I was in need of a nearby auto shop. My former mechanic was quite a distance away, and lately, his quality of work had diminished while his prices soared. Thankfully, I decided to give Mike's Automotive Service Center a shot, and it was a game-changer. Mike himself went above and beyond he even stayed late to repair my wife's A/C during a scorching heatwave. It was a tough job, requiring a new compressor, but he handled it swiftly and at a fair rate. From that day on, I've been loyal to Mike's and recommend it to anyone in Boonton looking for reliable automotive service

I trust Mike 100% with my vehicles. I've always done small repairs on my cars myself because I didn't trust a mechanic to not rip me off in one way or another. I don't have that feeling at all with Mike, I'm very happy to leave my car with him knowing the job will be done well, quickly, and for a fair price. The first time I took my car to Mike's Auto, it was due to air in my brake lines and he did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem quickly - on his off day, at that. A couple of weeks later, he replaced my steering wheel clock spring that was causing an SRS light on the dash and not only did the job come out cheaper than what he originally quoted me, but he even took the time to further adjust the rear brakes and now they feel perfect. I can't recommend this mechanic enough, I get the feeling Mike genuinely cares about his customers and enjoys what he does. Good luck finding that anywhere else.

One of the best experiences in auto diagnostics and repair. Have had the pleasure of having my vehicles cared for for many years. Can t recommend a mechanic with greater capabilities and personal care!

My car broke down in booton and my tire fell off so I dropped my car off down the road at mikes on a Thursday. They were so busy that they didn t get to my car on Friday so the mechanic went in on his day off on Saturday to fix my car and had it done for me that day. So kind of him and shows he really cares about his customers. He was very upfront about what had happened and help me tremendously. Definitely a good place to go.

I trust Mike s judgement on all repairs and maintenance items. He tries to avoid expensive repairs unless no other options are available. For instance, if your exhaust pipe had a hole in it, other repair shops would only replace with new and add the catalytic converter to boost the price. Mike would weld the hole closed for a fraction of the cost, without sacrificing the quality of the repair. Highly recommend to all my friends.

I've been taking my car to Mike's for years and I highly recommend them. Mike and Frank are good mechanics and good guys. They are very honest and always stand behind their work.

I can't thank Mike enough for helping me out last Friday!!! I was driving back to Pennsylvania from Connecticut and my car staring making a horrendous sound and barely running I pulled off the next exit and was lucky to find Mike's Automotive!!! He tweaked somethings, put a new oil filter in, balanced my tires etc! All to get me back home safely. There's nothing more stressful than breaking down an hour away from home. Thank you Mike for getting my car right in and getting me home safely!!! Truly an honest man

Mike has been serving our three (3) cars last 20 years. He is a very good experienced mechanic with diagnosing the mechanical problems on your car, reliable, cost effective and timely delivering the serviced cars.

The experience I had at Mike's was FANTASTIC!!!! The crew there, especially Mike, was informative, professional, and most of all honest!!!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike's to ANYONE who needs ANYTHING done with their vehicle(s)!!!Way to go guys!!!

I had to replace battery very urgently. Mike worked on my car though he was busy. I could replace battery at much cheaper total cost than a dealership can offer. Thank you, Mike!
