My insurance company sent my car here to get it fixed after it was involved in an accident and from day one they ve been so kind and helpful. It took about a month for my car to be repaired due to manufacturer delay in parts (which clearly is something out of their control) but they kept me updated every step of the way with text messages and phone calls. When it came time to pick up my car, I was completely blown away from the quality of work they did. It was like the accident never even happened! They even vacuumed and detailed my car which was a pleasant surprise. It's very reassuring knowing the work is guaranteed as long as I own my car. I will definitely be using them in the future for any work that is needed. Thank you again, so much!!Pictures are directly after the accident & then after my car was repaired.

A couple weeks ago I had gotten into an accident where my whole left side was damaged, I took my car to Britland Auto Body in bridgewater, and not only is the staff extremely friendly, they are very accommodating, as well as super sufficient in timing and updating you on the status of your car, they got my car done way faster than i had expected. my car looks brand new. all together, I had a great experience with this location. I 100% recommend them.

I was given an appointment for an estimate to drop my car off at a later time. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to take my car. I was also pleased with how quickly they were able to compete the repairs. I love that they provide you with a link to let you know how long the repairs will take. My insurance company highly recommended Britland, and so do I.I would be remiss if I did not mention the staff. Dawan & all of the members that make up Britland Auto Body. They get a 10 out of 10 from me!!!!!

Had a great experience with Britland and specifically our service advisor Marcos Bassada. There were some technical issues and options with the repair of our 2018 Mercedes Sprinter, Marcos kept is informed the entire time. We always felt that he and the whole crew had our best interests in mind

They provided friendly service and frequent repair status updates throughout the repair process. After the work was completed, the car looked brand new again. We will not hesitate to go back to them in the future but hopefully we won t need to.

Britland Auto Body was on my approved list of insurance body shops and I could not be happier with the service I received here. They got my car in the next day after my accident. The customer service I received from the front reception desk was truly amazing and the mechanics were super fast in fixing my car. Best auto shop I have ever had the pleasure working with. 10/10! Thank you so much for all you do to get us back on the road quickly and most importantly safely!

I had my car fixed with Britland and it was great experience. Ruddy was great with providing all details about issues and also helped identify other issues and share his experience. It done well and had few alignment issues that also got fix after i test drive. They are great and provided great service. Thanks Ruddy for all help !

I don't usually expect a high level of service from an autobody shop, but Britland far exceeded my expectations. They were, by far, the most professional, communicative, expedient repair shop I've ever worked with... their customer service and car repair work were both exceptional. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I wish I could give them no stars. SAY AWAY FOR JOE!! The most famous line coming from his mouth is " I'll get back to you by the end of today or tomorrow by lunch time". My truck was there for 2 WEEKS!!! Not ONE single call back, no updates nothing! I'm more pissed about the customer service from the front desk lady and joe then I am about my truck being " A total lost". He couldn't even get the estimate done for my insurance company in time. He name should be Waldo, cause it seem like no one in the office knows where joe is.

My car repair was arranged by my insurance company. The repair quality is great. Looks as if no accident had happened after the repair, and car looks great since they also washed it. Front desk and staff are all super friendly and professional.But the scheduling is quite confusing and the estimator was sometimes hard to reach. It took several calls and several days after the estimate to get the repair scheduled.

We were very pleased and very impressed with Britland s service. They were great with communication and always professional and pleasant to work with. They did a great job getting our SUV back in shape; they got it all done much quicker than expected. I would highly recommend them.

Only great things to say, good communication, Easy to get in touch with, kept to their timeline and an overall flawless job. Cleaning and vacuuming the car when I have two babies was a really awesome touch.Really appreciate the good work done on my Hyundai

Referred to me by my insurance company as a top rated shop. The customer service and communication was horrible. A discarded car part was left in my car, had to return for removal. Indicator light was lit on dash asked about it when I returned, it wasn't addressed. Required my return the next day for repair, major inconvenience. Repair looks good but this place is a headache so not worth it to me. I wouldn't use them again and reported this experience to my insurance company. A top rated company values its customers and do not treat them in this manner.

Britland Auto Body of Bridgewater did a fantastic job from start to finish on my 2018 Acura TLX. When I first walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome from Debbie and estimators. I knew right away this place would be trustworthy.The estimate was thorough and once the work began, Jeff kept my in the loop on the status of my vehicle. I also received text messages on the status and I could also check online. This is definitely a time saver from calling. Not only was customer service spectacular, the work performed on my vehicle was completed exceptionally by professionals. Thank you to Debbie, Jeff and the rest of the Britland Bridgewater Team. I would definitely recommend Britland services.

They did a great job repairing the car after my daughter hit a deer. They kept us up to date with everything that was going on and even finished ahead of schedule. The staff there is so friendly and helpful. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The nicest auto repair place I ve EVER USED. I brought my car in after my accident.. lots of exterior damage. When I got it back it looked like the day I bought it.. not only did they wax it after they repainted, but they detailed my shift stick and dash and steering wheel and fixed minor things in my interior as well. I ll never go to any other place for repair or body work after my experience here.

The experience was fantastic. My car was repaired within a week and the repairs were done perfectly. The process was very easy and I would totally recommend. When I picked up my car it was washed and cleaned inside and out. What a great treat!

Someone had backed into my wife s 2023 Land Rover and caused the bottom bumper cover to become loose. I took it to Britland for an estimate. Duwan came out to perform the estimate, and when he looked at it, he said might be able to just fix his for you right now. They took it inside, fixed it on the spot and didn t charge me. They could ve easily written an estimate for a new bottom cover and charge labor because it wasn t even me who was going to be paying for it. They earned a new customer. Not to mention, everyone in the office was welcoming and accommodating at 8 AM.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. The only way I could describe the place is that it is a chop shop for the insurance companies. They billed the insurance company for work that they did not perform. They gave me back the car with work they promised was done when in fact it was not. I had to take the car to another shop to have the work done that was not performed as well as work to redo what Britland did. Stay away at all costs, they lie to you over and over again and at the end of the day, they do not care!.

2/6/2019I really can't understand the negative reviews posted here for Britland-Bridgewater.. maybe because people tend to post negative reviews but not positive ones... I'm posting one major glowing review here!!! In a nutshell, I couldn't be happier with their service and expertise!! I came to Britland-Bridgewater through an Insurance-certified referral.I was in an accident in early December - rear-ended by a distracted driver at approx. 40 mph as I was stopped waiting to turn into my development. I was driving a brand-new Honda Insight (only had it just over 2 weeks and was coming home from the dealership after getting the tags installed). It destroyed the rear-end of the car. It took almost 6 weeks, but Britland restored my Honda to its pre-accident state -- a beautiful, perfect repair... not, not repair - REBUILD!.. Not only was the repair work completed with perfection, they provided great communication and regular updates..I HIGHLY recommend Britland Auto Body - Bridgewater to anyone requiring auto repair/body work.P.S. The car was completely detailed at delivery - service above-and-beyond!!!

Best customer service I have ever seen . The work they do is spot on and professional and the best part is, they give you a lifetime warranty on anything they install or fix on your vehicle. What more can you ask for, just a great experience all around. I highly recommend it.
