This place is a scam! They push questionable additional services and give you an inferior oil and then after the fact try to get you to sign off on it. They didn t even update the carfax report after telling me the Clifton Valvoline cheated me. Drive away, especially if you re female.

It was my first time there. I was going to be on Broad St and needed an oil change I GOOGLE and got them and receive an instant 25% off my oil change. Service was great and they top it off with a free car wash next door. Love it I will be going back for all my future oil change

I came to get an oil change, the man asked me if I wanted regular oil or synthetic, I said regular, 2 minutes later, he came back and said he was out of regular oil,only has synthetic?!Why does he have to lie??? Only to make $10 more???!!!!Just ruined my day, never be back at valvoline anymore!!!

Unprofessional store , they messed up my car and put wrong oil in my car , it burned out really quick and I didn t notice to find out the oil stick marks blow low level , i called the store to let them know what they did , the guy who picked the phone told me prove it !!!! Prove that we used the wrong oil , i will never go back there and i need my $85 refund for their mistake i had to go different place to get the correct oil change

They close at 6. I got there about 544. Three guys were all sitting on their rear taking naps, doing absolutely nothing. When I said I was there for an oil change they said they don t take customers past 545. I showed them the time and they said to come back the next day. So. Darn. Lazy.

First time at Frankie's for a oil change. Friendly staff, clean and organized shop. Definitely will return.

When in for a quick oil change. I was told of all the charges upfront, and they didn t try to up sell extra stuff. My car was done within 30 minutes, as promised. Thank you for the quick and efficient service!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
