Recently purchased a vehicle from Audi of Bridgewater. Could not be happier with the experience I received. I have bought several luxury vehicles and my experience here was one of the best. My wife and I brought our two younger children, which could have been a disaster, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The transaction was smooth and not at all high pressure or too sales focused. All of our questions were answered and concerns, one minor one, addressed. I would highly recommend them and Kim as the point person. I bought another Audi from a different dealer a couple weeks back and the service there did not compare.

I went to Bridgewater Audi for a test drive. At that time, I had not fully made up my mind whether I was going to go with an Audi, and which dealership to purchase it from. I am glad I went to Bridgewater Audi! I was helped by Keith in the Sales Department. Keith was easy-going, friendly and very helpful. I did not feel pressured at all. He patiently listened to all my questions and provided the answers. He really knows the cars he sells, and clearly, he loves Audis. I really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism, as most car salespeople I met in the past just wanted to make the sale. Keith worked with me to find the car I really wanted, and I will enjoy every day. Mercedes and BMW - you lost my business. My Audi S5 is amazing, and a thrill to drive. The fit and finish and the layout of the cabin is impeccable, ergonomic and does not have any superfluous gimmickry. I made the right choice with Audi, and the dealer I bought it from!

This was the best experience I ve ever had while getting service done on my car! Anthony was my service manager. He was thorough when making recommendations and I trusted that when he said, I highly recommend getting this done that he was being honest and not simply trying to up-charge me. They have a shuttle service within a certain radius, so I was easily able to get back home while my car was being serviced free-of-charge. My driver was so friendly. 10/10 recommend this dealership for Audi service!

Where do I start with this review.Let me start off my saying when I got to the dealership my mind wasn t fully made up but after talking with John I was sold. I had the best experience today at Audi in Bridgewater. John the salesman was very pleasant, informative, patient and helpful. I got there at 11am and by 1pm he sold me on a vehicle. The process was seem less. He presented all the options to me so I could make an informed decision.I didn t have a a second driver to take the car home and John was kind enough to deliver the car to my home. I had my daughter with me and he was very kind to her and understanding when she started fussing. The rest of the staff there is just as pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car

Walked in today, and walked out with a brand new car. So happy! Our salesperson, Patrick, was a pleasure to work with, as was Carlos the sales manager. As a team they were polite, professional, and helpful. They knew we wanted/needed a car and they worked with us to make that happen. It may have helped that there were two cute puppies in the showroom, but all in all we really felt we were treated fairly by Carlos and his sales team. If you're looking for an Audi - look here. I have been a customer of Audi Bridgewater for more than 7 years and bought 2 cars from this location. My last car purchased and maintenance have been very disappointing. Back in 2021 I purchased a new Q3 from this location. One year later I started having a water leak problem from the dome light. I brought my car back for a fix and they worked on the car. They mentioned the leak is fixed following the work. The next year the same leak recurred. I brought back the car to the service department and they worked on it and mentioned it is fixed. Ralph Carpini confirmed that the problem is fixed. Three months later the same leak comes back. I am trying to work with them to actually fix this problem. I could not suggest their service department to anyone. I am going to stop my business with them after this issue is fixed.

After several weeks of researching several cars and dealerships, we just picked up our new Audi Q5. Juan Peterson was a pro! He was very knowledgeable, quick to respond and made the buying process efficient! I called Juan Saturday morning, he found the right car for us. We agreed on terms. That same day, we took the train from Manhattan to Bridgewater and drove with the Q5 that same evening.

I called to setup service appointment for my vehicle. What a pleasant surprise! There is a valet service in which a person came to my house picked up the SUV and returned back to my house after few hours of service. Ed from service called me about other service items that I should consider for the near future. I did not have to take off from my work. That was awesome!

Fabulous experience from the moment I stepped out of my car throughout the entire appointment which really went extremely smoothly as they were very accommodating when it was apparent my car had extra work which needed to be done they gave me a ride home, let me know when my car was finished and returned to pick me up. It was undoubtably the most pleasant experience when having my car serviced. Great job to allwho are part of the service team at Audi Bridgewater.

