I am not sure if Jiffy Lube had thought of offering a 1/3 price off from a service after 3 consecutive services. I love when I get that type of incentive from the Nail Salon, Car Wash that I give my business. I hope this idea someone considers it and contact me.Keep up the good work. A very satisfy customer. :-)

I went to Jiffy Lube yesterday for an oil and filter change. I was promptly greeted when I pulled up to the service bay. I was asked what services I wanted by the young man who came to greet me. He then said of course, and asked me to step inside. Once inside, I was greeted and treated very well. A service advisor then came to talk to me and went over pricing for the oil change and what they were going to do. It was a fantastic experience!

The most polite and friendly staff! Was quite pleasantly surprised, wait wasn't too bad considering it was Saturday afternoon. Very efficient.

Excellent staff. Courteous service and no pressure to buy additional stuff. The waiting area is clean and has basic amenities. Price is good with frequent coupons available online. Over all a good service location

I really reccomend this specific location. I m from PA but had a nail in my tire and was working in the area. I brought my car there and they were SO helpful and kind. They made it a point to get me in and out in a very reasonable time. The prices were reasonable and they didn t try to do unecessary work. I really appreciated the entire team at this location!

Money was stolen from my car. I had rolled change that I had forgotten about in my passenger side compartment connected to the door. I noticed it was open as I was driving on the highway. I got home and $10 worth of rolled change was GONE!! I know it s partially my fault but at the same time that shouldn t happen in a place of business.

I used to go there before, but the customer service was really bad so I stopped going. Today I decided to go there, because I needed a tire rotation and they didn t do that at the place I was getting oil change. I m glad I did I believe it s new management and the customer service was great. Will be going there from now on.

The staff at this Jiffy Lube are very good, helpful and courteous. I was in and out in just 30 minutes on a busy Saturday. Clean comfortable waiting area.

They recommended tire rotation and I agreed. However after job was finished my car couldn't come out of service bay as wheels were stuck. First I was told it was due to stuck parking brake. Later I was told rear wheels are wider than front which cauesd jam. They put tires back to where they were and I was assured no damage was done to my car.However, when I removed wheels at home, I discovered my rear wheel hub made contact with brake housing and damaged both wheels and brakes housing surfaces. I think Jiffy Lube should have told me honestly what the damage was before they released my car. I am considering suing Jiffy Lube.Update to my original review.Luis, Jiffy Lube district manager called me after my complaint and asked me to return the car for their inspection. I returned to Jiffy Lube and they inspected my wheels and offered to replaced damaged wheels at their expense.I am a mechanic myself and mistakes do happen. What matters is how you rectify it. I am satisfied with how they handled the incident afterwards. For that reason, I am revising rating from 1 star to 4 stars

AVOID IF YOU LIKE KEEPING THE INSIDE OF YOUR CAR IN GOOD SHAPE. I came in to get an oil change on my pristine condition new to me car. I was the first car of the day and they left oil marks on the inside of the door. I told them immediately and they came out to clean it, which at least was good. He cleaned it, said you are all good,(picture) and it was still not clean. Had to say something again and he scrubbed it in front of me this time. Now it looks used and worn down. He then started giving me snarky comments when it was their mess up in the first place in the end. Disappointing. I can overpay for an oil change somewhere else.

I came here for an oil change and left with nothing bad to say. Didn t have to wait too long. The facility inside is clean and the staff was polite. Fair pricing. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a good place to take your car for an oil change! Definitely coming back. Keep up the great work guys!

They tried to sell extra services that were not needed. I came for an oil change, and they wanted to change the anti-freeze because it was supposedly low. I checked the anti-freeze when I returned home, it was not low but right at the full line, where it should be. The same goes for the air filters that supposedly needed changing. They didn't need changing either. The services they were supposed to perform as part of the oil change, such as check tire pressure, fill washer fluid, and vacuum carpets was not done but checked off on the report as being completed. They left the positive battery terminal cap off while they were looking at the battery (probably trying to sell me a battery service next). Long story short, they are not trustworthy and not competent with the work they do perform. I will not be going back and would not recommend them to anyone.

Horrible, horrible horrible. They insisted that I put 8.5 quarts of oil in my 2015 genesis owners manual states 7.5 on the engine block is written 7.5 they put 8.5 in wanting to charge me for an extra quarter a very expensive oil since the ownership has changed. The quality and service has changed as well. They didn t vacuum inside they don t know what they re doing a couple of young guys now on 50% of that location. The previous owner was very good and he made sure the employees did a good job

I generally like Jiffy Lubes and I think the Bridgewater, NJ staff is solid. Got me in and out on a Monday late morning. I think the key to Jiffy lube is don t go on Saturday if you can avoid it!

My car was giving problems on a Saturday went to a few spots to see what was going on and they all turn me down because I didn't have any appointments. I pulled into Jiffy Lube and Laura told me just leave the car and take a seat. I waited 45 minutes and my car was back and running. Big shout out to Chris and Steve you guys were awesome! I would recommend this location anytime.

This location was clean and technologically equipped. I was able to see the levels mentioned to me rather than a service member simply telling me. I appreciate that. I was happy with my service. They received 4 stars as it s my first time reviewing.

I used per years, but the prices now is too high, the las oil change I paid $39, yesterday I paid $85, my last time, they are crazy, Valvoline and others are cheapest

Go somewhere else. New owners took over and immediately raised prices $20 for a full synthetic pil change. Old owners were polite and organized. Place is now a mess and new owner only interested in raising prices. Last time I come here Owner just responded. I came in after this overhaul. You raised prices on everything that's why I am not coming back. Funny thing was the old owners had a board up behind the register with a breakdown of all the pricing and services. I would take it down too if I was trying to get people in without them knowing everything would cost 20% more.Like I said last time I come here. Bad job by you!!!Service: Oil change

What an unpleasant experience I just had at this Jiffy Lube. When I first arrived, I thought all would be well considering the employees here were very considerate, friendly and professional. However, when I went to pay, I presented a coupon to the manager for a conventional oil change. He told me that he doesn't accept coupons because his prices are lower than other Jiffy Lubes - however, he also doesn't offer the cheaper, basic oil change any longer, so I was forced to pay more money for a more expensive oil change than I would have purchased anyway, since I have an old car with little value. He then offered me $10 off, which would have been fine (but still more expensive than the cheapest oil change offered at other Jiffy Lubes) had it not been for his horrible attitude throughout the entire conversation. I soon realized it wasn't just me he was mad at when he proceeded to scold and belitte his employees for various reasons throughout my entire wait there. It was so uncomfortable to listen to him treat these nice men so badly. I was tempted to tell them myself that they should look for other jobs. I definitely won't be back.

I can t speak if the pricing is the best in the area or not since I haven t done the research but the time it takes them and the details they give me were very professional. No one tryna scam me or make me sound stupid. They aren t fighting you cause don t want to do something they suggest. Well mannered and easy to work with people. I got two oil changes in one day and I was in and out in 1.5 hours including driving home to get my other car. Probably going to be my go to oil change spot.

They did the job in a good amount of time for a Saturday. They, however, didn't vacuum the inside of the car, nor did they clean the windows, like I saw them do to every other car. Also, the"New Owners" INCREASED THE PRICE OF AN OIL CHANGE BY 25% to 99.00. That is ridiculous. I will never return to this location, nor will I use a Jiffy Lube, ever again.
