Diehl Brothers, who retired, referred this shop to me and I'm so grateful for that. Good mechanics and service are hard to come by these days and this shop is truly reliable and honest.

Stacy from the front desk was very helpful. I was looking for mechanic to install the battery I had bought from Costco. After few of the others said no, Stacy checked with their team and called me back. I came just few minutes before the closing time. Still they helped me with installation. Liked their service and recommend them.

Very honest, knowledgeable and caring service. The attention to detail and communication with me with my needed repairs was phenomenal. I felt like my car was cared for and John let me know everything step by step. John didn't just swap parts, but he is a true mechanic who fixed the problem and truly works on cars. Where most mechanics would have swapped out parts, John rebuild the part and ended up saving me money. You don't find this level or caring service anymore. This is true craftsmanship. Definitely recommend.

I used Chimney Rock Automotive based on recommendations of others, and I was not disappointed. My car had a leaking brake line I discovered a couple of days before July 4th weekend; they weren't' able to get me an appointment until a few days after the holiday, but they did a great job on the repair and the price was very reasonable.I did inspect the line that was replaced and it looked like good quality work.Service: Brakes

Chimney Rock Automotive has been my go to mechanic shop now for over 8 years. Being that I own a landscaping company with multiple trucks, there s always something I need to get repaired. They ve literally done it all for me from general maintenance like brakes, rotors, oil changes, and tires to complete engine swaps, welding cracked frames, diagnosing intricate electrical issues, and head gaskets. The owner John isn t just a guy behind a desk he s always under a hood out on a test drive or helping his other techs get stuff done. Even the office manger Stacy who answers the phone and schedules appointments knows more than a lot of these hack job mechanics out there. Honest mechanics are hard to find these days but it s nice to know there s still one out there. What a great place.. John is so honest and does great work. I worked in car buz for many years and hate to use a dealer for repairs... When my truck broke down he was recommended by a family member and I am so happy I listened. Stacey in the office is such a sweetheart. John and Stacy are great, very friendly, honest, and reasonable. John will tell you what the situation is and show what is the problem, so you know what is being dealt with. Brought my car in for an emergency issue a while back, and subsequent issue, and always felt comfortable with their skill and expertise. I would not hesitate bringing my car for future services!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly are the first words that come to mind to describe the excellent service and fair pricing that you get at Chimney Rock Auto. I have know the owner John for over twenty years. He and his crew are talented mechanics. I've referred dozens of people to John over the years and I always get a sincere thanks for making the connection. John runs a very honest shop, that does a great job at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Chimney Rock Automotive. Jon went above and beyond for my 69 Mustang. Very honest and very skilled. He treated my car as if it was his own. This is a good thing because he holds himself up to a high standard.

Friendly, reliable car repair service. This place was recommended to us several years ago. We always use them now because they do a high quality job and have fair prices. They also try to complete the work when they promise it will be done. If you need car repair work give this place a try.

Best Mechanics ever! Jon knows everything there is to know about cars. I have been taking my cars there for at least 20 years. His staff is always friendly and quick to help. I wouldn't trust my car to anybody else.

I've been a customer for years after being referred there by my Supervisor at work. I can honestly say that for the first time, I actually have a place I trust to take my car. John and the rest of the team have time and time again proven that they are honest, genuine and don't try to BS me or sell me services that my car doesn't need. I will continue to go there as long as they are open.

I live in New York and went to visit my niece in New Jersey. As we were leaving her home, the engine light in our car came on. We left the car in my niece s driveway and she brought our car to her mechanic, Chimney Rock Automotive!
