My Subaru Forester is driving better than ever since I got it back from the shop. Excellent customer service all around, they offered to give me a ride back from the shop and called my used car dealer to get more info about my vehicle. They put a lot of care into the entire experience and the results were excellent. Thanks a lot Team NAE!

Nerger's Auto Express' customer service is exceptional. Nerger's is a company who values their customers; it shows from the minute you walk in to their auto repair shop with a warm and friendly welcome to after the completion of the service when a few days later, I received a follow up text making sure my car was running smoothly. They had my vehicle for a few days and kept me informed on what was being done without me having to call. And because they had to keep my car an extra day, they delivered it to my driveway - that was a plus ! I am happy they were recommended !

Every interaction I have had with Nergers has been wonderful. They have excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. They worked quickly to diagnose and fix the issue I was having with my vehicle and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly. We will definitely be using Nergers for any future car trouble and maintenance needs.

Glad google recommended me this repair center. I recently brought my Avalon here to get serviced routine and I couldn t have been more satisfied. The work done was incredible. Also Throughout my 15 years of driving and getting serviced, I have never seen a team who s work had match there customer service and vice versa until today. The family here were second to none. I ve never felt more compelled to write a review for anything until Nerger Auto express. This is more than well deserve and I do hope people can time the time to read this and if not go and witness the team. Thank you for treating my car and myself with the upmost care and respect .

It was like I took a trip in a time machine back to when folks made it a point to take pride in their work. They actually care about the folks that they are providing their services to and do it all at fair and reasonable prices. That is the kind of quality that is lacking in this modern world of ours, but thankfully Nerger's Auto Express is here. Real honest to goodness mechanics on staff. I have to keep pinching myself to make sure I'm not dreaming, but it's true it's all true my long nightmare is finally over. I found a mechanic I can trust. And that means everything ...

WOW! I am far from a car expert and it was refreshing to have someone take the time to fully explain every detail with me line by line. The vehicle inspection provided was something that I have never seen anywhere else and was ridiculously thorough and detailed. The entire staff that I interacted with was always friendly and professional and made me feel like MY interests were a priority and not their bottom line. I will definitely recommend friends and family here for their car repair needs.

Really comfortable car maintaince/repair experience. I'm new to having service done on my car and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about going to a new place to have work done. I expressed my shortcomings with car maintenance and regular oil changes in the past to Shannon on the phone and she literally talked to me like I was her own son and helped me understand what I should focus on and how the process would go. When I came in for my appointment I was 30minutes late and appologized a bunch and offered to come back another day but was treated so kindly and they still took my car in without hesitation. Something that stuck out to me also was that my name is a little different to pronounce and Mr. Nerger, the owner, had corrected the lovely lady at the front desk to the proper pronounciation of my name even though I wasn't going too. Later, Mr. Nerger had called me and went over all my diagnostics and we came up with a plan together for how I was going to get my car back into shape without breaking the bank. When I came to pick up my car I was greeted with smiles and even the cutest little dog that came to say hi =). Once I got in my car - things got even better. They had gone above and beyond by having cleaned my center console and they put a printed copy of my registration in my car for me since I had mentioned earlier that I only had a picture copy on my phone while I was waiting for the DMV to send the official copy in the mail. The work that was done was fairly priced - The personal touches, family-like atmosphere, and above average service made the whole experience for me. Thanks to Shannon, Mr. Nerger, the lovely lady at the front desk and the rest of the team for taking care of me! Highly recommend

Let me start by saying I'm going to have a hard time with this review because words can't express the happiness I was with this place...... Brian and his wife were absolutely amazing totally understands customer service was there for me at the time of need.... He was so caring that he cared about how far I was coming from and he actually was going to send me some place just to save me mileage on my car.... That is unheard of nowaday or somebody to go out of their way to do so... The work that he done on the car the 52 point inspection he takes pictures as he's doing it and then he send you a link to show you that they did the work.... His customer service on the phone is old school hundred star rated... There is no other place that I would rather be or go than it is to this place This is hands down The only place to go.... Good honest

The owner is the most passive aggressive narcissist I've ever had the unpleasant experience meeting. He is more interested in fabricating and manufacturing positive reviews, which many are likely from people he knows, than providing honest service to his customers. Honestly, what owner also acts as the person in charge of responding to Google reviews?

Customer service at its finest! I couldn't have been more pleased while walking my son through his first car purchase. Ernie's no pressure attitude and patience with us was unmatched. He made time in his very busy schedule to have the car looking fabulous and ready for pickup the very next day. Thank you for such a positive experience! Your team is topnotch!

