So my experience wasn t to bad at bluesky auto bought the car back on 11/30/23 got a 370z. The guy Auturo seems nice at first but soon as you get the car stuff that was suppose to get done on car like a new battery and cap for the coolant reservoir was never done. He wouldn t answer any of my text and I called the owner he was nice he wanted to give me another battery but Arturo left a bad taste in my mouth so I bought my own. My mechanic notice a few problems coolant leak that I got fixed I also recommend getting your own used car warranty like I did the one they have is garbage the only way they cover anything is if your car blows up. I just passed inspection today this is my weekend car and it s not a pre certified used car so I wasn t expecting to much because it s not my daily. Car works good and one thing I must say is they did me a big favor with the trade in. Don t expect to find a brand new car just something you can live with and don t mind putting some work into. The body of the car was in good shape gotta do some paint correction but it s a 2011 can t be to picky. My overall rating would have been higher if Arturo had been more professional I would never buy a car from this dealership again don t like people like him take your money and don t pick up the phone or text. He picked up every text when I was interested in car showed me his true colors. Buy at your own just have a back up car if you are going to purchase from this place wouldn t recommend this place to anybody even though the girl in office and owner was polite. They are sketchy how they do deals I ll just leave it like that. Actually the car had check engine light on it a few days after getting it the spark plugs you said you guys did y all didn t do. Was a coolant leak on car had to change hose and the clutch was worn. Y all jump every car at the dealership when I went so I just said I ll buy a good battery not a cheap one. Look how long it took for me to pass inspection and you guys clearly did body work on car everything was loose and required fastens. Also Arturo wasn t on vacation I was on vacation get it right and if he was dealing with me that should have been something you tell the client. He coached me when I was on the phone with bank so stop it. Overall I m happy with car because I know about these cars not because you gave me a great car I m making it a great car. The other reason I didn t want you touching the car again is because a lot of people on reviews say they bring the car back and it s worse and on BBB you have horrible ratings. This car will get driven 5k miles a year so i was okay with taking that risk because i purchased a good warranty outside your dealership. My mechanic dealt with that warranty company you have and don t recommend it have a good one.

My family has bought cars from Arturo at BlueSky Auto for the past 5years and they ve had nothing but great experience with their purchases. Me and my husband decided it was time to upgrade our Mercury, we went to BlueSky, Did not find anything that was suitable for us at the time. We received a call from Arturo a Couple weeks later informing us that a van had came that he thought we might like and it was within our price range. Sure thing, we went in, van was all cleaned up, serviced and ready for us to test drive it. Van ran great, Arturo was very attentive and answered all of our questions and helped us through all the process. Service was TOP NOTCH. Will recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle. FIVE STARS

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE INTEGRITY OF ARTURO OUR SALESMAN at THIS DEALERSHIP. The car we wanted was in great condition for our son. The price was what we were asking NO BALLON HIDDEN FEES. Just an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. We are looking to keep business with them in the near future.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Blue Sky Auto. Initially, two dealerships had the vehicle I wanted with comparable prices and mileage. However, the first dealership was slow to respond, did not seem motivated to sell, and did not respect my time. Blue Sky Auto on the other hand was quick to respond to every inquiry, and was highly motivated. Arturo in particular was very responsive, processed and approved my application within less that 20 minutes - the other place took over 3 hours. Even to this day, if I have any questions or issues, Arturo always answers the call.Everyone at Blue Sky Auto was friendly and genuinely interested in my concerns - all were friendly and professional. Additionally, the benefit of working with a family-owned dealership was that they knew their cars and seemed truly committed to each vehicle they owned as if it were their own. Moreover, they spend time on structuring the perfect deal for me, great on price and even better on terms. The entire experience was like buying a car from a trusted family member or friend whose first thoughts were on your well-being rather than on their profit margin.So far aftercare has been stellar and I am extremely happy with my purchase.I highly recommend Blue Sky Auto if you are in the market for a car.Five stars and two big thumbs up!

We just purchased our 4th used car from Blue Sky Auto! It is a family business so they work hard to maintain their reputation and integrity! They know the cars they are selling and communicate with their customers including the Carfax. When they didn't have the car on the lot i was looking for they shopped to find me the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend Arturo and the crew at Blue Sky Auto and would not go anywhere else to purchase a used car.

I just received a second great buying experience from Blue Sky and Arturo. After having such good results with my first purchase, I reached out to Arturo to help find a car for our daughter. She had a budget and ideas of the kind of car she would like. In no time he came back with some suggestions with photos and details.She ended up with a car she loves right on budget. The closing process was smooth and fast. The other plus with Arturo is his mechanical knowledge.I highly recommend them!

In February 2019, my family and I purchased a 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan with 84,000 miles on it. Didn t even last me past April. There is absolutely no way the staff wasn t aware of major issues with the car when at the time of the purchase. Maybe the place has changed since then and have more thorough checks for the vehicles they sell but for me that was not the case. Of course, at the time, they made us sign an agreement to accept the car as is, so we were swindled out of $10,000. I am writing this review five years later because it appears that my old review was deleted.

