Let me tell you, this place was sketchy. Went to look at a car, got in it, it was obviously messed up, the driver seat was broken, then the clock spring in the steering wheel was broken, the guy said that the car didn t have any issues and that it was supposed to be like that.. we showed him the issues and he said don t worry, I fix . I said nevermind to that car and picked another one, the car had 150k miles on it. I knew it wasn t low mileage by any means, I drove it, didn t hear or feel any issues so I brought it home. This dealership has failed to do the most basic of maintenance. The car left me stranded on the side of the highway because the ignition coils failed and it was misfiring, whatever.. I replaced those, thought that would be the end of it. Few weeks later the brakes were making an obnoxious sound, took the wheel off to figure out what was up, whoever their master mechanic was at this place installed the brakes incorrectly, and missing parts. Broke the hardware that holds the pads in place, and lost the springs that retract the pads. Whatever, I bought new and replaced those as well. Now the car needs a belt and a new tensioner and pulley. Apparently the oil was just changed before I purchased the vehicle, the oil was way overfilled and the oil filter looks years old.Does this place just take zero pride in the vehicles they sell? They re selling lemons that will require a lot of work. Find a vehicle elsewhere unless you feel like dumping additional hundreds of dollars into your new to you car. Stay away!

Got a great deal on a good car. Mike was very helpful and straightforward. They made sure it was safe for me to drive home and even replaced a few brake parts. When I picked it up, it was nice and clean. Very pleased with my car I got there.

You can't even talk to the receptionist for the warehouse. I was trying to explain to her that I just bought a car there and the same day I took the car that the brakes weren't working. The dealer ordered the car part needed and they told me it arrived. She told me we don't have any appointments you need to wait 2 weeks. I try to explain the situation to her and she hung up on me.

I went to Bloomingdale auto group to purchase a Nissan and I ended up buying a Kia. I love the way I was treated, like family. Sometimes it's not all business, everyone values family. If you are looking to by a car where you will be treated with respect and value, I recommend this dealership office. I wasn't disappointed and neither would you.

hi, i m usually not one to give ratings, especially not low ones at that, but while i was at the shop looking for a car i overheard a man talking so disrespectfully to one of his workers, if i remember correctly his name was mike. Not only was it super unprofessional it was also just disgusting to hear someone talk to another person like that. i felt extremely uncomfortable after that and decided to leave, i will not be coming back to an establishment that treats their workers with no respect.

I bought a 2010 Altima from this dealership and had a very pleasant experience... We went there on Saturday and the place was very busy - it seemed disorganized and hectic at first, but Juan approached us and quickly arranged a test drive. We liked the car, they showed us the Carfax without an issue and we quickly made a deal with Mo, the owner. There was one small issue to where the muffler was making too much noise (punctured), which they promised to fix while I went home to get the money. They called me 30 minutes later and said that the muffler needs to be replaced, but that they will honor the price we agreed on and to get the car on Monday. I picked up the car yesterday, the muffler is fixed (and he showed me the old one, which could have been patched if they wanted to trick me) and they even recharged the A/C without me asking for it. We also walked out with a 6 month warranty on engine and drivetrain. Buying a used car is always a gamble, but I feel these guys were honest and tried to provide the best customer service they could. I definitely recommend you give them a chance and look beyond the first appearance of their overcrowded lot.

Another successful purchase at Bloomingdale Auto group - this is the only place I am comfortable buying cars from when I need it - added another driver this year - 7 kids - our new driver needed a car and they don t disappoint. They always make our car buying experience a great one! Thank you Said, Chris and of course Mo!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. My son is so ecstatic! He loves his new car!!! We will be back again as soon as our daughter gets her driving permit!!! We highly recommend them!!!!

Please avoid purchasing a vehicle here! They will delay in getting you your title and will refuse to let you return the vehicle. The owner or head manager dodges your call and doesn t complete the transaction in proper time and order! They will refuse to give a extension on your paper tags when they haven t given you your title which cost you money over time if you re using your vehicle for work or delivery services. I ve had to chases them around for over a month and have lost quite a bit of money behind my purchase. Not to mention that the vehicle I purchase was 12 years old and due to the current market they over charged for it. They know that they have you at their will and they will play games and refer you back to the title office which is the parent location and they will refer you back to this location and they do that to buy time until they get you title. If you want to be able to register you vehicle you ll be waiting until they pay off the bank for the cars purchased and that will be week over a month! SO BEWARE OF THIS SHEITY CAR DEALER!

They offered me a car and when I arrived they said it was sold. They lie so that when you get there they sell you another old car... I wasted my time, it's a trap to get you to buy another old car.

I recently purchased what I would call my dream car. Mike was great in that he came down on the price for me very nice salesmen. I will definitely be coming back to purchase a car for my daughter since she is graduating High School.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a vehicle August 2022. Even if it's a used car, I don't expect it to start giving me a hell the first month!!! It started with, needing a jump every time you drove it. So took it back, they supposedly put in a new battery. Afterwards, it still continued to do that, so I purchased a jump start battery pack...so I didn't have to find someone to help jump the vehicle. Anyway I eventually had someone check it out. To find out, they actually put screws into the engine!! There wasn't anything that actually worked!! Engine, alternator, and transmission!! that was the major!! Not to mention all other things! So, passed the 30 day warranty...then after 7-8 months. called them up and asked if he could buy it back, because it was giving us such problems. He actually said he'd buy back for about 1/4 of the amount we paid!!! Haha...wow the Joke was really on me!! So Buyers Beware!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. FROM Mike to the lady in the office. Horrible customer service and very rude. According to the other lot they pay for your plates and title but they say they DONT!!! They make you pay for a temp tag and temp registration. Then never send you a title. This place needs to be shut DOWN! They don t care about customers they are selling JUNK AT TOP PRICES!!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE & The Car House ! You can find something better!

