We needed a tow that was 100 miles from home. We had the pleasure of meeting Tim. During a time of stress and angst, we were helped by one of the most professional and salt of the earth people we ve ever encountered.Xtreme towing is extremely fortunate to have such an amazing person working for them. 3 of the 4 times in the millville area that I've had to call AAA they've sent out Xtreme towing and let me just say that I've never delt with friendlier people from a towing company. Everyone that I've talked to there is so helpful, they're quick, they know what they're doing, and they can always recommend local shops that I have always had good experiences at as well.

They came as a AAA call to tow me to a shop that said I had to have an appt to get towed there. I didn't have anywhere else to go. The driver was very nice and called to see if I could bring it there to xtreme. They took my car and assured me they would get to me on Monday as it was already 4pm on Saturday. When I called to check on my car, they explained the problem. Very professional. A good experience with them. Thank you!

BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!They were over 3 hrs late showing up from the time I was given . And then had the audacity to change the price to 20$ more after arriving. These people are very dishonest!!!!! I was told at 8 am that the tow truck would arrive within the hour and that it would be $80. At 930 I called to see what the eta was and they said within 30 minutes . Well the tow truck didn't show until almost 12 . The driver was tipped $20 as he retrieved the vehicle( i didnt know this until after). I was waiting at home for the truck to arrive with the vehicle, as he arrived and unloaded the vehicle I proceeded to pay him $90 ,$80 for the tow and $10 for tip. The driver then told me that the boss changed his mind and the tow was going to cost $100.. still not knowing that he was already tipped $20. I gave and explained to him that this was all the cash I had on me and that the boss had over 3 hrs to call me and tell me it was going to be $20 more... idk if it was just the driver who was trying to scam me or the company... again very DISHONEST WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR TOWING OR CAR REPAIR......

I called AAA to have my truck towed to a repair shop. Xtreme towing was dispatched and were right on time as promised. The driver was very polite and courteous. As he loaded the truck onto the wheel lift, he took time and care to assure that it was properly secured on the lift. I followed him to the repair shop and found that he was a very careful driver, taking turns slowly and not speeding. In the past, I've had tow operators that "hook and book" and drive like maniacs trying to get the tow done and move on the the next. Not these guys! I would highly recommend them. These guys showed up quick for a tow the day we were leaving on vacation. My truck is super long and the tailgate paint was actually damaged in transit. The driver apologized, took responsibility and took the tailgate with him so their shop could do the repairs at no cost to me. When that driver quit, the owner of the company followed up with me personally and came in on a weekend when the shop was closed to get me the tailgate back, fully repaired. Professional, great service, terrific customer experience even through what could have been a terrible experience when something went wrong. If these guys were closer, they would be a go to shop for me. Totally impressed.Service: Car towing

Their Auto Repair is top notch! Fast, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Great Affordable Prices! I highly recommend any repairs. And they also have a wonderful towing service for all your needs. Excellent tow truck service off the New Jersey Turnpike on a weekend due a mechanical breakdown. The 2-person truck team was competent, friendly and respectful. They jointly handled my 2005 Honda CRV with care -- given it has a damaged rear differential -- and secured it well to the Jerr-Dan bed. The towed me nearly 100 miles from near NJ/DE border all the way to Annapolis MD and ensured my vehicle was safely offloaded at my designated repair shop. The trip was smooth and the young men were kind to make room for me in the cab. The service exceeded my expectations and I will share that with AAA who arranged the service for me!Service: Car towing

Well, I have been trying to use them to move three trucks and one to their shop for repair but it's been two weeks so far, no one has shown up yet, when you call they say they will call back in a few minutes and don't or you get voicemail. I am very impressed with Xtreme Towing in Bridgeton. Not only did they come to my location quickly and promptly, but also had the equipment needed to deal with my truck. Don t bother coming here. They hold your personal property and don t return it. Supposedly no one at the office and if you call three times in a row they block your phone number. Hold the vehicle to drum up your charges. Vehicle was towed here after after motor vehicle accident they have not called us back in four days yet charging two hundred dollars a day.Service: Motorcycle towing

I am the owner of a Driving School here in New Jersey. I was travelling I-295 South around 12:15PM on Wednesday 2/2/2022. I was driving in the center lane of the three-lane roadway, and just changed to the left lane to pass a slower driver when a roll-back tow truck from Xtreme came "roaring" up behind at a high rate of speed. This tow truck proceeded to tailgate, significantly close and dangerous, for about a mile, until I had clearance to move back safely to the center lane. What the Xtreme driver doesn't realize is that my driving school vehicle is equipped with a dashcam video (showing rear & front view), and I also got a clear still photo of the vehicle and the driver! I will be sending this video to the NJ State Police, along with the report I already filed for reckless driving!!!

My dad's car got into an accident and Xtreme towing took the job. My dad had stuff in his car that the workers stole from his car and to top that off they charged HIGH PRICES and kept on changing the date when the car was ready saying that "there was more problems to be fixed" and when we got the car back it look more horrible than what the accident had first caused. Wouldn't recommend them! Go somewhere else and save more money!Service: Car towing

I was on 95 North today after being in traffic from the left lane being closed. I made my way around that stretch of 95 headed northbound on 95 still and out of no where with 2 or 3 other lanes open had one of xtremes tow trucks inches from my bumper. The driver of the tow truck then went around me and afterwards flipped me off. Very professional thug let me tell ya. All caught on my dash cam.