Very terrible please do not go there, do not buy cars from there, I bought my first car from them and it was the worst experience ever after three days from buying the vehicle. It had an engine problems, and even though the sales guy promised me a warranty, he won t honor it. They are scammers. Do not go there and have the experience I had.

Worst!! They will take your money and your car will just sit there while they drink beers and smoke cigarettes all day! Unfortunately I ve seen this firsthand, left a hefty deposit for a convertible top two be installed went back and picked up the car over a month after they said it was going to be done and the car was still parked in the back untouched. Two other customers stop by while I was there with similar problems.When I got in my car there a cigarette ashes in the front seat and on the rug thankfully no burns but that was the least of the worries considering Please save yourself the trouble and headache and find somebody reliable will actually get work done.Also I did not get my deposit back yet and it s been two months since.

First of all, I have been looking for this car for a long long time and I finally found it at Blueskyauto Mr. Otto helped me get this car. I am a customer from out of state, but Mr. Otto made everything very easy and the dealer delivered the car to me on time everything was perfect! I cannot say enough about my experience with Arturo at Blue sky auto. He went WAY above and beyond to make sure this was a smooth process and that we were happy. I purchased a car from blue sky auto for my daughter and then decided that it was not the car for us. Normally , a dealer would say too bad, it s yours now well , he didn t do that . He searched for something else for us and found the right car, taking into consideration all of my needs. He gave me every penny back that i paid for the first car and put it towards the new one. He is honest and trustworthy and i honestly wouldn t go anywhere else to purchase a car ! This was an absolutely wonderful experience and i would recommend Blue sky auto 100% . Thank you Arturo !

Literally messaging them if the car is available. Drove from Atlantic city, 2 and a half hours. When I arrive they tell me they just took a deposit on the car 30 minutes ago. Complete jackass service. I don't know what kind of scam they are trying to pull.

I've purchased an SUV last week that I really wanted. There were issues hindering me from getting it at first, but Arturo, made it possible for me to leave the lot with it. He made it his business to make sure I got it. Great place, great business and great customer service. Thanks Arturo!

Best experience ever! Due to a surgery I was not able to actually shop for my daughters sweet 16 car and off to internet shopping I went! Found the exact car I wanted - at an amazing price reached out and immediately got top notch customer service and the car delivered right to me from NJ to CT in 2 days! When life makes you trust a stranger and purchase a car sight unseen, this was the BEST risk I ever took. Otto was in contact with me at every step AND THE CAR WAS OUTSTANDING! Priced so fairly, I was ready to accept some things to overlook but it literally was in brand new condition! A++++++ rating easily and I recommend Blue Sky Auto to everyone !!! Thank you for making this mom create a dream come true :)

I went here based on the reviews. I don't know who's reviewing or what but I did not have the same good experience as others. One car was absolutely soaked in the back with a puddle of water on the floor. Another vehicle had a poorly covered up accident "fixed" to make it look new. Several other vehicle were not up to subpar condition to sell i.e. brakes needed replacement, tires were bald or there were just other mechanical problems that weren't safe.

Traded in my wife's truck with Blue Sky, and we could not be more pleased!! Arturo and Laura were wonderful. Very friendly and approachable. The experience did not feel rushed or urgent; Arturo walked us through everything and made the transition smooth. We felt very comfortable buying a vehicle here and would strongly recommend others to do the same!

We purchased our son's first car from Arturo @ Blue Sky Auto in early October. I saw the car we were looking for (1 owner, clean carfax, well maintained). Sent an email to Blue Sky checking if it was still in stock and Arturo texted me immediately.We all went to see the car in person, and Arturo and staff was courteous, super informative, and took pride in his work. We worked a great deal and the car was ready to be picked up the following day.As a followup, because I have dealt with this before at other dealers: all paperwork and title were handled by Raquelle and she was very prompt and efficient.So far we have had the Impreza over a month now and it's exactly what we were looking for.Thanks again Blue Sky Auto!

So I was in the Market for a New Car and I stumbled onto this place. I Saw a car I really liked and it was priced good. So I went through the process of obtaining the vehicle. The car has a warranty on both the engine and transmission so I was excited about the whole process. So fast forward and I finally have the vehicle in my possession and I'm driving to work the car starts making sounds and I start to worry lights are coming on so I immediately call and I tell them what happened and i was told they would fix the issues. I get the car back and the issues start again and now I'm told we will see if we can fix the issue. I don't recommend this place. They seem honest but they are not

This dealer sold me vehicle without Title which is not legal in state of New Jersey.Don t waste your money and time this place is biggest fraud and scammers don t trust them.After reading your reply I will have to add some facts about your promise that you will mail title following week after sale was made which you did notI have call to check on status after 1 week has passed answer was next week and another week passed and nothing again so I call again and what happened is that your sale personal blocked my calls so w called from other phone an your sales answered.25 days passed and still no title.So I wrote a review about your dealership on google and 5 minutes later my phone rings now you re calling me about reviews that I postedAll facts nothing but truth.I know nothing about your policy but I know that you cashed my check first business day after sale.and made me wait for title 4 weeks,blocked my phone calls and didn t respond that doesn t sound trustworthy at all.Wrote truthfully review.What I have experienced with this place hope no one else willThat s just not right way to treat customers