I am So Grateful to Mike and everyone at the Bloomingdale Auto Group.I bought a 2007 Subaru Forester for my 4 year old son and I this month from them. They were amazing!My dad came from out of state to pick up the car, they had everything ready and took stellar care of every concern. Mike has even taken the time, weeks later, to help me with some out of state paperwork issues that arose.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for Everything, Mike. I am so excited to be able to show my son more of this world and go so many fun, new places!You will be in our thoughts of gratitude forever.

This dude was the most patient, sincere car dealer ever. Allowed me to test drive cars. Allowed me to check out other cars. Almost painless experience in buying a used car. Edit: i had to lower the rating due to the over charge i noticed for the dealership fee etc. Come to find out all I paid for was to get the car cleaned but he didn't refill the car tank like he said he would. Then I've been waiting for the title transfer paperwork for damn near a month and the temp tags are expiring and still nothing. No word from them nor from carhouse. My sister got her car elsewhere a week after I got my car and had no issues getting her title transfer paperwork in less than a week. Disappointed and also irritated with the way this was handled

Amazing experience with Mike. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I was choosing my first car. He was very informative and allowed me to test drive all the cars I had in mind for purchase. 10/10 recommend this dealership. This was my first time buying a car and I didn t feel scared about the process. Mike helped guide me and my mother every step of the way with his exceptional customer service!

If I could rate this lot zero stars I would. I saw a car from here on CARFAX and went up to go look at it. The specific car that I went for they said had minor issues and that they would refer me to a better and more reliable car. They showed me a Nissan Altima, which was very clean, drove relatively smooth and had no apparent issues. I bought the car, and immediately when I parked it at home I could tell something was wrong. The windows kept going down by themselves. Four days after having my car, it did not start one morning on my way to school. I brought it to my mechanic and just to start there were $1700 worth of repairs to be done. The wrong battery was in, I needed a new radiator, a new alternator, the fender was missing, and three tires had no pressure sensors. I could not get my money back so Bloomingdale s Auto Group offered to fix everything for free. When I brought it home from being repaired it stopped twice in the highway. Again, I had to bring it to my mechanic where they informed me, the battery was out in backwards, nobody fixed the radiator, and my alternator was still no good. I do not recommend this lot it caused more trouble than anything, and they false advertised their product and put their customer in multiple very dangerous situations knowingly.

I went in looking for a car. I needed a car to continue my daily chores. I didn t have too much money to spend. I came in and talked to Omar and Layth. They were so helpful. They gave me honest answers and honest prices. Showed me everything and didn t hide anything from me unlike other dealerships in the area. I had such a fun time in the dealer ship where I didn t even see the time. I was in and out within an hour. I was able to get a good cheap car that s going to last me 5+ Years. Car was great and I m very happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend coming here. Especially for first time Buyers.

We've bought two cars from here and have had nothing but GREAT experiences! The staff and the owner are great people, especially Omar. He was attentive and helpful through the whole process. The whole dealership was too. I recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent car buying experience.

Great place to buy a car. Great quality cars at good prices many with warranty. A shout out to Abel he helped my boyfriend and I get in to a nice Jeep compass, my boyfriend knows about cars. He felt he got a good deal on a great vehicle. We'll definitely tell our friends.

These guys gave me great service. I came to check out a 2005 Honda pilot and although it was a great car, I actually found a better one 2008 Hyundai Tuscan. They were able to change my oil and and review any minor issues that was there. Awesome service!

11/22/2018Mr. Omar,First, I must say WOW! I was shock with the experience from beginning to end. I must say I enjoyed the excellent customer service that I received from Omar. It s a good lesson for other sales person to learn how to treat their customers. He made me feel very comfortable, he was patient with any questions that was asked of him and also provided a lot of clarity, when it came to purchasing my car. He also did not pressure me to purchase anything that I didn t want he stayed focus on what I came to purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with the sale. To anyone who is looking for a car ASK FOR OMAR at the Garfield office. You wouldn t regret you experience it was well worth it. No one is asking me to say anything this is my personal experience that I had with him and I hope everyone else that comes to the office will have that same experience.Thank you Omar great job.

Brought car drove pretty well brake light and engine light can I was told it was a loose sensor connection and that the vehicle was safe to drive, had them take it to their mechanic to check it out. When the car came back both lights were out and I was told the problem was fixed. On the way back home the brake and engine lights came again pop the hood turned out the their was no coolant. If you a stress free process or just a good car I wouldn't look here

From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with respect and care. They were willing to work with me and help me get a loan fairly quickly so that I could finance a vehicle that I wanted. I had a couple of issues with a sensor after I purchase the vehicle but the guys at Bloomingdale Auto Group and Omar Khalil really looked out for me and handled any issues I had with the car and we're very patient with any of my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
