Worst place ever! Owner had the nastiest attitude and they don t even work on your car! Went in for some repairs and an oil change after getting a comprehensive diagnostic check and the very next day, I get a warning to turn off my engine and there s no fluid! Did they really do the work?! I called the place back to advise them and somehow I was wrong with my concerns the owner got really defensive and started yelling at me.BEWARE! I wouldn t take any chances with this place

X & R auto repair consistently provides high-quality service. I bring them my car, explain the issues, and they have me out in no time. Today, they provided me with same-day service. They're super-knowledgeable, provide great customer service and are speedy with the repairs! Victor and the XJ guys have always been good to me and my family. His prices are fair and he has never tried to upsell us or get us to pay for repairs we don't want or need. I got a recall repair done on my Mazda and the dealer told me 2 parts needed to be replaced and quoted me at $2k to fix them both. I took it to XJ and one was complete BS, and the other was necessary but his quote was less than half of what the dealer wanted. I'm not a car guru so if Victor told me I needed that other repair done, I would have done it with no questions asked, and he knew that. But he didn't take advantage of me, because he's an honest guy who takes care of his customers. Hard to find a mechanic like that, and once you do, you never go anywhere else. Generally they're very quick too, and transparent about the time they need for repairs.

I got my car towed to this shop to get a new alternator and 3 days later I give them a call inquiring what could be wrong with the truck and they told me they were too busy to give me a call. They looked at the truck and was unable to figure out the problem because the truck was customized but they failed to take 2 minutes out the day to call. Then once I called they said they didn t want anything to do with the truck and I should come get it. When I went to pick up my truck I realized that he made the problem worse. The car wouldn t even start this time around when it did before I dropped it off. Would not be returning for any service.

I always trust the work done on my car here. Excellent work and a very quick turnaround time with incredibly reasonable pricing. I highly recommend X & J if you need repair work done on your BMW or Volvo. I've brought two of my BMWs here and have been very pleased with Victor and his team. Great guys to work with.

I called them for an oil change and they quoted me a price after I gave them make, model and year of vehicle and I was told to come in right away if I wanted to. I brought in vehicle double checking the price and getting it confirmed with the mechanic that took my car in.After the oil change was completed they asked for an amount higher then initially told saying changing the filter was priced separately. I have never heard any mechanic shop charging changing the filter separately and its understood that the filter is obviously changed on every oil change. They insisted I pay the full amount despite letting them know they quoted me the oil change price both through the phone and when I got there. Mechanics tend to bait and switch or add random charges once work is being done however doing this on something as simple as an oil change is unbelievable. I can't imagine how they deal with repairs and larger jobs.I was quoted a price under $30 and ended up paying almost $50 for a basic oil change on an older model vehicle. And as if all that wasn't bad enough they have the audacity to tell me they put in 6 quarts of oil in my 4 cylinder vehicle which takes 5 quarts.Service: Oil change

I had an accident and I need an evaluation cost for my insurance.****The owner ( Victor) is RUDE and very GREEDY***He listed twice few things to make more $Then when I got my car, he tells me that he put higher prices because the insurance will pay BUT even if he fixes it......The car might need more work done $He gave me a surprise bill !He should tell me the cost of an evaluation.He told me to pick up my car the same day. So Rude !When I show up to pick up the car, he was annoyed.He asks me " Why don't I leave the car for him to fix it"I will NEVER come here.

I was welcome so nice the owner listen to my concern s I have charged me very fairly I felt very comfortable. I will be bringing my car there for service. I felt I can trust them to be up front with me.I hope I found a mechanic that I can go to for all my needs TY for fixing my tire much more work to follow.Carmina Chambers

I went there to change a Xenon light bulb for my BMW. They charged my $170 to change to light bulb !!! and the experience was horrible. Although the gentleman at the counter was friendly, the Machenic had no idea how to change the blub. I had to show him a video on how to change it. Initally he attempted taking off the bumper to change the light bulb.h He got frustrated and called me in to show me where he got stuck. Even after showing him how to do the job he still managed to not properly seal my highlight and now I have to do the job all over again since moisture is getting in the headlight. I highly recommend based on my experience if you have a car that is over the year 1999 that you stay far away from this place. Based on my experience I will not be going back there.

Victor don't know how to do his job , he say my tundra has a feling or bad transmission hi try to charge $1,900 , wen the real problem was code p2445 and p2447 acceleration problem

AVOID. They diagnosed and repaired a window problem (and a light bulb) for a little less than $300. I had to bring the car back twice because they didn't put everything back correctly each time. After the 2nd time, and before the 3rd time, the window was just shy of closing by about 5mm, and Victor (owner?) actually grabbed the window with his greasy hands, and tried to yank it up, in front of me. I don't even want to know what they did when I wasn't there.

Brought my car to have the crank sensor put in FIRST they said 45.00 dollars then it went up to 85.00 plus tax,they never did the job, would not give a receipt for the work, came back for a refund, still owe me a almost 6 dollars for work never done, STAY AwAY......
