The only reason I m giving this place two stars is because they semi offered to fix the problem they created. I ve gone here many times and have family that pay for a membership at Frankies.This day I got a gold wash I got into my car to my mats soaking wet, not just a few drops but enough to line inside the crevices of my mat ..as I m noticing this and start to look around I noticed that there was dust and crumbs still all over my middle console it did not even looked like it had been wiped down or touched at all.I got out of my car to look around for an employee to speak with as I noticed the inside of my car between next to my door frame was not vacuumed on either side. They said they vaccuum couldn t reach those areas. The areas which I could reach with my hands myself. They did offer to vacuum as consolidation to this situation. My response was that I did not want them to have to redo it but it should ve been done in the first place.Service: Full body wash

Be aware of TEXT for free car wash which you can end up paying $21.-It has a tight expiry date-if you don t check the links right away it didn t say in the texts-they don t say it either before taking the cars in.-Bom! The cashier says it expired and was a different level(platinum sthing) of wash. PAY $21 (while I was there for a $10 wash)Not a good experience for a second timer. I do feel scammed.

Not worth the money. I paid $35 for the platinum package and my car was almost untouched. Dashboard was half way done, the gear shift compartment wasn't touched at all and my 2nd row looked as dirty as when I got there.Besides washing the outside and vacuuming the front mats I don't think anything else was done.

Horrible job here. I get that it gets busy on nice days but if they can t handle the details in the package then say that. I would have bought the basic wash but I paid for platinum and here I am scrubbing my car on the side of the road. I tried to call to speak to someone immediately but no one picked up. Very annoyed.

Exterior car wash, Mike the manager is great at explaining the issue. But I ve washed my car here before and this has never happened. It s shame because I live in the neighborhood will give update unless otherwise.

Been going here for years but have been disappointed lately. Came here today and wanted exterior and interior done, but they wouldn't do interior because "it's holding up the line." They now only care about getting you in and out there as fast as possible. No care about customer loyalty or service. So disappointing. It's a Saturday, they should know to manage the influx on weekends. Never coming back here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car here because I had dog hair in it from taking my dogs to get groomed. I got the Silver Plan and told the clerks when getting into my car that there is a bunch of hair that needs swept. I went inside and paid, got my car and this is what I got!! The manager said that I need to take my car to get detailed I told him I could do a better job at home with my vacuum! He said the dog hair is stuck in the fabric and won t come out . I proceeded to swipe my hand across the seat and a bunch of hair went flying. So, he s going to argue with me that his 20 horse power hoses are no match to dog hair that is just swirling around in my car? This place is a joke. They just want to make a quick 30 bucks and put in minimal effort. Don t waste your time here if you unless you like to be scammed!

OK first time here I spent $25 on a car wash. Came with vacuum inside wipe down clean outside Got my car back the outside looks fine the inside driver seat passenger seat fine. And I specifically asked if I had to take my car seats out and they said they would vacuum around them. No big deal I get home and I go to buckle my car seats back in.Service: Auto detailing

Very rude people .. and honestlya scam paid for the package to service my entire car and after one two wash they said I had to pay extra for them to clean my back seat mats and not to mention the people cleaning your car does not treat car with care my leather in my back seat pocket was ripped open truly disappointed.. I would of loved to keep my monthly services but the treatment was very poor .. Thanks but no thank you dif will go else where .. blessings

I went today to clean a commercial van for the first time and the first thing I asked the worker was if they would clean the trunk and he assured me that they would. After I paid, went to check the van and it was dirty as it was before and I had to discuss with the most agressive, rude and dismissive manager which told me that even though I paid $29,95 for the service I did not read about it and it does not include cleaning the cargo area. This is extra! I m not gonna wipe down your trunk . It was my first and last time there.I even asked him to give my money back or charge me the lowest price and he said: will you be able to undo all we did on the car? . Seems like this happens constantly because few minutes after I started to talk to him another costumer pried his car saying that he paid to clean the seats as well and the manager went into the van I took to do the service, picked up the flyer I had with the explanation for the services and told the other customer showing the flyer: see! You guys don t read! Where is it written that you have your seats cleaned?! . Terrible service in general and I hope no one have to go though I did.In the picture the manager is the guy with the light cap on .

I went in for an oil change and was asked if I wanted regular oil or synthetic, I replied regular, a minute later he came back and said he was out of regular and only had synthetic? Why lie,to make $10 more, I hope it was worth it because you lost my business for ever!

Horrendous job. Paid $30.00 for the Gold service. Inside mats and the back of the seats were not touched, windshield still filthy. You basically get a superficial wash with the machine brushes and very little detailing. As other reviewers stated, the owner is more interested in hard selling the monthly packages. I'll never be back.

