I just purchased a Nissan Armada CPO and the computer monitor was experiencing malfunction. Lynne s Nissan was quick to get me in, scheduled an apt within 24 hours. The service and help were all around friendly/personable and were caring and eager to fix the problem. They did a full reboot of the system and feel it should resolve the issue. They were quick to extend their help, should any other problems occur. Thank you for proving great customer service, you will be our choice for any issues that arise moving forward. I highly recommend them over using route 46 Nissan!!

My son and I had such a great experience at Lynne's. I can't stop thanking Mr. Mike enough. Great human being with lots of patience and is excellent at what he does. We brought a Nissan Sentara. Thanks again Mike forever grateful.

I made an appointment and received great customer service. I had Camille service me and bless her heart she is amazing!!!!! 100/10 definitely recommend. Brought my mother s Nissan Sentra to get serviced and was very happy with how we were treated and the service given. They diagnosed an issue with our vehicle that we are now able to resolve. Was our first time and this Nissan service center and a good experience. The service rep Michael was professional and knowledgeable. He kept us up to date and informed.

I came to Lynnes Nissan for a few issues with my car. Michael listened to everything and took down my information. I left my car Lynnes Nissan and went to work. I was kept up to date on the status of my car. When I returned later that afternoon, my car was running smoothly. The technicians even served two recalls on my vehicle. I normally wouldn t write a review but Michael and the technicians really went above and beyond to help me. I will be bringing my car to this service center instead of my original car dealership.

Michael is a professional representative who made my last appointment with Lynnes Nissan an awesome experience. I believe that this is the second time he assisted me and, as in the first schedule, he did not disappoint. I wish that all service representatives are like him, courteous and knowledgeable.

Went for engine and transmission issues. An array of problems needed fixing which some were done under warranty. I was told I would get a call regarding the work to be done with the transmission that was under warranty- didn t receive it. I got a text saying the car was ready to be picked up about 4 days later but I realized I hadn t spoken to anyone regarding what was done and I needed them to arrange my pick up to dealership. Was the transmission fixed or replaced, had so many questions. I called the service rep to get some answers, they weren t in that day but was told another person could help. I get transferred to voicemail and I left a message. Next day, after no call back- I called. Transferred again to voicemail, this repeated about 4 times until they eventually stopped picking up my call. I went through sales to ask to speak with a manager who then explained all of the repairs that were done and gave me a time for next day pick up shuttle. My car sat there for an extra day and a half because no one called me back. The customer service needs to improve.

This place always exceeds my expectations for terrible service, slow and low skill sets of its crew. I had a tire replaced by them 2 months ago, the same tire goes flat again. I take it back to them while the tire is still under warranty and they tell me they can't replace the tire or plug it. It took 2hrs for them to tell me that. You can literally go to any gas station mechanic shop and get better quality and speed than this place. Mr. Charles Lakhan service manager of Nissan repair shop please do better.

This appointment was one of my most unpleasant visits aside from when one of the service guys took my money from my armrest. The greeting wasn t inviting and the service that I needed wasn't clear. I always go to Nissan for regular maintenance/service, so when asked, I stated my regular service . I was not asked if I would be interested in the winterization service for $99 which is what was offered to me on the phone when my appointment was made. I couldn t remember what it was that was offered which is why I feel it should have been offered at point of actual service and Michael, in my opinion did not seem patient and was not informative of any specials. I told him that I would probably be visiting a different Nissan service center for my future service needs. Hospitality is very important!Signed disappointed

Called at 9am on a Saturday morning to see if there was any same day availability and they were able to add me onto the schedule for 1:45pm. When I arrive, Micheal who always attends to me, let me know they were running about an hour to two behind schedule. Even so I decided to stay and let social media keep my occupied. Nonetheless, within an hour my cars oil change was complete. Michael and the cashier are very sweet and handled me with great professionalism. As per usual, I will be returning for my next oil change.PS: don t forget the free car wash you get down the street with every oil change.

I have been to Lynnes - Nissan for my vehicle service for last couple of years but this time I had horrible experience. First of all the advisor was too rude and instead of listening to issue he kept saying there is a charge for this or that for the same issue which I reported in my last visit. At the end I gave up with him rather than arguing.For sure this was my last visit with them. Customer deserve more than this for what they pay for!!!

When I first entered the Nissan dealership I got a feeling that I was going to have to leave my car there so they can service it. The service was excellent Yaly called me every time to let me know my car status and even offered to give me a Lyft home so that I could get home safe. And when it was all said and done she even stayed a couple mins late when I showed up past 6 o clock to pick up my car. She was very helpful and made me feel like the top priority. I would certainly recommend all customers who have cars at Nissan to service your cars here and ask for Yaly she is the best

From the time I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted immediately by a young gentleman asking what I needed today. I explained what I needed and he advise me to back up and park my vehicle. He instructed me to go inside and speak with someone at the service desk.Initially, I was being helped by Mike (the older Mike...it's two of them)lol. HoweverWhile speaking with Mike, the young lady that helped me over the phone heard him say my name. Yaly then asks for me to come over to her. Yaly was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend Lynne's to family and friends. to the entire team

Went for an oil change. Then told brake fluid is dirty. I let him know I did the flush on my last visit. He then scratched off the need to do it. Now I have to take to another dealership to see if it was done at all. Just lost my trust!
