Best mechanic shop ever!!! Excellent services! I got my tires changed and brakes. They do the job the right way and they don't do lazy work like other shops. They are honest and they don't rip you off. I shopped around and they gave me very reasonable prices. Thank you Mr.Mailk.

Mechanics are almost impossible to trust and that has always been my biggest problem..Here is my story and how this shop saved my butt.I had just purchased a used car from someone and the check engine light was on..So i went ahead to Firestone being the name brand "professionals" they're supposed to be to have them check it out..And of course..They come back saying I need over $3000 of work done. (They work on commissions, dirt bags)That was unbelievable to me so, as any smart person would do, I got another quote.And to say the least, Desi auto repair found the same problems and offered me a solution for less than half of that price. $1300 And since that day I have trusted him and will never go anywhere else because he works with me, tells me the best way to preserve the car and doesn't do any unnecessary work to fill his pockets.I could not be more thankful.If you need someone you can trust, he is your one stop shop.Save yourself some stress and money and trust me with this one.- Isaiah

Best auto repair shop in Boonton. The owner is very knowledgeable and honest, he doesn t charge the customers cheesy labor hours like other shops. i have 2 cars Toyota and MB, Tariq is excellent on fixing any kind of problems on both cars, I have been going to Desi Auto Repair for 2+ years and I 100% recommend Desi Auto Repair - Tariq not only does an excellent job but rare quality of helping customer save money on repairs, His prices are reasonable and you will NOT go wrong with Tariq - Desi Auto Repair - I am a verified true customer and writing this review in all honesty.

Malik is excellent. He repaired my AC when everyone had given up on it. My Hyundai SantaFe had a head on collision. He helped repair it and gave me a great deal with four tires.Great competence in car repair and excellent prices. Highly recommended.

Love that they do a complete diagnostic on the vehicle and tell you immediately. Great to see what needs work and what s ok. As a woman I've been taken advantage of by mechanics in the past but I feel really comfortable taking my car to this workshop. They are reasonably priced and they do a great job! They are extremely good at customer service, in fact, I trust this place completely and will never take my car anywhere else! I will recommend Desi Auto Repair to everyone I know!!Thank you so much.

I used to bring my 2009 BMW 328i to a service technician in Jersey City. He really knew foreign vehicles and especially BMWs. And, his prices were fair and reasonable. Then he left and I couldn't locate him.Recently, during the heat wave, my AC started blowing hot air. I took my car to a shop I was using for service and they diagnosed the problem as a bad sensor behind the dashboard and the dashboard would have to be removed to replace the part. And, they were not up to doing it. "Take it to BMW"Well BMW charged me a lot of money to replace the back gasket over the oil pan. The part was $60. But some parts had to be dropped to replace gasket. The bill was a lot! No way, I wanted the dashboard removed by BMW.Anyway. I went back to the old shop in Jersey City and the owner had the technician's number. I called and he now owns this repair shop.I live in Hoboken and drove my car to Booten. He diagnosed the car. Told me the sensor was fine. He just had to replace freon and recalibrate the car. The AC started blowing cold. I had problem with my Odyssey and BMW. I went here and Tariq had done excellent work to fix the issue. He is very reasonable and he tells you what exactly needs to be change or repaired. Very honest mechanic and has deep knowledge. Quick Service & Knowledgeable TechniciansI went to this shop couple times now for my 2015 BMW 328 iXDrive service. First I went for 50k miles service, I was able to get it done for a lot less compared to BMW service center. Second I went when there was some noise coming from exhaust, they were able to fix it in no time and I was out in 30 mins. I found this shop through a friend after Park Ave BMW refused to cover my 2017 BMW 330 iXDrive GT repair costs after keeping the car for 5 days although my car is under warranty. There were some electrical issues and engine light was ON. Park ave BMW quoted very high price for the repairs. Irfan and Tarik at desi auto repair helped me with repairs and saved me money, at least 30% compared to park ave quote. They are ASE certified and my car runs great. Never , ever go there . Employee s attitude is not acceptable. They dont know how to treat their customers. And quality of work is worst. Plus they dont keep their promises. If you dont want to lose your time and money . Better to stay away from this shop.

They can't even change a oil filter without breaking it and still charge full price to put oil in.