Their machine ripped off my antenna since it s an aftermarket part, they refused to replace my property and dismissed me. Horrible customer service. After years of being a loyal customer since its grand opening, they lost a customer.

***STAY AWAY FROM FAIRFIELD NJ LOCATION*** HAD TO FILE POLICE REPORT FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE. I cancelled my monthly contract with this business because of the terrible experienced and amount of neglect that I felt. In my opinion, this place is terrible. My review is from my opinion, based on my experience at this location. I had to have my bank issue a STOP PAYMENT because of negligence that I have experienced regarding my request to cancel my monthly service. This business has NEVER answered their phone every time that I have called, and still to this day no answer. I challenge you to call, and see for yourself. You can't even leave a message! It's impossible to get in touch with someone if needed. My vehicle was damaged while being washed at this facility. I spoke with Glenn and advised of the damage that was done to my vehicle from this facility. Glenn told me that they weren't responsible and showed me a sign that says they are not responsible for certain damage, with a list of items not covered. I advised that the sign does not apply to my vehicle because the damage that was done, was not part of anything that was on the sign. The damage was done to my front grill, a factory installed core component to my vehicle. It's not "aftermarket". I was then instructed by Glenn to email into allprocarwasnj because they don't handle the claims. I emailed and got a superfast generic response about how the sign says they aren't responsible for damage, and since then I have sent several emails and have not got any response back. I have gone to the main jerseycarwashes website and filed out the contact page and still to this day, have not received a call after providing my phone number and requested a call retarding this matter. Take a look at all the other reviews from other people. Clearly there is an issue at this location. Save yourself the hassle. Don't support a business that operates like this.

Terrible service, arrogant manager. I went back to the carwash because I had sent my son to get our van washed and when he came back home I went to see it and it was like if they just had pour water on the outside. I went to see the manager and showed him the photos and he refused to have it washed.

Brand new car with 750 miles on it. Roads were salted so I brought the car in to be washed. The inside of the car was dirtier on the way out than on the way in. Clearly nothing was vacuumed. The mat in the picture is the back seat which was sat in three times. And what is on my drivers seat? I wouldn t go back if you paid me. Nothing like paying for a quality car wash service only to go home and fix everything they didn t do. (Or did wrong)Services: Full body wash, Tires, Car waxing

Quik convenient car wash. It's not a hand car wash but it gets the job done. They have free self service vacuums that I use even when I'm not getting my car serviced.Also, I just always get the basic car wash no matter what car wash I venture to.The other premium car washes that cost more money are just a scam anywhere and no one will take delicate care of what you want cleaned like you unless you're getting it detailed.I use the self service vacuum and do a thorough job, purchased wax for the tires and my car looks just fine.

Disappointed, it's a car wash place not anything out of the ordinary they do the job of cleaning your car, again not anything out of the ordinary. The place is conveniently located and monthly prices are on par with other car washes, however I suppose one of the workers got carried away and cleaned a little too hard because they popped my power window button out of place. Listen to the other reviews, if you care about damages done to your car go elsewhere, if you don't care go to Frankie'sService: Full body wash

Pretty terrible experience. When I arrived I was just putting on my mask and the man working there opens the door right away and his mask isn t over his nose. I had to ask him twice to put it on when he was speaking with me (he did but he rolled his eyes).The other big glaring problem was they didn t clean the inside of the car very well. Why pay $20 for a car wash and not have it be clean after?Oh well, I unfortunately won t be going here again.

Honestly, this was my worst experience. Not busy, still did a horrible job. The entire inside of my car was barely touched. Insane being that you have 8 people attempting to dry your car. Advise take money elsewhere.

I paid $30 for the gold wash where my interior was supposed to be vacuumed they didn t vacuum my car at all. Then they left my car absolutely SOAKED. The owner seems to be more interested in trying to sell his car wash subscription rather than worrying about the product he is putting out. I will never come back here again. There are better car washes in the area.

Hands down the best car wash I have been to for the price. I had 2 soaking wet 100lb stinky shelter dogs in my car yesterday and today my car wreaked. I went and did their platinum wash and I was floored with how good my car looked inside and how good it smelled. Also, my rims looked great as well as the body. Additionally, the price you cannot beat. I lived in Livingston and it was $5 more a wash with half the quality. Also their monthly wash prices are outrageously good! I will be buying their monthly the next time I go. Id give them 6 stars if I could.

Highly recommend for oil change. Waited about 15 minutes in the car line. 20 more minutes for the oil change. Got some work done in the waiting room. The guy who checked me out had a great energy and assured me that they checked out a few things on my car. Then went right nextdoor for car wash!
