Alicia and Sara were fantastic! Service was quick and very well done. Communication was also up to date each step of the way and they were super friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this place to others and would go with them again if I needed any other work done.

I regret choosing this facility to complete my repairs and encourage others to pursue other options. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs the third week of October. I was told it would be completed by 11/28. Communication was poor and vague for the next two months. I had to keep inquiring about the status of my vehicle. I was told it was a big job and a big repair . I was finally able to pick up my car on 1/12, after being charged over $1,500 for the amount of time I needed to use a rental car. The consolation? Dan, the manager offered a $200 gift card as though this should cover the stress and financial difficulty I ve been put into. Worst still, I tried to start the ignition and the car wouldn t start on their property. Dan said the key fob battery might need to be replaced as he drove away and left me in the dark. So if the battery dies in the two months you have the vehicle, that s my problem as well? I replaced the batteries and the fob still doesn t work, which suggests something else was tampered with while my car was in their shop. Even worse, an emergency light was on the dashboard. I was told that if I drove twenty miles, it should go away and it was just the tire pressure light and they couldn t figure it out. Then, I discover that the windshield is not even properly attached to the molding. I asked if it was removed at any point during the repairs, which wouldn t make sense given that the damages were on the rear bumper. But if there s an emergency light that flashes and beeps while I drive (and I was told that it was test-driven before being returned to me), the vehicle is signaling quite obviously that this is not a safe situation. Perhaps the original issue may have been taken care of, but I drove away with new ones I didn t even expect. For your company to gaslight me and say this is how I brought the vehicle in, and that you re satisfied with sending off your customers this way is a reflection of your poor professionalism and character.

My experience with Caliber in Bordentown has been nothing short of a nightmare. They did not order the parts for the repair for over a month and when I contacted them, they blamed the insurance company. They have failed to repair the entirety of the damage caused by the animal. Additionally, there are new problems near the site of the damage that were not there when the car was dropped off. However, they refuse all responsibility. The process is opaque; it is extremely difficult to get a transparent answer from management. I highly recommend using another body shop. Go elsewhere.

Wasn't sure what services to check. My car was scraped from one end to the other on the passenger side and all the panels had to be replaced or at least repaired. It was there for 3 weeks, but they made everything smooth and easy. Joe was a pleasure to meet and made me feel so much more relaxed after being in that accident. Picked up my car this morning. Everything was done and handled professionally. And the whole process was made easy by Sara. She called or texted me at least 2 times a week and explained what was going on with my vehicle the whole time. Also they allowed me to come in before they opened to pick up my car .Thanks again.

I would give 10 stars if that were an option! Being in an accident is so stressful, Caliber Collision made the entire repair process easy and pleasant from start to finish. Edwin called to inform me of the repairs and told me the estimated time that my car would be there. He then followed up during the process with texts to keep me posted on the progress. Make sure to take pictures of your car in every way possible before letting them work on it.If they open something and can't put it back how it was, they will tell u that it was like that before and will show you pictures of it after it got damaged/screwed. Make sure to have pictures or u can't argue with them.

Hi Caliber Collision Team,I am very disappointed with the caliber collision repair and services which they are providing to the customer, took more than three month s time to repair accidental grand Cherokee Jeep and still it s not fixed properly. I have explained the problem verbally along with test drive of their supervisor of steering problem which make not comfortable to drive vehicle; while drive the car its goes left and right depending on wind or slope of the road even you are holding steering. They accepted and kept the vehicle over the weekend and returned on Monday in same condition (without fixing). Even they recommended over phone to get it checked to some other shop which I never expected response from any of repair center which clearly gives a doubt on their repair or service (s), I was referring to the safety of others and my family while driving this vehicle since it can go in any direction despite of holding steering and paying extra cautious.Also, I was surprised to see where they are giving warranty to customer if faces any problem after they fixed (which they never fix) can get it checked if face any problem since they will recommend you to show some other repair shop as they can t fix.Caliber collision needs to understand customer (s) are trusting and giving their valuable time along with hard earned money to get their vehicle fixed properly on time however no one has intention to keep coming any repair shop for same problem. Since Nov 2022 vehicle is not fixed also not getting appointment in other repair shop due to busy schedule or shortage of technician.Generally, we get feedback call or email where we can mention if we are facing any problem however here we never received any call or email about repaired car.I will never recommend anyone for Caliber Collision.ThanksHTI have shared requested information after response from Caliber Collision however awaited for month but didn't get any call/ text/ email or voice message. They just acknowledge the review however neither take any action. I will never recommend anyone.