Keith was so great through our experience. I ve had two previous bad experiences with other sales members with Audi and reluctant to go back when shopping for my new car. But Keith totally changed my opinion. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and most importantly, helped me get a great deal on my car. The Audi Bridgewater team in general (especially the Service Manager) are very professional and pleasant to work with. Over the years, I have been to many other Audi Dealerships for my car service, but Audi of Bridgewater Service Team is by far the best!

Throughout the process, he kept me updated and effectively communicated any potential problems which would need attention in the future. On a Sunday night, I had found a CPO A4 that was the spec I was looking for. Monday (Jan 29) I had called in about the car and spoke to a Keith McMillan. He confirmed the car was still available and after getting the window sticker, agreeing on a price, he had taken a $500 deposit from me for the car. I told him I might be able to pick it up on Wednesday (Jan 31), but it was likely I had to pick it up on the weekend, likely Saturday as I work 9-5 in NYC. I spoke to Keith once again on Tuesday and asked him if Saturday would be fine, which he said it would be.Wednesday, one of their sales managers calls me at 9am to try to convince me to come in today. They wanted the sale for their monthly quota as it was the 31st of Jan, which I understood but I specifically asked to make sure this wouldn't be a problem. They offered to handle my insurance, pay for my Uber, etc. I still was not able to drop everything and pick up the vehicle, and around the afternoon I contacted Keith again to make sure I was good for this Saturday. There was no response, and I had to contact the dealership. I noticed the listing was removed online so I had started fearing the car was sold, despite me placing a deposit. Eventually, someone got back to me and confirmed with me the car was sold.Despite my deposit, and confirming with Keith on Tuesday once again that the weekend would be fine, it seems that the people at Audi Bridgewater really, really valued their monthly quota. I'm sure they knew what they were doing when they sold the vehicle despite my deposit. I was fortunately refunded my deposit quickly, but I wholeheartedly cannot recommend that whoever reads this deals with this dealership with these kinds of practices.The behavior of selling the car when I had placed a deposit on it, and then ghosting me leaving me with no clue what had happened until I chased down an answer myself was a terrible way to treat a customer. I hope this review convinces someone to stay away!

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing my vehicle. I would have given it a one star, however Ben who was initially assisting me with my purchase was extremely helpful and was able to locate the vehicle of my color choice at the other location. Unfortunately, on the day, I arranged with him to test drive the car, he was out. I was given Talal. While he was friendly, he was not as educated on the vehicle (Q3). As a previous Audi owner, I was expecting Talal to know the answers to my questions, as I didn't have many. Next, while signing the odometer disclosure, I observed the mileage to be incorrect. It was noted at 44 miles, when in fact the vehicle had 85 miles on it. I requested the odometer disclosure be corrected, especially with this being a leased vehicle. While leaving, I asked about my second key, and was advised that it was not brought from the other location. I was advised that it would be brought to the Bridgewater location the following morning. I agreed to come the next day, being that I would be working 20 minutes away on that day. I requested that something be put in writing that I was only given one key, so it would not be responsible. I called the next day to inquire about the key, and it still was not there. The following day after my purchase, I received a voicemail from the finance department requesting that I re-sign the contract. I then called asking to explain why I was being requested to re-sign the contract, as I was not going to just do so by listening to a voicemail. I was advised that some of the e-documents didn't upload in the correct spot, which was why I needed to re-sign. I requested that what she stated be put in writing and emailed to me. I now read reviews, and see that this has happened to someone else, so this is definitely concerning. While thoroughly reviewing my contract in order to re-sign it, I now noticed that the vin number on the contract and my insurance card were different, and off by one number. I emailed the finance person to advise her of the discrepancy, and asked her to confirm it, however instead of acknowledging my email, and calling or emailing me back, she called my insurance company, who advised her that they had to call me, being that I am the policy holder. I am glad that I caught the discrepancy, as it would have potentially caused me an issue in the long run with my insurance company. I emailed both general managers outlining my purchase experience, as well as the fact that I still had not received my second key, and it was now three days later, and received no response. I then received a call from Talal stating that my key is at the dealer. I explained to him that it is not my responsibility to drive 40 minutes to pick up the key, and it's unfair given the fact that I have to come in a few weeks again to pick up my plates and registration. He at no time offered a resolution to me receiving my other key, other than indicating that it would be in his drawer when I come pick up my license plates. It as if once the deal was made, he could care less. If I knew I going to go through all this on the day of my purchase, I would have waited until Ben returned. While all of the staff was friendly, there is a great need for improvements, as a majority of the errors could cost the consumer in the long road. This was my first and last time purchasing at this dealer.

