My experience here was great! I had a faulty bulb that needed to be replaced, and they were able to fix it relatively quickly. The overall cost wasn t that expensive either. I would definitely come back if there s another issue.

My experience was amazing!! Came in for an oil change and some other issues I was experiencing for my car. They check the issues and explained in detail what needed to be done. I met the store manager and he delivered nothing buy excellent customer service. Not only to me but while I waited for my vehicle maintenance. I witnessed the amount of care and empathy with every customer that came in with issues. He is what makes people want to come back and tell others. The appreciation that I have and experienced was top notch of outstanding customer service. Such a great leader in this building and would recommend to others!!

The service desk people were very kind, but their plug failed while I was getting off the highway, and now I m getting towed to another shop to get my tires completely replaced. Their shoddy work could have killed me and their shop manger won t refund me unless I come back in person or read off my card details over the phone. Don t go here if you value your life.

Poor service, decent job.2 tires for more than 1 hour. They tried to say my brake pads needed replacement also the windshield wiper, they are tire shop not mechanic. If you can get same pricing, I would suggest you go elsewhere. If you would like to be treated better or normal, go elsewhere for sure.

Called them they ordered the tire with me right over the phone. They called me when it came in, late the same day. I went the next morning and they replaced the tire that blew out!It was very easy and they did the work fast . I will be using them again when I replace all my tires!Thank you to everyone there .

Went here yesterday to get an oil change and they did an excellent job! Very friendly staff, fast turn around time and they make great recommendations if needed. Also, shoutout to Pierre at this location. He does a great job at serving customers.

Shmeam at the front desk is so excellent! She is helpful, really cares to meet your needs. Overall, the experience was great, obviously it s never fun when you have to get your car fixed but they re great here, convenient and quick. Even open on a snowy day when my other body shop was not.

I have been going to the Bloomfield branch for years to have new tires, oil changes, brakes and new suspension. Mavis has always provided me fast no-nonsense service and fair pricing. Well-managed location with efficient and honest employees.

The woman at the front desk, Shmeam, and the manager, Kiayre, were reassuring that my car was in good hands. They were very patient and kind with my concerns about my car. They gave me a years warranty on the parts and a years warranty on the labor which helped.

Mary and Larry are excellent! They were patient and gave honest and recommendations for the care of my car. They both went out of their way to service my car although it was close to closing time. I will never forget their wonderful customer service!! I will be back at Mavis for all of my car needs because of them. :)

I needed air in my tires. They were very gracious, opened up the garage, very professional young man made sure my tires were filled to the proper air pressure. The staff behind the desk were warm and welcoming. No pressure. What s a short visit but I really enjoyed it

Experiencing car trouble is no joke, but I love this Mavis location in Bloomfield. They always have trustworthy, informative, and friendly people working like Lawrence and Kyaire. Lawrence showed me the work I needed done. I brought my own parts and Kyaire and his team took care of my car. This is literally my Mavis home!

My car displayed a message saying low tire pressure! I called in at 19:00 seeing that they were the only tire shop open past 19:00. I called to ask if they could still take me and look at my tires, and although I got there close to their closing time they were so respectful and nice. The females at the front desk were very nice and Kiayre was super nice from the time I first pulled up. I know how it feels when you think you re done for the day and more people show up, so I m grateful that they were still so nice and were able to help me! And when I asked if I could tip Kiayre all he asked for was a review love this location and if I m ever in need of car help will definitely go to this Mavis.

8/17/22-Called in today at 8:30am to submit a complaint for damage that occurred yesterday, 8/16, during my tire installation appointment. All 4 rims bolt holes are damaged. Due to incorrect tool or an inexperienced technician. Laurence informed that the manager, Louis, is not in today, but will be back tomorrow. I will update here.8/29/22 - no resolution has been proposed as of today to fix the damage done. Regional Manager, Derrick, stopped communication with me last week. I left him a voicemail, but no reply since last week.9/8/22-Derrick helped me resolve this issue. Thank you.

Over two hours to have an oil change and nail in tire fixed..Had an appointment at 10a today. Didn t leave there till after 12pm.Probably better off just going when they open instead of making an appointment, as it seemed walk-ins took priority.
