The Jamaican that works in the Auto department. He acts like he doesn't like his job or PEOPLE! HE'S RUDE HAS NO PATIENCE! WILL NOT GREET YOU! He needs to stay in the back somewhere! He has absolutely no people skills!

I have nothing against Walmart as a whole but this auto center is not good as it seems. They screw the care of my car not once but TWICE. First the forgot to screw back the slots of my front tailgate bulbs, and most recently, they gave me the incorrect bulbs, for my brake lights and tailgate lights. When I came back, they didn t even try to fix the issue. They want me to wait until a manager come and see me. I really have no time for mechanics doing rookie mistakes. If you need something to be fixed in your car, go to a private mechanic. It s not worth leaving your car to people that doesn t even know how to fix something in the first place.

Employees were professional and service was done in a few hours, so I dropped the car off and came back later. I save a lot of money by coming here, and the quality of service seems just as good as other shops.

Oil change. Quick and good service... this time Through a battery in and oil change. Good service.. .might be a good idea to make an appointment.. over heard a guy debating if they was taking in walk-ins. Early walk in.. 5 star

just called care care , asked if they match the pricing on tires from walmart online , stated they could not , was told to call customer service , which they transfered me to , asked a woman same question , answered that it was up to the manager to make decision , but couldnt elaborate , bad communication skills she needs better training , she brushed me off , so im going elsewhere for my tires, even though i shop a lot with this company,

Ain t nothing wrong with this place. I get my services done here. Quick and reliable. They got good service. Hard workers. Doing they re job. Getting it done. Quick and easy. All it takes is a little dirt and sweat. But these guys always manage to get the job done on time! If you don t believe me. Visit them & see how fast it gets done. Highly Recommended.

Called at 5:10 and told them I had four tires I wanted to get put on, asked if it was a good time the manager said yes bring it up we will do it now. I said it will take me about 20 min or so to get there. She said that's fine. I get there and a long-haired Spanish guy working there refused to put them on. It was 535 he said it would put him to close to seven. I asked to speak to the manager, he said she's gone. I said she told me to bring them up now and they would do it, you aren't going to do it, he said, "nope, manager is gone and I want to get out of there early" drove 25 minutes each way in a snow storm for nothing!

I was looking for a pool noodle. I asked the kid working in seasonal department where they were he literally looked at me shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes and POINTED TO THEM. Gotta love our next generation.

I've been coming to this auto care center for a few years now. I would love to give them 4 or 5 stars but customer service needs to improve. There have been times where the auto care service was not open due to employees not showing up and customers waiting in their cars 30 minutes to an hour for someone to let them know they are closed. That is very unprofessional as I know other car service centers will not tolerate this inconsistency because that is business lost.

Stripped my lug nuts never could get either of my back tires off I got there at 7:10am didn't leave until after 10am because they put my phone number in the system wrong and never called me over the loud speaker in the store since I did tell them I was going shopping. I went for all 4 tires to be changed and they never changed even 1 and that was at 8:50am when I went back to the auto center and they told me they didn't think I would want any done since they couldn't remove my back ones then told me it would be 20 more minutes to change the front 2 but it took over an hour. Plus I had to buy new 3 lug nuts but they only told me they stripped 1.

Cheap and service but they sold me 2 Goodyear tires that were defective and brought them back and the so called tire experts said there was nothing wrong with them and then 1 week later one of the tires blew and made my car go in to the side wall on the highway. They did nothing about it. I will not go back to that place if you paid me.

Cheap fast and nice guys and girls. Always get my oil done at Walmart never had any problems. Also had my fuel injectors serviced as well.

They messed my truck up by draining my transmission fluid instead of my oil then refilled my transmission fluid with oil... When I left my car broke down on the side of the street when it wouldn't move in drive..I reversed it to get it out of the road to pull to the side. Exhaust and my hood began smoking, oil splattered all over my truck, my undercarriage is saturated with oil...I had it towed to Walmart and the manager Rob and Lillybeth insisted their employee didn't do it, watched a video of the work done but refused to allow me to see it, Lillybeth stated she knows nothing about cars but said the employee did nothing wrong, Rob claim a hose came out and they don't touch them and come to find out there is not suppose to be a hose where he claimed.. Now I have to pay for transmission work and pray they didn't destroy my transmission....Calling my lawyer 1st thing in the morning since it's Sunday..

Order tire online had shipped to walmart tire cente, Bridgeton NJ. Went to have them installed but couldn t cause the did not have the right size lug nut socket to find my wheels. For heavens sake it s a tire center . My car is a 2012 Ford Focus & I just had a flat changed by AAA a few days earlier. Beware!!!!!

There is no one at the dest ever, you have to wait around for someone to service you. Their staff is not friendly or knowledgeable and they add charges on your bill with out telling you.

Currently here waiting for an oil change, was told 30 min and it s been exactly 1 hour and they still haven t done anything. Worst and terrible customer service and experience. Go somewhere else. Wasted my damn morning @7am

No appointments, they lost the cap to my washer fluid, didn't tighten the oil filter down, kinda rude in general, and most can't drive a manual. Avoid like the plague.

Coustomer service is ass stood around waiting to buy a battery for 30 min plus while there were 10 walmart employees walking around didnt even ask do i need any help coustomer acknowledgment needs improvement

Slow as molasses running uphill in January. They don't do what you ask them to do, for example I asked for new wiper blades while there for an oil change and they didn't do it

You get what you pay for. An oil change is like $40 and they dont use top notch oil and filter
