The price of transmission fluid I chose rang up the wrong price. The clerk didn't bother to check and basically said it's too bad. Doesn't this company honor the prices on the shelf? Most other retail places do. I can't recommend this AutoZone location. All the others I have been to are pretty descent. Update: AutoZone reached out very quickly and the manager fixed the issue. She was very nice about it. I am very satisfied. Thank you AutoZone and the manager of that AutoZone.

The manager, their name, Jr was very helpful and polite and got my battery changed in my truck quickly I will continue to do business at the Bordentown Autozone

Went there for a tube nut the people there are extremely nice and helpful it's nice to have someone knowledgeable that knows what you're talking about

I had a great experience with a very talented young girl that works at the Bordentown AutoZone. I bought a battery a year ago and was giving me major problems. I didn t have the receipt she still went far beyond to return the battery back. It was just a great experience. I will continue to use that store.

The staff was super friendly! They were extremely helpful and instead of making me feel foolish for not knowing better, they took the time to educate me on the issue I was having and how best to address it. I'm beyond satisfied and will gladly return for future automotive needs.

I want to thank John and Kim for going out and beyond for me when I came in and bought new wipe blades. They took amazing care of me especially when the system gave them the wrong size of my wipe blades. I appreciate them for showing true and passionate customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer here thanks to them.

High people I didn't give it a two-star because of the employees they were a little knowledgeable but very polite and patient I've been a mechanical engineer for 28 years and the part they sell are garbage I just go there for fluids , light bulbs and cleaning supplies and or automotive products that you can buy at any store

Amazing Staff! I am very appreciative of them helping me when my car broke down. They went way beyond than what was required of them. Its amazing to experience such kindness from people I had never met before. Very commendable.

The team was so friendly and helpful. I needed to replace my key fob battery and also needed windshield wipers. River L. even assisted in swaping out the wipers for me!!!

I had a great experience with a battery change at this location a couple of months ago. The staff was very attentive and efficient. I had to visit again for quick diagnostic. The store manager Greg was very helpful. I appreciated his willingness to help especially with the winter weather approaching.

I needed a wiper blade for my Jaguar F-Pace and after the first employee could not navigate the screens on the terminal to find it a (I guess manager?) came by and told me they don't carry it and I should try the dealership or a "Junkyard" and walked away before I could say another word, I found they do carry wiper blades for my vehicle on their website. have been going there since they opened but will go else ware in the future :(

They do their best to follow safety guidelines and have markers on the floor but naturally the aisles are small so that is difficult. Had to wait a while for a couple to debate before i could even get to the section i needed to go. In the end, all was well and they had what i needed. Oh, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Incredibly happy and thankful for stopping by this Auto Zone location! I was having an issue with my car overheating and Gio, Store Manger, had no problem going outside to look under the hood. Made the correct diagnosis and quickly fixed the problem. Would recommend stopping to resolve any and all car issues!

I'm embarrassed that I did not come on here immediately after my experience and praise those who literally saved me major aggravation.. That's what I do; Yelp and google review the good and bad in my life. And for some reason, this one slipped through the cracks, and for that I profusely apologize.It was about 3 weeks ago and I had been driving around for a week with a headlight out. Not a huge deal, except my husband was out of town, I already had received one warning from a cop, and I had no clue how to do it myself.Bright and early I drove to my usual auto parts store -- which is NOT this one. Mine is just down the road, however. It was right at opening, raining, and I was hoping if I paid someone they would do it for me. I knew I had a crisp $20 in my wallet.I entered the OTHER store; 4 guys were at the counter, talking, drinking coffee. I explained I needed help with picking out a bulb (I had no clue), and would be be willing to pay to have someone install it. There were no other customers in the shop.The four of them got quiet. One looked out the front and said, "Is it the Subaru?" "Yes," I replied. Hem, haw, stammer stammer... "Well, we don't really..." That's all I needed to hear. Obviously not one of these 4 big strong men wanted to get their hands dirty in the rain. I turned to leave. One guy spoke up. "Well, let me..." I snapped back, "You just said you couldn't/won't do it," and I left.What to do, what to do? Then I remembered the fairly newer place, Auto Zone, down in the old Acme building.I'll sum up, and I kick myself daily for forgetting the names of the two amazing people who literally did everything for me at this location. One was a crisply dressed uniformed manager, a female, sharp as a tack. Her assistant -- whose name may have been Kyle -- was equally impressive. They did not hesitate. While she assisted me in selecting the right bulbs, he went out to my car and assessed what tools were needed.This was not an easy job. I have a 21-year-old car. Bulb replacement is not easy. The two of them worked side by side replacing both bulbs, and refused payment for the installation.And remember -- it was raining.And that, OTHER PLACE, is called customer service. Although I did immediately fill out the survey at the bottom of my receipt and named these two by name, I failed to take this extra step in getting my story out to the public. I am so very sorry. I wept on the way home for the state of the world, for my relief at getting this done, and for knowing that good people still exist on this planet.

I called this store this morning to check on parts availability for pads and rotors for my 2010 Lexus GS. I was told everything was in stock, so I went to the store. When the woman at the counter (name badge said she was a commercial parts manager.) started to look up parts she kept saying how odd it was. It seems that there are different rotors for each side of the car. She figured they were the same, just with different numbers and was perfectly willing to sell me two of the same. Only when I questioned her did she bother to call someone on the phone who had her look at the photos that came up with the parts number. Sure enough, different rotors. Had I not questioned her she would have knowingly sent me out with the wrong parts. Not to mention the person on the phone who assured me the right parts were in stock. Had I not questioned the woman at the counter I would have gone home and taken the car apart only to find that I was intentionally sent out with the wrong parts.Obviously the company culture is to make the sale and worry about the problems caused afterwards.

Very helpful and nice staff. Store is small, though, wish there were more products available. Had to go to the competition to get a spark plug for my motorcycle. So be it. Still a very nice store and team.

Keeler is probably the most professional sales rep I've ever seen employed by AutoZone. He assisted me quickly with a rebate regarding a battery. When you purchase a battery from AutoZone and return the old one - you receive $5.00. A person like me driving an old car, I drop about $60.00 alone a month on supplies to maintain the vehicle. Happy to know there's someone who appreciates my business. Give him a raise..

Every time i come in there, I feel welcomed. Very nice people. Had now a Car battery in the last year of the warranty. They charged it and checked it and marked it as defective. They replaced it, hassle free. Thank you.

On my way to DMV I realized that I had a busted rear light so I stopped by AutoZone off 295 exit 63b. I must commend the person at the cashier for going out of his way to assist me in replacing the bulb from lending me the right tool to helping me figure out which light to replace. Thank you. I wish I got your name.

It's not my first time at this Auto Zone, but like all the times before the service is FANTASTIC!!! Went by to check my battery found out it was no good. "SURPRISE" got it changed in and out in 20 minutes!!!! Liam helped me out today he was great!!! So i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR AUTO ZONE!!!!

Thank you to Kyle M who did an awesome job! Came here yesterday and a woman said that she couldn t change my bulbs because my battery was in the way . Came back the next day and Kyle M replaced all of my lights with no complaints about my battery being in the way . Sounds like she didn t feel like doing her job.

Convenient spot right along rt. 130 in Bordentown township where you can get everything over the counter for your automotive needs. It's right next door to an Aldi so you can also do your food shopping while you're at it.
