I have to say I was surprised at how hassle free this went. My sales Rep Miguel Sanchez worked hard to ensure he answered my questions and was very patient. I even had followup after and very accommodating. The finance team also made things easy for me. No pressure at all for once in a process like this. I'm a repeat customer to the Lynne's group and glad I came back.

Everyone was very nice! I was told it was gonna take 1.5-2 hours for my oil change but it took only a little over 1 hour! Which was great! Would be nice if they had a little complementary wash of the car but other than that everything was awesome!

April 11th 2024 Took my Subaru 2018 Forester for a "check engine light ON" to Lynnes Subaru. From start, they greeted me and took my car in, Service Advisor Louis Bilka was super nice and took my information. Fortunately, there was nothing wrong with the car, they were able to eliminate the check engine light out, probably a false alarm, since cars are now so sensitive. I want to give thanks to all the staff at Lynnes Subaru in Bloomfield NJ. You guys really make customer feel at ease. I am truly grateful for your service.

My experience with Louis from service was exceptional. This is the type of person you want in customer service. He hears your issues, is sympathetic and empathic and extremely caring and is very detailed. Theres really nothing negative i can say about Louis. Thank you Louis for everything you do!

I was very happy with everything concerned with having my cracked windshield replacedBut I discovered my right side mirror housingcracked on the top left side. I only discoveredThis 4 days ago but I realize that It was more than a week later after picking my vehicle upthat I can t hold the Service Dept. to blame.However due to the location of the damageto the mirror housing on the top inside nearThe windshield, I can only conclude it wasDamaged in the process of removing and installing the new windshield.

While getting my car service, I had a very awkward interaction with another customer when he would not leave me alone and made me feel very uncomfortable. The staff at Lynnes quickly recognized my discomfort and removed me from the situation. They helped me leave the premises unseen and wait across the street in another building until my car was done being serviced. It was all handled quietly and safely. I really appreciate the workers at Lynnes for helping take control of the situation.

Refused to sell me a car using cashiers check. Told me I had to finance and that was the only way I could purchase the car. In what world am I not able to buy a car with cash. Its ridiculous! My husband was told this twice that it had to be financed. Then I called to talk to Luis and left a message with his sales staff and he never called me back. I purchased the car somewhere else. Somewhere where they took my money with no problem. I do not recommend this place. Misleading in price. Will tack on thousands of dollars from list price once you get there.

Great experience here! Aryana was professional and helpful. I got a few things done, including: replacing front brake pads and rotors, changing battery, and engine filters. I like that they show you a video of the inspections and that they test drive your car to make sure the things you told me made sense. I really appreciate the video run through with the car and letting me know what needed to be taken care of. Plus they are not pushy in terms of what needed to be done. I knew I needed to change the brake pads cos it s old. I knew the battery was dying cos I was using too much of it for my dash camera. One thing that might not be very positive is that it is quite pricey! It s similar to the previous Subaru dealership that I used to go to tho. Oh well, they did good job, so I d recommend!

What a wonderful dealership. The salesman Steve was so patient he did not rush us and answered every question we asked. We met the general manager s John & Mike, the most down to earth folks i have ever come across at a dealership. I wanted to write then a review to say thank you for the most professional and kind experience. You do not find this everywhere. Keep up the great work here.

They scratched my car door during an oil change. They were not forthcoming, I had to point it out. They were willing to fix it but I had to argue for my next oil change to be free since they inconvenienced me. About 3 months after my oil change I got a low oil warning. I had to add oil myself to the car. They're not trustworthy to the point I'm not even willing to bring my car back for my free oil change.

I was out of town for over a month and my battery died on my 2023 Outback-(traveled from out of State) attempted to charge it -didn t work-decided to bring it in as my girlfriend car was bought and serviced there. Outside of an initial bad diagnostic test saying the battery was fine -after giving them a better picture of what happened they did another test -ended up replacing battery with a better battery-over all very happy with the outcome -good job communicating with your customers to get to the root of the problem-E

My experience with Lynn's Nissan has been very unacceptable. The service department is very uncaring and unprofessional. One of my vehicles was just there in the summer and I was made aware of certain issues until my most recent visit. When I asked was my car inspected the same way previously they said yes. My next question was why wasn't I informed of the issues previously. In my situation Lynn's has not been thorough with their inspection process nor have they relayed information in a professional manner. There is currently a issue with my car Lynn's should have made me aware of and offered to fix that I found out about taken the vehicle through inspection

Worst!! Worst!! Be aware to stay away as much as you possibly can.They lure you with lower internet price but charge huge $$ for so called PREP CHARGES. It can be negotiated only if they want.Also, we waited so long for everything so even though we went there at 2 pm and decided to buy it. But we had to come back next day. Even on the next day the car wasn t ready and cleaned when we were told that it is ready to pick up.Another complaint was in finance, we applied and approved by Bank of America with 7.24 APR. We showed it the finance guy but he didn t know how to use the approval letter? Or maybe he just wanted to do something but anyhow he came up with much higher rate. We had to call BOA directly and had to teach him how to use the approved letter we received. He was either incompatible or tried to cheat on us.It wasted us whole two and a half days to complete the car buying process.I hated whole car buying process at Lynnes from A to Z. I am 46 yo and bought numerous cars, but the worst dealer I ever encountered.STAY AWAY!!!!!

