I have been going here for service for several years, and had been happy with them until today's visit for scheduled maintenance. I will no longer be returning. Why did I change my mind? Three reasons:1. Yesterday, I changed the cabin air filter myself at home, with a new GM-certified replacement. Less than 24 hours later, apparently the technician has given it a "yellow" warning that it needs to be changed soon. It's not even clear, based on the state of the glove compartment that they even actually looked at it before trying to sell me on something.2. A very uneventful drive to the dealership. I get out of the car in the service bay. Several minutes later, the technician meets me at his desk, and asks me if I want them to examine the cause of the check engine light. What? There was no check engine light when I drove up, nor has it been coning on. I suppose it's *theoretically possible" that it lit itself in the 5 minutes between my arrival and this information. But I find it highly suspicious. But never fear, they only charged me $225 to fix the problem that didn't exist before my arrival.3. They used to really care about my time, and I felt they would get me out of there ASAP. For an oil change and a computer update this time, it took FOUR HOURS. And then my car sat ready outside (in plain sight) and they never called me over saying it was done. I had to corner the technician at his desk so he would finish my paperwork.This was today's experience. I hope it is useful information to someone making a decision.

Brought my truck in for a constant rear noise was told aftet diagnosis that it was the rear deferential it needed a total replacement. After spending $4 thousand plus tax, the noise continued. Brought truck back in and after a morning was told to drive the car in 2wheel setting not auto. So as it turns out the noise was not what they told me and have since not returned my calls or request to speak to a manager. They would not grant me another appointment to resolve the matter because I assume that repair would not be something they could charge me for. I guess I am being ghosted! I would avoid trusting anything the service department and or mechanics say. They do not stand by their work or their word. It has been two weeks and still no call back or email. I have owned 3 Chevy Tahoes and have never been treated so unprofessionally. I suggest you avoid this dealerships service department!

Awesome staff and services.. Chad is great to talk to as well.. sucks to see that people leaving bad reviews for silly things but I would highly recommend coming here for car purchases and services.Keep up the good work guys!

I had a nail in my tire and went in unannounced. The attendant (Mike Reinmann) was very helpful and got my warranty information verified. I was out of there in less than two hours with a new tire. Very satisfied!Service: TiresService: Tires

Came in without an appointment because check engine light popped on. Techs were able to take a look at the vehicle, made the repair and I got an oil change and set of tires needed. car was done by 3pm. Very good service.

Excellent customer service. I was checked in within 5 minutes of me arriving and told my vehicle would be ready in 1 hour and 15 minutes. There was a welcome sign with my name welcoming me to the dealership. I chose not to wait, but exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I got the phone call that my vehicle was ready. Super helpful all the way. Waiting room was spotless, and snacks were available if you were waiting. Highly recommend. Extremely a happy customer!!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I originally stopped in as a walk-in for my tires to be looked (I received an alert for low pressure). They took me right away. Since I also needed oil & filter done, they were able to take care of that while they worked on the tires. Bridgewater was much better to deal with than another location that I have used in the past. Always had A+ service at Bridgewater Chevy. My contact, Niko, was as perfect as could be. Got me in for an evaluation, determined the issue ( with the service techs), ordered parts, dealt with the warrantee (it was covered) and got me my vehicle in ASAP so I could use it for my vacation.And, of course, they fixed the problem.Couldn t be happierService: Steering & suspension replacement

BEWARE. They will rob you blind if you let them. I came in to replace my high mount break light and they wanted over $850 for parts and labor, not to mention the $250 diagnostic fee (I told them the problem when I came in, there was no diagnosis done). This part retails from GM for around $100 dollars and is a very simple installation (less than 30 minutes if done correctly). After doing my homework, I asked the service tech why it was so costly to which he replied, "it's the light assembly", which is a blatant lie. If you value the money you work so hard to earn, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that values its client base.

