I needed a new battery. I was able to come in with no appt and get my car serviced promptly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They sent a text a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I'd definitely recommend them.

They replaced an engine in my truck.....cost me $6000. They put no refrigerant in it because they didn't have the new adapter. So I had to take it to the dealer and $1100 for that service. Went back to this business to get a quote on struts replacement and asked could the give me some kind of discount because of the above mentioned issue and absolutely not. They could've given me $100 off and I would've been satisfied. Never taking a vehicle here again and that includes everyone I know and my social media family of three hundred thousand people! You absolutely did not inform me that you didn't have the equipment to recharge the AC unit or say anything else about it. I found out when I went to get an oil change and they told me they thought it had a leak because there was no refrigerant in it. I then brought it back to you to check for a leak....then and only then did you inform me that you didn't have the right equipment! Bad business at the highest level and I hope the 1000 viewer's and everyone they know never patronize your business!

I went in with low tire emission hoping for the best and the guy at the front desk was exceptional. Helped me with my tire for no cost and put my new tire on that I had delivered to my home the next morning for a minimal fee. Really nice people!

Went to the place to fix my squeaking sound in the car Everytime i turned and a passanger shade. They said it was the brakes and charged me $1,500. And guess what they didn t fixed anything the squeaking sound was still there.

I found Quality Auto Center (Bloomfield Ave) when searching for a nearby place to bring my car for an oil change, tune-up, whatever it is that is done when it s time to get your car serviced, which I honestly don t know much about. I found them to be fast, thorough, courteous, and affordable they recommended I replace two balding tires and gave me a great price.I ll use them again and I recommend them to others.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They provided excellent service. I took in my 2017 chev Malibu In because of an engine oil leak and my check engine light. As some one who feels that it hard to trust auto shops, quality auto and their team made me feel like I was in good hands. Never did I feel like they were trying to up-charge me. Eddie took his time to explain the issues with my car and their plan to correct it. As a father with a family I need my car for daily use and never did I feel like I was annoying then with my constant calls to get an update on the progress of my car. Thanks guys !

Guaranteed work by certified mechanics and done correctly.Just plan ahead to fit your schedule!I'll pay the extra in price ( $$ )for peace of mind, which is hard to come by nowadays.

Quilty auto is by far the best mechanic I ve ever went to fairly priced and the staff do a amazing job I ve been coming for 2 years now with multiple cars of mine and I highly recommend this place

This place is awful. Took my car for a rusted bolt change. The guy said they d call when my car was done on Thursday. Had to wait til Monday after I called them Friday about it. No call again on Monday, had to call myself and then pick up Tuesday. Tuesday comes, they overcharged me, and said that they did an oil change without even telling me. Will never come here again. No communication and just plain ridiculous. When you ask they guy why didn t he call or tell me about the oil change, he just stutters. Ridiculous

Affordable, professional, and friendly auto center. I called in the middle of a work day and they were accommodating and changed my oil before they closed. Absolutely recommend, they even recommended checking their website for coupons to lower my bill!

Charged me $140 for mounting, balancing and installation of new TPMS on beautiful AEV Borah wheels for 35 tires.Instead I got scratches all over the black rims, not balanced and no TPMS installed. They are a scam

No nonsense auto repair shop! They did an oil change and state inspectionfor me and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. It was quick, painless and close to Glen Ridge.

I made the appointment online. When I arrived, my car was assessed right away. I was shown the nature of my problem, what would be done to repair it and given a reasonable price. An additional leaky power steering pump was found and I agreed to replace this also. The job was done in about three hours. It was a very good experience. I will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair

Too excited I save over $1300.They are honest. I was freaking out how to come up with $1900 to fixed my car.Quality save me a lot of money and my car is running excellent. I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and the service has always been great. Mr. Rishi and others that work here always takes the time to explain in detail what is wrong with my car and will even show me the damaged parts so I can have a better understanding of what is causing my issues. The owner is very nice and informative... I dropped off my car one morning and he let me know exactly what needed to be done and even show me where the problems were. I got new brakes and came back for a new oil pan too. Couple days after having new brakes, my check engine came on, my O2 sensor needed to be replaced following the diagnostic, he got it done for me that day. For my first time I give a 4 star. They have good customer service. For me the waiting was a bit long. Just for tire service. Overall I would recommend this business to people.
