Bridgewater Collision surpassed my expectations for any auto body shop. From the minute I contact them, they were professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Bridgewater Collision was incredible to deal with! The techs did an unbelievable job on our X5. They even detailed it making it look like it just came out of the showroom. Berns was great to deal with as he kept us updated throughout the entire process. They are knowledgable, friendly and trustworthy here which is rare these days. They are also BMW certified which is a huge plus. Thanks again for the great service!

Good work is so hard to find these days, and that's why I'm so grateful to have found Bridgewater collision. They repaired my Chevy to perfection a few years ago, and recently helped with my husband's vehicle which ended up being a total loss.They are the best of the best. Extremely helpful, detail oriented, and efficient.If you're looking for an Autobody shop, this is the place to go. I can assure you that you won't regret it.

I want to thank Gabrielle and everyone for the wonderful service and the great job they did repairing my vehicle. I will or would not go anywhere else to have any vehicle(s) repaired. Gabrielle kept me updated on a weekly basis regarding the repairs that were being done. She was very thorough and so polite and patient with whatever questions I had. Great experience from the moment I called on the phone to schedule to get my car looked for the initial review. My car was in due to an accident and claim was done through insurance and they handled everything. Car was even done sooner than expected. They are super friendly and communication is great.

The case manager I had was really very kind and the level of customer service was definitely above and beyond. I had a couple of awful dents on my side quarter panel that I got from hitting some unexpected road debris that slipped under my vehicle from another car as I was driving.The piece that was repaired is color matched, finished nicely and they really buffed and shined my car beautifully and even though it s 10 years old, they really brought out the shine on my car and made it look practically almost brand new.Thank you so much to the entire team of bodywork and paint guys and mechanics, and thank you Berns for being so awesome!

My car was damaged by a careless concrete truck driver - trying to perform a K turn on a one way street - and ended up backing into the front of my car. At first the "self insured" concrete company wanted to send me to their own chop shop that has a 1 star review I said heck no, here's a list of BMW certified repair shops in NJ, choose one. They still refused so I chose one for them. After notifying my insurance and searching online for a CERTIFIED BMW repair center that also accepts my insurance, I found Bridgewater Collision Repair. I'm glad I chose them, they had to replace my hood, front bumper then paint to blend it all in. The work came out flawless and looks like it just came out of the factory. I was worried at first the paint wouldn't match, but they did a great job and I see no difference in the light or dark. No difference in colors. Bernabe was thorough and updated me throughout the process and it was done in a timely fashion. Pictures for your own pleasure.

My 2024 Lexus was damaged by a deer. My insurance company suggested that I use Bridgewater Collision on Route 28, North Branch.I could not be happier. Both the owner and the receptionist made my experience a positive one. The owner explained the process very clearly, and the receptionist gave regular updates.Professional, friendly service. I recommend this business with no reservations.Believe it or not, my new 2024 Lexus had a deer run into my driver's door. A second deer incident in two months. Both on Readington Road in Branchburg.I was once again pleased with the service I received, especially from Gabrielle. She called to give me updates, so I was always in the loop as to what timeline with which I was dealing.The door took four months to come in, but this issue was not Bridgewater Collision's fault.I got my car back yesterday. The repair was so well done that no one would ever suspect that the car was ever damaged.Ty,Gabrielle

Two reps there lied when they said the driver door would be replaced after it sustained damage by the driver that hit my car. Not only that, but the door wasn't even fixed. Somehow the door became misaligned upon impact from the other drivers car and was no longer able to close normally. The reps assured me the door would be replaced and there would no longer be an incoming draft or outside noise. The door is the exact same as when I brought it in. And even if they couldn't replace the door as promised, at least they could have tried to realign it properly. If I knew then what I know now, Bridgewater Collison Repair would be the last place I would bring my car for repairs. A word to the wise.

This was the 2nd time i used Bridgewater Collision to repair my BMW X3, They were recommended by the service manager at BMW of Bridgewater. My husband and I dropped my SUV off on Sunday night and by 11 or so the next morning Gabriella called me to give me an idea of the repair time. They have a text notification system that keeps you updated along the way. Once again I am satisfied with their work and professionalism. Gabriella is the best she is so kind and caring. If I need any repairs in the future they are my go to body shop. If I could of given the 6 stars I would of!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Driving down the GSP, a piece of debris kicked up and damaged my Honda Ridgeline leaving a softball size dent on 2 parts on the front corner. Bridgewater Honda recommended Bridgewater Collision repair, and they are approved providers under NJM.Dropped my truck off, they were thinking it would take 2 weeks due to paint, parts, and needing Honda to calibrate the sensors. They offered to have Honda perform any services needed while it was there, they did a recall item and looked into an issue. I was thoroughly happy with the work they did. It was like it never happened, paint is perfectly even, and work don t to my complete satisfaction. They were professional, friendly, under promised and over delivered. I would recommend to anyone.

I don t write many reviews, but Bridgewater Collision Repair was AMAZING to work with, and the work was absolutely impeccable!! To begin, the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door, and they offered really good tips about how to deal with insurance and WHEN to drop off my car, maximizing the time my car would be in the shop so that I didn t have to spend a fortune on a rental car. The staff tips were really invaluable and SO appreciated!The best part is that my car was done WELL before promised, the work was the best I have EVER seen, and I ve had several accidents, the car was spotless inside and out, and the VERY friendly staff answered all of my questions, including about insurance, and didn t point me elsewhere.Great staff, great work, and exceeded my expectations - why would I ever go anywhere else?? The answer is simple - I wouldn t. Great job guys, and although I hope not to need your services anytime soon (lol), I can t thank you enough.JamesServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I came to Bridgewater Repair with an issue, no appointment. They came out immediately, assessed the situation, and gave me practical advice on how I can make the repairs myself without trying to sell me and even saved me money. As happens in Bridgewater a tree came down and hit my Blazer. The insurance company wanted to repair what was clearly a total loss using only pictures that they requested from me. I stopped into their shop without an appointment and spoke with Berns, showing him the pictures and the first estimate from the insurance company. Knowing that they were not going to get a repair out of my insurance, Berns had me bring in the vehicle and worked with the insurance to have it fully inspected for the loss it was. In just a few days they were able to assist me through the process.This is how small businesses should operate. While they did not get my full business this time, I will most definitely utilize their services if the need ever arises again due to the customer service that they showed

I went to this shop yesterday (being for the first time) for what I was expecting a major repair on my rear side panel due to some tire markings. When I arrived I met a gentleman named Berns who was super friendly and asked to see the damage. Ultimately, he was able to clear off the damage free or charge and was super helpful by recommending me some touch paint from a local Honda dealer. I ve never experienced this level of customer service in a while and I definitely recommend anyone who is needing body work to stop by and meet with Berns who provides exceptional customer service!
