They are very deceptive pertaining to refunds and warranties. I would give them ZERO STARS. THEY HAVE BEEN RUNNING ME AROUND FOR MONTHS NOW ON A DEFECTIVE TIRE.

Very gud service on nd out all workers very nice spl any kind of tyre repair they can fix ryte way very honest people's in case any kind of tyre repair any repair very cheap and gd services dnt go petro TA .this location better then them highly recommend to go on that shop. The happnd with me very small piece of steel nail in my steering tyre I went to petro truck stop they says oh its cnt be fix u hbe to change new for 600 usd after I called tht shop jus in front of petro travel centre they said come we cn check nd fix it and they did it spl Mr kayle on the reception very nice nd gd person very gd service he provide it. thxxxx

If you need to have your alignment done there is no other place in New Jersey to come.JAY brings many years of experience and knowledge to suspensions. Every time he has serviced one of my vehicles my only thought is"WOW".... THIS THING'S ON A RAIL NOW!!

The petro across the street will be 2-6 hours for a tire change but McCarthy is usually 30 mins

People don t waste your money and time to do alignment at this place . go to the dealer make an appointment is cost you same thing $350 but they do it professional. I did. Alignment at this place. One month ago. This guy who do alignment he don t even check. The rear. And I want back and get it alignment at the place in Virginia I feel completely different truck so don t waste your money here stay away

This review for alignment.Ray is amazing! Thank you very much .Gets the job done best way possible.A little expensive but that s not his price it s the shop s price he just works there so can t say nothing else other then if you want to get a great alignment done then see Jay

2019. Went in with just 25min. left till closing time and was only getting 4 trailer tires, but they needed to take all of them off to put the best 4 on one axle and the 4 new ones on the other. Was VERY pleased with the price,knowledge and the professionalism of these guys. I was out the door, paperwork finished and ready to roll within 40min!! Great experience and will Definitely use these guys again!!

Fast , great service don't go to T/A truck center across the road , just go to Earl's (McCarthy tire) these guys were fast and great to work with.

Jay is amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to doing alignments. I will never go anywhere else to get an alignment done on my truck. His prices are very clear and very reasonable.The tire shop guys are amazing as well, while I was getting an alignment done I was able to watch them get trucks in and out rather quickly while doing excellent quality work.

Plus: They take you fcfs. They try get you out asap.MINUS: Sold me ALL tires OUT OF ROUND THAT I SPENT $1600 to get "round" or "TRUE". THEY REFUSE TOGUARANTEE THEIR TIRES ARE ROUND -- BY definition a tire is is a CIRCLE supposed to be round.SELLING DAMAGED TIRES AND NOT BACKING IT UP IS BAD !!!

Went to five different tire shops across the U.S. spending over $2000.00 dollars on tires, shocks, carrier bearing, and etc. in an attempt to locate and eliminate an unknown vibration on my truck. Earle's found it and fixed it in about an hour and for less money than any of the other shops charged. Unbelievable! I would recommend them to anybody needing tire service. Great service, Great prices, and Very knowledgeable!!!

These guys get an A+! Today I had an issue with my car while driving from Philly to my home in central Jersey so I pulled off the highway and found these lifesavers! Besides fixing up my car without an appointment, they were super attentive and really nice guys!!! Thank you again!! Highly recommend them!

With all the great reviews you would think this place would treat you right or AT LEAST tell the truth. They along with the tire shop across the street from them (T.A.) are big LIARS. I was told that they had my tire size in used tires but when I got there, they tried to sell me brand new tires. I'm just starting out and the brand new tire prices are not in my budget and I don't like how they LIED to get me to come in. I record all my phone calls and I wish I could share it here. These people are crooks. Total waste of my time today8/24/2021

Terrible service. Went in to get a tire fixed and tried to get an alignment. And the dude that was doing the alignment was very rude and disrespectful. Will never use ls again never. And who ever is paying attention, you should not use them either. Making a customer feel welcome should be the goal for any shop. These clowns had none.

Very professional organisation. Technicians are friendly and professional. Went in for replacement of 2 tires, drove out less than 1 hour later and the price was really reasonable. They also have a huge inventory. Definitely recommend them.

I was going with 14inch height. They said their bay height is 14inch too. Top of the bay sign, there was 2 long screws. That screw damaged my load. The guy even was watching my top side. Also they charged me 51 $ for just putting the patch on my tire. I would suggest DON T GO THERE!!!

Had to have 2 trailer tires replaced on 3/7/19. They were fast and friendly. From time I called to see if they had what we needed to the time we drove out the door was about an hour. And David the store manager was super friendly. Would most definitely go there again if needed.

Wendell came and assisted me when my truck broke down off 95, he fixed the issue and had me back on the road 10 minutes after his arrival. I would reach out to them directly if I ever had an issue in this area again

Recommended by a friend for RV wheel alignment and tire rotation services. 2nd time I have used this group. Alignment and advice is excellent. We will change tires for the Mercedes Sprinter based on their advice to improve front tire wear. Knowledgeable and experienced advice for this vehicle...superior to Mercedes service dept. recommendations.

Alignment, just front axle cost 475$ and didn't take even 20min. to check. These guys have no conscience no shame.

I asked to speak to the mechanic who serviced my unit. I was told they didn t speak English after being put on hold for 15 minutes and calling emergency I was able to get reconnected with the receptionist. Unit had a tire catch fire and they wouldn t look into what caused this fire. Technician talking in the background said in ENGLISH. We don t inspect just replace. If you want poor service with a poor attitude this is the place to go.
