend them for any car repairs you need. The whole staff is great and the manager Tony is outstanding. I wouldn t go anywhere else to have my car serviced.

On 2/29 I took my daughter s car for an oil change, it was completed fast and efficient. The cost was lower than other competitive dealers. The Technician explained in detail additional services needed (asap). I returned the following day for tires and rear wiper replacement. Again, service was fast and efficient and I appreciated the added discounts. Thanks Mike & Kevin.

Terrible shop. Went for an alignment after replacing my tie rods. Recommended an oil change after doing it myself two days prior along with a list of ridiculous new part recommendations. After a month noticed my front passenger tire had been completely stripped of all outer tread. Came back to complain and manager assessed vehicle and could only conclude it was due to poor alignment job. All was offered was a refunded even though i had to trash a perfectly good $200 tire. Never returning and would definitely not recommend.

Tony took care of me like family! It s rare to find an honest voice. He didn t waste my time or my money while helping me solve an issue I d been to three places for already. Will be coming back here in the future for sure.

This Midas location was very convenient and Kevin gave me excellent service very professional accommodating. It makes you feel welcome to the location. They were very fast and efficient and I would recommend it to anybody.

Tony and Kevin were amazing, ended up with a flat tire on Easter weekend Friday night and never thought they would have time to see me. They did and were awesome. I was in and out in an hour and so appreciate their courtesy and customer service!

I went yesterday 3/13 to get a hose checked on my 07 Explorer. The service advisor who attended me (Mike) was very detailed, and even though it was a long wait, he was very apologetic the whole time. Woke up, used the car today and discovered a slight puncture in one of the hoses this AM. I called them, they advised to bring my car in. And FIXED IT! They definitely know how to provide customer service, and made sure I was satisfied. They even showed me the pieces they changed. I definitely recommend coming here, and will be returning!

The manager, Tony is fantastic. He doesn t pressure you for extra stuff. He ll make recommendations when they re done with the job for things you ll need soon, but that s it, no pressure at all. Also, Kevin, the service coordinator/front end manager?-The guy that sets up your service and answers the phon- is aces. Very professional and pleasant to speak with. Highly recommend this location.

Update: Though this isn't new information, Tony & his team are always helpful and very easy to work with for my car repairs. I have been to many repairs shops over the years and nothing worse then being "told" you need things done you don't - well in my experience that has never happened at this Midas shop. Its refreshing!

Stopped in and spoke with Mike -- did such an excellent job. Honest and trustworthy. Explained what was wrong, understood I couldn't do everything, and focused on what kept me and my family safe while shelving other things for now. Rob and Sean took such great care with the work (brought my wife's car in a few weeks back and had the same exact experience with Tony). Quality, honesty and knowledge -- couldn't ask for much more from a repair shop. Thanks!

Quick Service, stopped by on a whim and they were able to take me in and check out my car. Reasonable options and prices for repair. They listened to my concerns with cost and what I was trying to do. 10/10 will be back. Would highly suggest working with Betty, Kevin, and Tony!

Great people and service. They quickly fixed my breaks and during my short time, I got to know the Midas crew and heard their friendly interactions with customers in person and on the phone. Every call and conversation was extremely friendly and every customer was happy.

They get you right in when you have an appointment. Even when things need to be ordered or called, the process is quick and the service is quality. The mechanics are friendly and have knowledge of the services they provide. I've been coming here for years and am never disappointed!

Came in on the fly for a rotted muffler replacement. Mike and Rob ("Dirt") were super friendly and helpful. Had my truck on the lift, assessed the repair and gave me a reasonable quote within 10 minutes. Had to wait a bit for the parts to arrive, but all done before i could finish a movie (guess I'll have to wait and see what happens).

I told what I wanted to do with my car. I asked them which day I wanted to bring my car and Midas was able to accommodate. I used their services at two locations and am always happy with the service. I highly recommend to anyone.

I have been taking my cars to Somerville Midas in Bridgewater for over 25 years. I am very pleased with the service provided by Tony and his crew. They are always very professional, provide great service and explain the needed repairs in detail. I prefer bringing my car to Midas instead of the dealerships.

Bridgewater Midas was very helpful, came in for an oil change and brake replacement, they gave a diagnostic and told me everything I needed done, Dirk was very helpful and friendly he took the time out to tell me what I needed as well as helped me understand what exactly was wrong and what I needed to do to. Great Service here and good prices highly recommend.

Dropped in without appt to ask if they could check on rattle which started after running over a piece of wood on rte 78. The service rep (Mike) said that they could take a look as soon a lift was available. Within a half hour they found the cause of the rattle and stated it was an easy fix. Exceptional courteous service which they performed at no charge. A solid local business that I will not hesitate to recommend.

I had a wonderful experience and this was my first time trying out Midas. Tony scheduled me in last minute when he realized I was on a time crunch. Betty was amazing every step of the way from the moment I checked in until I left. She went personally to pick up my tires. She helped me get a great deal and told me about the rebate. It felt like a friend was taking care of me. Wonderful service and wonderful people!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Friendly , courteous service . Tony is always great! Betty was a huge help at the front desk . They don t sell you things you don t need . Trustworthy mechanic shop which is hard to fall .
