Went for an e g r valve covered by warranty. Was told we would have to pay for fan shroud that was brittle and would brake while working on the car, instead they charge me for a oil solenoid that was not needed. When I inspected car my coolant reservoir tank is loose. Will ask warranty company who I can use next time.

If I could give less I would. My central is part of a recall. Told me I had to get inspected to see if I needed the recall part. Then told me I didn't need the part after all. This is after I brought the car in 3x for the problem the recall fixes and being told the cars fine. They're dangerous at best.

I took my car for an oil change and they didn't put the plug in properly and messed up my truck and caused me a whole lot of problems. They didn't have a rental car so I missed a week of work. I wrote a bad review and then I was contacted by the dealership and offered a free full detail to my car( which is not going to make up what I lost) and then never called me back to set up an appointment. I will never go to this place for anything. If you don't have to stay away from here.

My husband and I were told to go to Nissan in Bloomfield, we needed air in our tires. We tried to do it ourselves but were unsuccessful. The service man who helped us was spot on, he understood our needs and took us under his wing. Thank you Nissan and thank your courteous employees.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation & the tech who was working on my car got me in and out within a hour. I want to say thank you to king for answering my question about my car. Happy overall with the service. Thanks Nissan

I wish I could give ZERO star. Extremely expensive, below average service level. They fix one thing and do things to your car so you are back for additional services in no time. It has happened to me way too often. Only to charge you more and more.. Stay away from this place..!

Definitely a team I can rely on. Whenever I have questions they would bring which ever tech is working on my vehicle to clarify and make me aware of what s going on and what we need to do in order to repair my vehicle correctly. I appreciate the team at Lynne s thank you all

Shady and rude and gave me wrong information. I brought in my Ariya for my first scheduled maintenance and the older man told me I would have to pay because my service was free only at the dealership I bought the car from. I told him that was not correct, the car includes service at ANY Nissan but he called someone else on speakerphone and gave the wrong dealership I got the car from. That is incorrect. I called another dealership who checked my VIN, and agreed I am entitled to complimentary service for 36 months. He was very shady and either didn't know what he was talking about, didn't bother checking my VIN and his attitude was not great. I had a very nice experience with them a few months ago but today soured me on getting my car ever serviced by them. Make sure your staff knows what they are talking about!

Screw Lynnes Nissan! They're a bunch of liars and crooks. It's bad enough that this place always finds extra things that supposedly need to be fixed, but I dropped my car off today for service, and someone stole stuff out of my car! Why anyone at this place would want my Greek komboloi (Begleri) beats me, but it was a gift from my now-dead father, and needless to say, they've lost a customer today.

Ridiculously overpriced!! I felt I was being scammed!!. They tried charging me $750 to fix the popable door that covers the gas - $350 for the part and $200 for labor which she said they'll rush to do in order for me to get to my appt on time. So now you can rush, get the job done sooner, but still charge the full price?? I still had to pay $191 for the nonsense diagnostic test before leaving with my car. Took my car to a place in Paterson, took them 30 min to fix it. The part didnt need to be replaced, Just adjusted! I paid $0 (zero) there! What ashame! If anyone wants the info for the mechanic, I'll send it!

If you don t call them everyday it will take them 2 months to fix your car . You can go to any other body repair shop and it would take them three days max to put a new engine in it takes them forever to do anything. And if you have a warranty they will lie to you to get you to pay something don t believe them. I stop coming here. They even told me that the driveshaft is not under my powertrain warranty and try to get me to pay out of pocket for it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I went to get my fobs reprogrammed because they weren t connecting to the car. Instead they did a diagnostic and claimed that the BCM had a short and that s why the keys aren t working and it ll cost $1600 to replace. Before even checking my warranty the guy told me about the payment plan they have and They can start work the same day. It sounded weird so I went to another Nissan. THEIR rep looked at me like I was crazy when I explained my experience at Lynne s. So after their own diagnosis the control module was completely FINE! I just needed new keys. Lynne s is a massive rip off. Especially when they see a woman coming in to service her car. They need to get reported to the better business bureau.

Will go to another location. They coupons presented aren't applied to the service. They always "find" something that's not immediate that needs to be done. The rep that was helping me came out to the waiting area with over $1000 of work they suggested needed to be done.

They keep you waiting without informing you that your car is done. For the second time, I had to wait for 45 mins after my car was done. Unfortunately, not coming back.

First- it s impossible to pull into this place. The lot is covered in cars that the service team whips around at an alarming pace. Very unprofessional staff that seem consistently upset to be at their jobs and that they re made to do anything. Don t bother making an appointment - you will be placed at the end of a consistently long line upon arrival regardless of any appointment you make. I often wait more than 4 hours for an extremely over priced oil change. And my favorite area to review on mechanics- how they treat women. A service rep had the audacity to call me and say you need a new air filter- that s the thing in your car that filters the air so needless to say they oversell young women with the assumption that we know nothing about cars. Take the longer drive to another dealership- this place is in walking distance to my house and I will never go back.

I was taken care of by Yali. Wonderful woman. She gave me a time estimate on how long my oil change would take and it was accurate. Very personable and polite. Would definitely recommend!!

I got a flat tire on Sunday night and I was driving on a donut most of Monday. I called a few tire shops in my area but no one had my tire size in stock. I drive to and from NYC for work so keeping the donut on for long was not an option. I called Lynne s Nissan just to see if they had my tire in stock and the Parts department confirmed they had one! The receptionist was super helpful and told me although there were no more available appointments for that day, that I can still come in as a walk-in. I dropped my car off and within a few hours, I received a call that my car was ready, the tire had been replaced and the old one disposed of. They were so nice and I was happy they fit me in their schedule and the price was very reasonable! The Lynne s staff definitely saved the day!

So when I went to do the diagnostic test a few months ago, the results were given to me and I was able to resolve the issue. I just called this a.m. and while I was asking questions about prices and loaners(which they don't do - now it's rentals - total, total turn off), the young lady(who I had asked if she was service) advised me that she would be transferring me to someone who could answer my questions. After being transferred and explaining what I needed done, the new young lady said that she would have to transfer me to someone who could answer my questions(service rep or something like that), UGHHHH!!!! Worst customer service I ever experienced. I leased a 2021 santa fe in January 2021. My transmission went in February of this year. I understand that other customers are experiencing the same issue and I have to wait. My problem is 1. They sold me a lemon. 2. When trying to get updates on my truck being serviced I get the run around and keep being told a manager will call me back and no one ever calls. My original service advisor either quit or was fired, her manager either quit or was fired and now I have no clue who I should speak to. I called corporate and was told they have my transmission as of 3/14. I called 3/16 and was told they don't. All I'm looking for is an update and they don't care. When I did speak to someone they basically told me take a number, there are other people with the same problem and to deal with it. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM !!!!!Service: Transmission repair

Be careful coming to this place. Services are OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED and they don t do full and complete checks to make sure you don t have to repeatedly be back. Rip offs

Helpful and friendly at the counter. Repairs took 1.5 hours just as they said. Need to pull car into garage and wait for ticket from attendant which is a little different from other places. Good sized waiting room with plenty of chairs and tables to work at. Only issue was coffee machine was broken.

Why I love this place? Because I love the quality of Nissan cars. Most of all they're nice consultants who will work with your financial situation to help you get into a beautiful Nissan. I must say I had met the owner and talked with him last summer about a matter of concern, he was soooooo nice and said "if you ever have a problem have them to call me". Also this CEO is a nice human being that treat people with respect. God bless him and the Nissan workers.
