My wife and I purchased a 2018 Kia Sorento a few years ago at this location. We recently had an issue come up with the switch that controls the one touch panoramic roof. The switch would make the roof open or close but the one touch feature was not operational. I had attempted all basic troubleshooting procedures, such as checking the fuses and attempting to reset the switch apparatus following the guide on the Kia website with not success.I unfortunately live a bit out of the way from this location so I had reached out to our local Kia dealerships service center and had a less than impressive experience on the phone with them. I decided that it might just be worth the trip and reached out to Bidgewater Kia. I spoke to Taylor in the service department and he looked me up and saw that my warranty had unfortunately expired barely a month ago. He was so helpful and accommodating by listening to the issue and the troubleshooting steps I had already taken and suggested one last thing to try, I had apparently missed the last step of the reset procedure. His suggestion fixed my issue and now the roof on my wife s car works just in time for summer.Every step of the call with Taylor made me feel like they have a culture of doing whatever possible to do right by their customers.Taylor has cemented my trust in Bridgewater Kia, I had already really liked my experience with their sales team but now I feel like the service department really has shown me that it s worth the trip to them from now on. Took my brand new 2023 Kia Sportage in for service for a USB port disconnection issue multiple times which I use for Apple Carplay. Sent in video proof of what's happening and was told it was my Apple certified cable that was causing the issue, weird because it works perfectly in the loaner they provided and my Hyundai but I purchased multiple cables and what a surprised they also experienced the same issue.Took my car in back in January and they had it for over a week, They did not call to update me on the status of it at any point. When I decided to call they tell me "oh we worked with a Kia Engineer and they said they do not know what's wrong so just give me back the car". Sad.. so I am left with a barely functioning USB port in a brand new car.

Terrible. They don t even tell you what they checked on your car. I ve been calling them for 2 days & nobody picks up or gives me an answer. They work with the dealerships so they try their best not to have to do any work on cars because it s not profitable for them to fix things that doesn t need fixing then & there. So if you buy a car & they tell you take it here to get serviced you might as well just take it to a mechanic near by.

My 2013 Santa fe sport recently had a motor replaced under warranty in January 2022.We stopped in Kia because I was afraid to go further down the road the young lady Carol who was helping me was very nice and helpful,as was the service personnel. I ended up having to go to global Hyundai. Thanks very much Carol and service techs stay safe.

Jimmy the saleman is the best said he was going to work with me and got me a Great deal on a New telluride EX I was looking to get a S series but the deal he gave me on the EX was better more money but kept me in the range I wanted to spend.