They had my car for 3� weeks yet were unable to diagnose the problem. Then they told me to have my car towed away at my expense. Which I did, fortuitously to a nearby independent mechanic who found and fixed the problem in one day.What was most aggravating is the conflicting messages I got from my Service Advisor. It was obvious the technician assigned to my vehicle didn't have the slightest idea of how to trace what turned out to be a bad ground, a very common cause of electrical issues.

service is great, the technician are top mechanics!! but the service inside sucks. those rep are just plain ignorant when it comes to customer service and do it right for the client. I had my Rims repair, and the tech did it right, beautiful work, however the rep, comes flying with my car from the back the car is dirty because he parked in the muddy area and doesn't even apologize when I bring it up. He just said, "I just work here, talk to someone else or the guy who help you when u dropped it off."Service: Auto body & trim repair

It is always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Bridgewater Chevrolet, for so many reasons. Like, the garage door opening as I approach the service entrance allowing me to drive right in where I am immediately welcomed, protected from any inclement weather, and never concerned about where to park. I especially appreciate the warm greeting from Angel who recognizes me and promptly advises and processes my servicing needs. I always choose to wait because waiting time is short, the service area and waiting room are immaculate, there are snacks and beverages provided, and comfortable furnishings conducive to remote work or simply relaxing, watching a large screen TV. I am grateful for the kindness shown to me and the professionalism of the personnel. The positive experience year after year is why I have all servicing done at Bridgewater Chevrolet.Service: Oil change

I've used this dealer before for detailing services and it was amazing so I went back but the second time I was terribly disappointed. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was very nice - had cubicles so you could sit and work and fully stocked fridge with drinks and snacks. However, the work done on my car was extremely below par. I asked for detailing but the floor mats were not fully cleaned, I could see leaves and dirt still. The dash was still dusty and the windows were smeared. I honestly don't think they did anything. I would have been better off doing a five minute vacuum at the local gas station. I will not go back for detailing and since my vehicle isn't even a chevy I will not go back for anything.Service: Auto detailing

Everyone is friendly, patient and respectful. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is top notch. I appreciate their honesty and knowledge. I don't trust my vehicle to be repaired anyplace else, but at a Chevrolet dealership. I purchase and have my cars repairs done at Bridgewater Chevrolet dealership on rt22 in NJ. Shoutout to the service manager Anthony and shoutout to Brian!! They have given me the best care possible and is very patient with and old lady. I came to Bridgewater Chevrolet to have heated seats installed due to parts shortage when I bought the vehicle. I called the week before to make sure the part was in stock, it was not and they had to order it. I scheduled my appt the following Tuesday and cleared my work schedule. I dropped my car off and got checked in for service. I was given a ride home from the shuttle service. About 10 mins of being home I received a phone call that another part had to be ordered. This was a very big inconvenience for the whole day and for future days that I will have to take off to get the service completed. It was very incompetent by the service team to not recognize this before I even made the appt and brought my car in.

I dropped of the my 2017 Chevy Silverado truck for 4 tires change and check engine light check. They charged almost $1k for tire it s ok but he charged $480 just for tire sensor and $189 for scan check engine light check. They charged extra $1k and they cannot pick up the phone especially Angel Alvarez. He is worst of the service person. He was not respectful and very rough person. How they still working with him I didn t understand. This is my last time for that service. Don t spend any penny and any time with that location!!!!!

Had windshield wipers replaced due new ones installed 2 weeks ago were the incorrect sizes and did not perform well. The other was replacement of left rear tail light the had gotten broken.

I always wait for my car. They have a great waiting area, TV, an awesome coffee/cappuccino/latte machine, buttered/cream cheese bagels and other snacks while you wait. I'll usually bring a book./magazines to read. Went in for oil change, MAF sensor+fuel injector cleaning. Got car back quicker than told. These guys always take care of me every time, I ve gotten 2 cars from them and my father is on his 3rd Equinox.
