Honest and thorough. Took a problem we had from a previous mechanic/shop - gave us the full details & options for a resolution. The willingness to fix someone's prior mistakes is not all shops will do - but our family appreciates it and will always go here from this point on.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Weber's Auto & Truck Repair, which I feel obligated to share with others. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer service demonstrated by this establishment was truly appalling. I entrusted my car to Weber's Auto & Truck Repair with the expectation that they would promptly diagnose and repair the issue, but unfortunately, my vehicle sat untouched for weeks without any progress being made.First and foremost, Weber's Auto & Truck Repair failed miserably when it came to communication. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out, the staff seemed uninterested in my concerns and provided zero updates on the status of my car. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, unsure if any work was being done at all.To add insult to injury, Weber's Auto & Truck Repair completely neglected to properly assess the problem with my car. Despite clearly explaining the issue I was facing, their mechanics proved incapable of accurately diagnosing it. Instead of demonstrating their expertise and finding a solution, they seemed content to let my car collect dust in their workshop.What shocked me the most was the complete lack of urgency displayed by the staff at Weber's Auto & Truck Repair. Despite my repeated pleas to expedite the repairs and get my car back on the road, they displayed an indifferent and nonchalant attitude. It felt as if my vehicle was just another forgotten project in their shop, with no regard for the inconvenience caused to me as a customer.Furthermore, the overall customer service at Weber's Auto & Truck Repair was abysmal. The employees exhibited a dismissive and unprofessional demeanor, showing no respect for customer satisfaction or basic courtesy. It was as if they were doing me a favor by accepting my car for repairs, rather than providing the quality service that should be expected from an auto repair shop.In the end, I made the decision to retrieve my car from Weber's Auto & Truck Repair and sought assistance elsewhere for the necessary repairs. It was disheartening to realize that I had wasted valuable time and money dealing with this inept establishment.I strongly caution anyone seeking reliable and efficient auto repair services to avoid Weber's Auto & Truck Repair at all costs. Their lack of competence, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction make them an absolute nightmare to deal with. Spare yourself the frustration and find a reputable establishment that values their customers and can provide the quality service you deserve.

I had a car towed there in the afternoon & he called me back quickly with a complete & thorough diagnostic.I finally found an "experienced" & "dependable" shop/mechanic. He has been operating out if the same location for over 20 years.I had his place confused with another place, never knew it was there! EUREKA!!!!

Weber's Auto Repair did amazing job. My car was broken and towed to the shop on Sunday. Monday morning, I was called and informed of the situation of what was going on. By five o clock, I had my car back and running perfectly.Great communication and High quality services. Thank you Weber's Auto & Truck Repair!

Got my 2002 Saturn serviced for it's last time at the BEST SHOP in Jersey !! Hope I can find the same quality shop in NY. Thanks Craig and Jeanna for many years of great service. Would recommend them to anyone !!

They do excellent work on my 6.0 diesel and made it run like a new truck. The price was a little high but i got what I paid for.

THE MANAGER IS VERY UNFAIR JACKED A PRICE UP WITHOUT ME BEING UNAWARE OF IT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL IN LESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF
