When you pay $11 for a car wash , you get an $11 car wash at most places. These folks go above and beyond $11 Of service. Nice people, well run business. I was very satisfied with their job. I will use them again.

Car wash broke rear panel clip and pulled panel partially off. Manager said it was my fault. Offered no help. $40 for a wash and a damaged car.

I always come here for my car washes. If you are in the Somerset and Bridgewater area, the service and value here is unlike anywhere else in the area. Highly recommended.Service: Full body washService: Full body wash

Paid high price for a poor quality service. This was my first time, i usually goes to a car wash down in route 10 which is excellent. As i was in the neighborhood tried. I wanted to get the carpets washed so they told me to get the ultra for $23.99 my regular place they charge $15 + tax. Anyhow i went to pay they charged me $27.18 i ask how come and they said large vehicle extra $1.50 since mine was a SUV, this is nonsense. Paid and drove off. Immediate i saw dirt and dust all over inside also in the windshield as the cloth they wiped was dirty.This was a terrible terrible job done for the money you pay really poor. I realized they did so fast just move cars quickly i don't want to be rush when you pay to get the job done. Definitely my last and i suggest others who want to try look somewhere else.

Not the brightest guys working there. Went in for a oil change, the tool that was doing it didn't tighten the plug. Got oil drips still over my garage. Will never go back there.As far as the car wash goes this is what #1 Platinum package gets you. They claim it's the best one for after snow or Summer driving plus more. See pictures. Never again.

Overall wash was good but their equipment left scratches on my rear bumper (the guy wiped away the black stains but there are still permanent scratch marks on my new car now), the cashier worker (Asian guy) got defensive when I pointed it out, and went as far as accusing me of accusing him of scratching my car will not be returning here again.

Just got my car detailed. Beyond impressed with the quality of work done. Martinez is super meticulous and professional. Prices are fair for the quality of work. Highly recommended

This place is fantastic. Quick turnaround time for everything they worked on. They do thorough work. Their prices are reasonable. Never have to wait long because they work fast. I came in for an oil change, which went off well without a hitch. With the included inspection they did find an issue with my brakes. Specifically, my rear brake pads were getting worn out. I actually forgot about them previously and it was a good reminder. I brought in the car for the brake pad replacement and the technician gave me a detailed explanation and showed me the problem and what needed to be done. I got the service done and now what a difference. The car actually stops better and stopped squeaking. I whole heartedly would recommend to all my friends and family. Kim and his team did a fantastic job fixing my 2016 Camry and turning it like brand new. They did full car detailing, changing brakes and oil change. Branchburg Car Care center did an amazing detailing job. My car was a MESS - stained upholstery, dirt and sand all over -- and somehow they managed to make it look brand new. They got all the stains out and cleaned every inch! I highly recommend them!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Not good. This was my 1st time going there and it was my last. I hav an SUV and I purchased the opt#4 package. Exterior wash, interior vacuum and clean windows inside. I paid the mandatory $2 SUV charge. While waiting for my vehicle to be pulled into the wash, they were vacuuming and cleaning the windows of all the cars in front of me. When it came my turn, they didn t do it. I checked it out at the end of the line when supposedly the folks drying off everything were done.They never vacuumed the interior or did the windows. I mentioned this to the guy taking the $ and I got no response so I went to the owner. At that time he had the guys do the vacuuming and windows. Terrible service like I wasn t going to notice? And, the kid drying off the vehicle only dried the drivers door frame and not the other 4 doors (SUV tailgate). In a nutshell, I m not going back!Poor service across the board ..Service: Full body wash

It's not my favorite car wash, but it's ok. There were only two guys wiping cars, but the car came out fine. Never satisfied with the way my windshield turns out, but they did a great job with my SUV's rubber floor liners!

I have been going to this facility for the last gosh 35 years they always do a good fair and honest oil change they tell me what filters need to be changed they show it to me and then they have no problem with me going to auto parts store and buying my own replacing them for less money car wash it's always clean the inside always clean if you have a pet remember dog hair doesn't come out that easy so don't be angry at them because your dog's hair is clinging like a seed pod to your interior of your car. It's like a beauty parlor some things just can't be fixed.haha

They do a good job changing your oil very quick and check out the car and then free car wash is always the best plus if you want to get the upgrade and do the inside you can. They've always been reliable for at least 10 years since I've been going there. Never had a problem.

Terrible car wash. Last time I went (specifically for an interior vacuum) the guy said he was the only one there so they can t do vacuuming. This time I went, waited in line for 25 minutes with only 5 cars in front of me. When I got my car back, the back seats still had dog hair all over them and the floor mats weren t even in place, just thrown inside so I could fix it. Not professional and very disappointing. Never using this place again.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Platinum package is the worst I have ever tried. Trunk and main cabine were not vacuumed well. Tires dressing was not well applied. Dashboard and interior dressing are fake. Doesn't worth the money paid. If you are gonna wash there, use the lowest package.

My car was Cleaaaaaaannnn like it just came off the Car lot. The car was cleaner than I bought it. From inside out. Did not want to drive the car to avoid getting any dirt on it.

I have been coming here to Branchburg Car Care on and off for more than a decade and generally received decent service. Today, I brought my car in for a routine oil change and service. After about 20 minutes, the technician came to get me to show me that that they broke a filter piece when removing it because it was on too tight from my last service. They then charged me $40 to replace a piece that THEY BROKE!! The manager refused to budge when I asked that that cost be removed. They have officially lost my business and I would not recommend anyone use their services.*I will say that the actual technician was really nice about it and gave me a free upgraded car wash to apologize- but it is clear that upper management is in the business of swindling customers, long time or not.

Great car wash without a doubt. I've brought all my cars here over the years and they always come out clean. I've seen massive vans go through here so they do not seem to be a problem. They have water guns so you can shoot the cars as they go by (you have to leave your vehicle). Price is pretty good and they do some extra drying at the end

These guys are great at fixing cars. Their prices are great and so pleasant to deal with. Excellent service!!!