I went to this dealership to view a used WRX to purchase. Hidden in the small print of the advertised price was that the advertised price included both a loyalty discount and a military discount. The real price that would apply to the majority of buyers not only didn t include these discounts but also included thousands of dollars in other hidden dealer fees (not including regular items like tax and registration). Needless to say I bought a WRX at a much more honest dealership.

We worked with John Beneduce in July 2022. This was the first time we bought a car from a dealership and as a Veteran family, expecting our first child we thought he d be helpful in ensuring we d get a reasonable deal with full transparency. That was most definitely not the case. He oversold us service plans and warranties that were nothing close to its worth.We had paid off the vehicle in less than a year and tried to get reimbursed for some of the cost of the services and warranties since we had not used it. & while he guaranteed that we could be reimbursed part of the cost for some of the services since we never used it, I signed the application to cancel the plan and get the reimbursement & was told that it d be 6-8 weeks until we see the check. This was done in June 2023 and after trying to follow up several times, we havent heard anything.We paid $1750 for a service plan that we thought would cover services every 6k miles up to 36,000 miles. So as I come in for what I thought would be our 30k mile service, we found out that what actually was sold to us was only 3 oil changes & 3 tire rotations. The Service Department was very nice and explained what they could the best to their ability but we were completely misled by the Dealership to believe that all our services were covered.Lessons learned on our end for sure about buying from a dealership but if there s a definition of slimy, distrustful car salespeople- I d say they d be at Lynnes Subaru.

Placed a refundable deposit on a new Subaru at Lynnes on 7/23/2022 that did not arrive and was notified that production was delayed. I requested the $500. back that they said would be forwarded to my cc and it never arrived. I made four follow-up calls for my refund. That makes Lynne s Subaru a thief!

The staff members were courteous and greeted me with a smile. The service provided was quick and efficient. They honored a coupon from another site since I didn't have my cell to login to their site for sales/promotions.

Service department here is what I feel should be the benchmark service model for every service department.They are polite and to the point, overheard a phone call to let a customer know about what the diagnosis is, what it would cost and the urgency of the repair, advisor explained everything in detail and how each part relates to the function of the vehicle.The dept here also offers shuttle service to and from your home via Lyft, nice touch.There was no upselling or halogen light fluid low kind of talk.The only miss here was that I had to follow up several times to get status on my car. Got the run around a couple of times before sent to voicemail.Outside of this, Top marks for this team.I would buy a Subaru confidently knowing this is my service team/advisor team

Other than mixing up information on paperwork and the plates (delaying bringing my purchased vehicle home a few days), I had a good experience at Lynne's. Seems the car is in great shape and I'm glad I chose Lynne's Subaru.They took care of (covered costs) diagnosing my old car and gave me a loaner for a week, which was helpful - I kept the loaner until I got to bring my car home, so, it all worked out!

ZERO STARS. Might be the worst dealership I've been too in 48 years! I tried to get service here years ago and they were very rude, so I left. So, I gave them a 2nd chance on parts and very rude again so I left. Now I had to get my car serviced here because it is only 10 mins from my home compared to the 45 mins I drive to another dealership in Orangeburg NY for amazing service. Now I am trying to get refunded for the flush I should have never gotten. Lynne "fixed" my valve body under warranty but refused to change the transmission fluid even though the fluid is under warranty. Even corporate told me the fluid should have been changed but Lynne decided to not do the right thing. They just topped it off with "2" assuming that is 2 quarts. So if my trans is down 2 quarts, maybe look into why and fix it under warranty? Maybe go above and beyond? NOPE not this place! So I had my other dealership change the fluid and all was well for a few days. NOW all of the lights are back on the dash so I brought it back and they told me the OTHER dealership messed up the transmission by changing the fluid and what looks like to be oil or coffee fluid and not CVT fluid. This is all on video and corporate has seen it. So Lynne just cleared the "old codes" and says no idea how they are back. BTW once you clear codes they are gone for life so nice trick trying to blame another dealership for you installing a faulty part. They said the "BAD" fluid is now messing with the trans and that's is why the lights are coming on WOW. But they told me the fluid did not need to be changed because it has nothing to do with the lights. SMH get your story together Lynne! NOW the lights have been on and off for 2 weeks now. Amazing ha! Pretty embarrassing to disrespect another dealership so I am now working with Corporate to get my car fixed properly. The other dealership is aware of the video and taking action also. My 3rd party remote start no longer works now also. They said they will not fix that. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

Bloomfield Subaru took care of everything I asked them to look at.I liked that they sent me a video of the inspection so i could clearly see what was going on with my car.The courtesy ride home and back while they worked on the car was much appreciated. They gave very clear information on what was done and what parts needed to be ordered. Great service. Highly recommended.

I had Louis and Aryana service our car and they did a fantastic job. Very accommodating, friendly, and easy to talk to, explained well what was wrong with our car (multiple icons were on the dashboard), they let us rent a car so I can go to work while the repairs took place (took about a 1.5 days). They also sent us coupons for discount (which we used). All in all, great experience.

Where to begin. This dealership will treat you like family and go the extra mile. Came in to look at a model and moments later drove it off the lot with plates and paperwork in hand. This is how all dealerships should operate. I would like to shout out to Lou in sales and Joe in financing. They are amazing people who care. Will recommend to friends and family.
