Amazing s experience. Manager has good knowledge. I ordered all 4 tires online and had it shipped to this location the next day and had them installed extremely fast.Also had one of my tires serviced under warranty and they got me a new tire the very next day. Amazing team, very professional and skilled. 10/10

I've been to this place for years. Used to be 5 stars for me, and I had to delete it. The company really need to put time money and training into their people. I loved the staff that was there before, now I'm not sure what the hell is going on. Took suv back a couple of times for an issue and yet claimed it was fixed and claimed tires were good, brakes good, alignment good. Yet after a near accident on NJ, turnpike tire blew to shreds, and according to my other service spot in ton, everything was wayyyy off alignment, and tires were definitely bad. I'm good on Mavis. I blame the company. Put money into the establishment. Place is getting bad since I don't see the folks I used to there smh.

Ran over a small bolt that punctured my tire. Drove to Mavis Bordentown. They took me right away, had a replacement tire in stock and changed it quickly and I was on my way. Recently scheduled an online appointment to replace all four tires and keep the previous replacement as a spare. The service was outstanding. I dropped my vehicle off at 8AM and they called me when it was ready at noon. The online scheduling was extremely easy. In person, Will was extremely professional, knowledgeable & personable. He took the time to explain all that was done and had me in and out quickly. I still had plenty of my lunch hour left. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

I had to remove my five star review because five minutes down the road my tire pressure light came on the whole purpose of me going to Mavis was to get a new tire and have my tires balanced. I called Mavis to let them know that the job wasn t completed correctly and they said that I can bring the car back however, I do not live near The Mavis tire. Unfortunately I don t recommend this place to anyone because they do not take pride and what they do.

I made a trip to Mavis. There, I met Will at the front counter and he was very accommodating, attentive and polite. I was in need of a tire repair and new windshield wipers. They had everything on hand to do the job. Fantastic place. Fantastic service.

an absolute terrible experience. I just replaced my outer tie rod ends and sway links so I went here for a quick alignment. during that process Steve said my bolt was seized (which it wasn't) and completely ripped the rubber on my passenger side tie rod end. Dustin was very professional and told me to bring it back. they had my car for 2 days and I just picked it up and the passenger tie rod end was not replaced. how can you align my car with a messed up outer tie rod end ??? i would like a refund at this point or speak to a higher up. rated them 5 stars at first thinking they would get the job done but apparently not.

Had an evening flat and needed to get my car towed near home and had it taken here. Unfortunately it was close to closing so Will said they would work on it first thing in the morning, and they did. I got there as they opened and they were already bringing my car in. Their prices for tires were reasonable and they gave me quite a few choices. But best of all, they didn t pressure me for any other work like other places do. I wanted tires, I got tires. Will and his team were great. I will go back next time.

Lawrence and the team were fantastic! They were helpful, quick, and efficient (they grabbed my plate number for me before I even walked in)! They guided me through my needs and were up front and honest about the cost and time. I appreciate their professionalism and will definitely be back!

I called this morning to get a quote for a possible expensive repair. The manager told me I could bring it in for a diagnostic / 2nd opinion.Turns out, the other shop gave me incorrect information. Will was extremely helpful, and they took my car in right away!

Had a blow out on the NJ Turnpike with family while on our way out of town. The team was professional and efficient. Understanding our situation they got us in and out in a timely matter and were so caring. I am so happy to have had to deal with this situation and have this Mavis team close

Overall was a good experience. Was told the oil change would be quick but it took 2 hours .other then that good customer service and they always do a great job with the vehicle Three stars are only because of the time consumption

Brought my car there for a window fix. In the process the mechanic broke my car door. They really don't seem to know what they're doing they've tried several times and gave me several excuses. I've been trying to get this problem taken care of for a month. The last attempt they made to fix my car they backed up into the garage door and damaged my window I've asked for the owner to call me and nothing.

Had a flat on the New Jersey Turnpike. Found Mavis in Bordentown, and they were great!! We were stressed from our situation, but Jonnie took care of us and was so nice and helpful. We understood that we had to wait our turn, but he was so calming and got the job done as quickly as possible. Jonnie is a good guy and this Mavis is outstanding!

So i was on a time crunch before these guys closed and called an hour before to let them know my dilemma. They didn t guarantee they could get it done before they closed but told me to come in. They aligned my car as soon i got there and we re done i no time. While i waited the team was a pleasure to talk to. The time flew and i was out of there to get the car to my fianc� that same night knowing it s ready to drive and safe. Thank you again to the team for your help!

Mavis Bordentown is the ONLY place that I will get work done to either of my cars! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they charge the fairest price in Bordentown. Highly recommend for everyone in the area!