I went in to get one of my rims looked at for a possible repair or replacement depending on what the severity of the issue wound up being and made an appointment unsure of what the outcome would be. A few days after dropping the wheel off to get looked at I got a call that the work was all done and ready for pickup. I was very surprised that they went ahead and did work without confirming a price to me or explaining to me what work would be done before actually performing. While the work seems to be of good quality, I would have appreciated having been quoted a price and confirming with them that I would like them to do work for whatever they charge, especially since I didn't know if I was getting a repair or full-on replacement, rather than giving them the wheel to look at and getting surprised by the bill when I picked the wheel up.

Fantastic. Strong technically and equally as important, strong customer service. I felt like I was part of the family! Kudo's to the team, Brian, Shannon, Tony, and Scott.We initially were made aware of Nerger's from Costco after purchasing new tires there. We have always trusted those businesses affiliated with Costco since they vet them all pretty well. Therefore we made an appointment and asked them to conduct an extensive review of our Rogue. Our dealer had just given us an estimate and it seemed too steep in price. We took the car to Nerger's and had them balance and align the car with its new tires, we had them do the work they uncovered that needed to be done, including fixing some poor workmanship that the dealer had performed earlier in the year. All of this work was done and it didn't cost as much as the dealer would have done which was less work. Beyond all this, they provided personal transportation back to my house since it would require an overnight to receive the parts (no extra charge).The bottom line is that we found a reliable repair shop for our vehicles and have been talking them up to our friends.

This was my first time using Nerger s Auto Service in Bound Brook. I had a wheel alignment done there. I made an appointment to come in with the car. They have an oversized comfortable waiting area with couches, but they won t let you wait. They take everyone home and then come back to pick you up when your car is ready. The won t tell you how long the service will take or when they will come to get you. I have never experienced any service center that operates that way. They did the work for a reasonable price and are recommended by Costco so that s in their favor.

This Is One Of The WORST Places To Take Your Car For A Repair, Customers Beware!!#1 They Tried To Charge My Mother Over $1,000 For A Car Battery and A Diagnostics Test & Made Up A Bunch Of Fancy Word Terms To Make It Sound Good #2 When I Called BRYAN* Out On His Bs, He Goes On To Say, (Well You Shouldn t Had Taken Your Car Here To Get Fixed In The 1st Place) Then Charges My Mother $300+Dollars For Someone To Plug In A Machine That Tells You What s So Called Wrong #3 Long Story Longer, My Mother Wound Up Paying The $300 For Absolutely No Work Being Done At All!! Extremely professional and honest. Everything was done very quickly and perfectly. Everyone is very pleasant and you know they care, which is something that is very important now a days. I highly recommend them for all auto care. Brian keeps you informed of everything that your car needs and communicates before doing any repairs or service. I was recommended by another car shop to come to Nergers because they could not diagnose my car problem. Nergers gave me a detailed diagnosis of my car, fixed all my car problems and now my car runs great. They even provided a shuttle service to take me to and from the shop. Went in on 7 -14 talked to Shannon she took all my info and scheduled me on 7-18. My car needed a lot of work. They do very thorough inspection of all areas of car then e- mail results.After you review you call and authorize repairs talk to owner of 34 yr. business. All work was completed and mechanic's are top notch and thorough. I could not say enough amazing things about Nerger's Auto Express! My family mechanic was unavailable to see my car, it was extremely urgent as there was battery acid everywhere under the hood. I was recommended to call Nerger's and they accepted my car the next day, no questions asked! The service from Shannon and Brian was amazing. They treated me with such kindness as a first time customer and I'm forever grateful for them! They offered to drive me or pick me up from my job and I explained to them I work a very intense schedule and not having my car for even a day is very challenging so they made sure to make it point to work on my car and pick up the same day. I'm very very impressed with this company and will be using their services moving forward.Service: Battery

Friendly service. Their inspection report as to what needs to be fixed based on a red, yellow, green priority list with pictures is awesome. Never seen a mechanic do that.Free pick and drop also removes the hassle of car servicing.

I truly enjoyed my experiences at Nergers. Brian, Scott, Michelle, and Shannon act like family and in turn have made me and my family felt like family. I always know I can trust my car in their hands and they keep the pricing fair. I'm so glad I've found a trusted mechanic in my area. My name is Cyndi and this was the easiest experience I have had with my car repair EVER! The initial conversation I had made me feel at ease with trusting my vehicle with Nerger's. I had tried a few shops that did not work out. I was recommended by a friend and felt secure with Nerfer's. I was surprised by the detailed report on my vehicle and constant communication about the repairs with Brian. They did excellent work and were professional with all interactions. After speaking to Brian I knew this place was a good fit. He spent the time educating me on what I was looking for and guiding me in the right direction with the necessary course of action. It s common for a place to push unnecessary things on you and that was not the case here. Fair prices, great customer service and proper guidance. The parts needed came in early, they fit me in before the scheduled timeframe and stayed after closing hours to make sure the job was completed.