I recently purchased a certified 2019 RS5 at Bell Audi in Edison N.J. From the very beginning the sale was plagued with many problems. For example, It s been 4 months since my purchase and I m having issues with the suspension on the car. Determined not to give that dealership another cent of my money I began looking for somewhere else to service my vehicle. After some research I landed at Audi of Mendham/Bridgewater. Even though my 2019 RS5 was certified when I purchased it, the suspension issues I m having are not covered under warranty. Of course. Then I was introduced to the fixed operations director in charge of both dealerships. She recognized that maybe the issues with the suspension on my vehicle that has just 19,000 miles aren t run of the mill or a result wear and tear. Like a superhero she swooped in and problem solved. Without a second thought she contacted Audi on my behalf and they agreed to repair my vehicle, therefore forming a relationship between us two parties that I m hoping will last for many years to come. I d also like to give my service advisor Mr Hyatt a shout out for his professionalism. He was awesome. (Full disclosure: I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. They haven t been installed on my car as of this writing. I will continue with this review when the work is done on my vehicle). UPDATE AS OF 1/22/24. Unfortunately after many attempts to diagnose the issue I m having with the car and many different parts installed on the car the service department at Bridgewater Audi was unable to successfully diagnose and repair my vehicle.

This is NOT the place to buy a preowned vehicle. This did not feel like a luxury car dealership - it felt like a slimy used car lot, with price bait and switch, high pressure sales, and questionable vehicle quality. It also looks like I'm not the first to get this sort of treatment (see Jason's comment from a week ago).The dealership posted a listing of a CPO vehicle that was slightly below KBB value. I called in to confirm the price and drove an hour to the dealership to test drive. After the test drive (with the wrong vehicle, since the one they wanted to sell me wasn't ready), they sit me down and hand me a sheet with financing options... with the vehicle price 12% higher than what is posted online and was confirmed over the phone. They didn't even mention the price change until I asked them directly about it. They tell me they built in a "Certification Fee," but it is unlisted unlike their other add on fees. (As an aside, I believe this to be illegal false advertising given that I believe they intended to deceive customers by listing it as a CPO vehicle at the initial list price on marketplace websites, though I don't plan on using my law license today). Although they claim this is a standard fee, it is not - just drive to the Freehold Ray Catena Audi or Edison Bell Audi dealerships for proof and for higher quality service.They then drop the price from their artificially inflated number to a number still well above their own list price. I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. A second manager calls me first thing the next morning asking why I left. I state my discomfort with the price being inflated, but he tells me to come in and we'll discuss. After another long drive in and finally test driving the correct car, the second manager mocks us for asking for anything lower than the inflated price they ended at the previous day (notably, still well above list).Separately, although the vehicle in question appears to be fine, the other cars they were comfortable selling me had dents, scratches, and other issues, which they only acknowledged after I pointed them out. I dodged a bullet and am very happy that I didn't get pressured into a purchase with them, because who knows what other issues I didn't catch and avoided.

The truth is that I can't give thier sales team a good review, because my experience was less than stellar, yet thier service team is another story. Ralph is hands down, the most attentive tech. His attention to detail and willingness to take care of his customers is really what should be the standard. Great experience and great service.
