I had a GREAT experience with Prime Auto Imports from start to finish. Gabriel was professional and was always available for any questions and concerns. He truly made the whole process very easy. I went in for a test drive and a few days later left with a great family vehicle .Thank you to everyone at Prime Auto Imports- 10/10 recommend.

I bought a jeep Cherokee from prime auto imports about 3 years ago and it was the best experience and most honest deal. Haven t had any issues with the jeep yet. Now that my 17 year old needed a car I knew exactly who to contact, Gabe!!!! He explained every detail of the transaction and the service was above and beyond! I will always be a return customer as long as they re around!

I am so happy that I shopped for a new/used car with Prime Auto Imports! Gabriel and his brother Kevin were honest, upright and more than helpful. They answered all of my questions, let me examine the car, answered my list of questions, even put it up on a lift to let me see the undercarriage. I even heard Gabriel on the phone asking a costumer to find a mechanic to check a car out.I am very happy with my new car and would recommend people to shop there when you need a new ride.

I love Prime Auto Imports in Bloomingdale cause they have an amazing selection of pre-owned vehicles with low miles. The staff are nice at the dealership. I'd like to have a car from the dealership if I continue to behave nicely at home. I have a probationary driver's license for 1 year and then I get my basic driver's license on October 24th of this year. Thank you for all that you do.

I had 4 car dealership planned to go to but my old car wouldn't make it. My dear friend Kevin drove me to NJ and while trying to get the addresses my phone kept pointing me to the last one I was going to because it was the furthest away, not by much.I thought the universe was giving me signs so I bailed on the others and we drove to Prime Auto Imports. By the end of the day I knew I had made the right choice.We were greeted at the door by a couple of young men I thought were also car shopping, they were the owner's sons, Gabriel and Kevin. They took my info and were genuinely concerned that my credit, which was decent before I started shopping, had gotten knocked down by several points from the other dealers doing a deep dive into the credit bureaus.When Adel, the owner, came in they explained my situation. I kid you not when I tell you from that point on they would've moved Heaven and Earth to make sure everything went thru. If your credit is not the greatest they can find a way to allow you to do what I did... Drive away with my new 2011 Mercedes C300 Sport 4 Matic on the same day. Prime Auto Imports CARES about YOU as much as the deal. They worked their butts off to make it happen for me and seeing as they'd never met me before, I'm going to say they will do the same for YOU.They have the BEST cars, the BEST selection, and the BEST prices. Add to that the BEST, most knowledgeable salesmen, all family, and you've got a winning combination.I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a pre-owned car.Prime Auto Imports gets 5 stars from me. *****

Let's see. Initially I had planned to write a short American Novel praising Gabriel and Prime Auto Imports on their excellent prices, service and how smooth the whole process was, but I can see from the other reviews that it has all been done before. They are not wrong.So, to summarize: Gabriel is quite possibly the nicest, kindest, most straightforward salesman (of any kind), that I have ever dealt with. He answered every question, was never pushy or even remotely shady. He made the process smooth and pleasant. This after visiting a couple other dealerships, where a good price gets you into the door, but once you start talking to those delinquents -all the while feeling like snakes are going through your skin- always turned out the price would go up anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000 from the price they had listed in their websites. Plus the constant push trying to sell you packages/financing and other crappola. I don't know how these places stay in business. By contrast, Gabe at Prime Auto didn't even try any of this and more importantly, even agreed to a discount when asked for it -no haggling, not buts, just a "Sure, we can do that! - I was shocked. I guess I'm not used to this kind of great service. Also, no dealer fees.Gabriel even surprised us by letting us know the car still has about a year and/or some 34K miles of the original manufacturer warranty left on the engine and drive train. SAY WHAT?!Also, their selection and prices are excellent, too. When we stopped there, we started to second guess our first choice since there were so many great cars and SUVs at great prices, excellent conditions and low mileage.By the way, the car was for my parents (happy customer pictures attached) and we all feel extremely happy with the purchase. Car is in pristine condition, drives like a dream and the price was some 2 - 3K below the Blue Book value if I remember correctly. Full CarFax report provided as well.If this isn't enough for you to realize that you should definitely give Prime Auto Imports a visit before you go anywhere else, I don't know what will. I will certainly return when I need a vehicle and will refer anyone in need of one (and already have sang the praises to family and friends that inquire about the nice new car).Well, look at that, it ended up turning into a small essay. I guess it can't be helped when the service is this good.Thank you Gabriel and Prime Auto Imports!

Gabe was an excellent salesman and worked with me on the price of the car. I like that this was a family business and you are not a number. Gabe personally delivered my car and I live an hour away and he gave us a Three month warranty on the car. I will be buying another car from Gabe.

Good family-run dealership. Transparent - the listed price online is actually the price. As with any used car dealership, condition of the inventory will vary but they do have solid options priced fairly.

This was not a typical car buying experience, it was so much better! Gabe took the time to help us figure out exactly what we wanted, even though we didn't know what that was at first lol. It was an easy process and far less stressful than expected. They had a very wide selection of vehicles too which helped when we changed our minds several time.

Gabriel - a nice guy to deal with not as slimy as normal used car dealers lolBut, most cars in the lot have high mileage, which isn't to attractive. But, no hidden fees just the price you see + documentation + temp plates + tax.

I've bought used cars all over and have dealt with plenty of dealerships. This was mostly a great experience... picked a very solid well maintained and clean inside and out car, at a fair price, quickly, and without the typical dealership hard sells or tactics.The price would have been a lot better without the surprise (to me) doc fee, which was almost 10% of the car value, but I suppose that's what you get for buying in NJ.My particular car needed tires (it was on the original 2011 tires in 2019 at 70k miles!!) and some routine maintenance, but nothing that you wouldn't have to do to most cars. Passed inspection no issues, no evidence of any accidents, etcetc. Have driven 5k since with no issues. Overall seems like a solid dealership selling solid products at standard markup, and seem like honest people who would stand behind their vehicles.

Absolutly the best pre-owned dealer around. Found me the car I really wanted, not the one I originally went to look at. Got me the financing I needed. Great price.The car was in mint condition. They delivered the car to my home 1 hour away. Fist delivery attempt the car started to misfire, they drove back to the shop and repaired the problem (at their cost) appoligized for the 1 day delay and delivered it all washed the next day.This is a sign of a true honest proffesional dealer. Friendly, curtious and truly concerned that you are satisfied. They are the best and my girlfriend will be buying a car from them soon.Thank you guy so much !Jay zabilski2011 BMW 335i xDrive
