Great hospitality and customer service from Mike, Kelly and Will. Very informed thru out the process of fixing car... very clean and great detailed wash after the fixing of the car. Looks brand new, I would definitely refer customers your way. RUBEN & NANETTE

BEWARE! Stay away.. Their quality of work is cheap and horrible. After dealing with them for so long prior to picking up my vehicle, I now wonder whether they have a licensed painter and Body work staff working in the premises at Bloomfield location. They will attempt to deliver your vehicle without completing repairs. They are also very negligent and add additional damages to your vehicle. The manager Michael is very unprofessional and rude. Wish there was a zero in the rating scale because they do not deserve any star from this Customer& the bad experience I endured.

I would definitely say caliber collision is the best auto body shop I ve come by so far. The shop was very clean and had nice pretty colors. Kelly and Orlando were very nice and respectful. I spoke to Mike Or Micheal one time on the phone and he was pleasant too. Orlando helped me tremendously! I m in the process of building my car back to a beauty and he completely took that into consideration. He Added a new bumper, cleaned the inside of my car spotless, and my heads lights some how are working. All without additional cost. I also received frequent updates on the progress on my car. I also received updates from Orlando himself. I appreciate everything and everyone who worked on my car. I will be back soon for more work. I would definitely recommend, 10/10. Thank you caliber collision team!

We had our car repaired from a fender bender. The quality of the work was excellent but beyond that the people who work there are a pleasure. I recommend Caliber Collision in Bloomfield. It is a quality shop

TLDR: Professional, Quality work, Fast turnaroundGreat place to get your vehicle repaired or painted. Caliber fixed damage to my fender, bumper and rim from a sideswipe accident. Additionally, they were able to paint my doors that had been keyed for a reasonable price. Updated me periodically and overall professional.

I was looking forward to having Caliber work on my car based on the other positive reviews. Unfortunately, after waiting 6 weeks for my appointment the shop called 30 minutes before I was to bring it in to tell me it would be 3 more weeks before they could work on it and that I should find another shop. I understand they might be busy, but being more upfront would have been helpful.

About a month ago my car was in an accident and the people at Caliber made me feel extremely comfortable and were very attentive to my car & needs. The mechanics/staff (Kyle, Mike, & Q) were very responsive and respectful to my needs throughout the process. They even finished ahead of schedule with my great appreciation...my car looked good as new, if not better.Kyle & the rest of the crew did phenomenal work & even we re kind enough to fix a minor part a few days later to show there true help, satisfaction, & professionalism.An 11+, to you all...Thank you all so much!-Philip CService: Body & Trim

Kyle was absolutely amazing in meeting him , and finding out how much pride he takes in his work. He and the Caliber team did an awesome job in repairing my vehicle... going above beyond to make my car look like I just drove it off of the showroom floor. I would highly recommend both Kyle and Caliber not only for great work but highly rare now adays. Customer service.

Caliber Collision, especially Laura and Mario, were super professional, organized, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The repair work they did on our car was perfect. They also called us regularly to keep us updated on our car's status. The repair was done on time at the estimated price. (actually, it came in UNDER the estimated price) Also, when we picked up the car, it was clear that they had even washed it, which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this business for anyone needing a car repair done by professionals who care about the work they are doing and the customer experience. 10 out of 10.Service: Body & Trim

Ok first and foremost, since the representative at this location said I gave a bad review which it wasn t, but to his knowledge it was. Don t get me wrong their work was AMAZING!!!!! Yes I did gave reviews that were 8, 9, 10 and probably 7 why?? the first time going into to the office was HORRIBLE!! The lady that set my appointment was super unprofessional and mean, I honestly felt some kind a way but I played it off. Secondly when I came to pick up my car after the repair, the guy that was at the front was a wonderful person and I felt welcomed. When he called the manager I assume he is , which was the same guy who told me that my reviews were bad, I did not like his responses towards me and my spouse at all. Fast forward after picking up my car, the guy who detailed my car after the repair was AMAZING!!! My car looked brand new. Anyways . I Picked up my car and went home I realized that on my dashboard, it says that my blind spot Assist was inoperative . Bear in mind I have no knowledge whatsoever on cars and their parts. All I know that I drive a Mercedes, knows how to put gas in my car, knows when something is wrong and all the other basic stuff. Anyways I thought the sensor was at the front of my vehicle that was repaired by them, so I went back to them and he stated that my sensors on my car is at the back and not the front and that s not their issue. I sincerely apologize to the gentleman because I was told by a guy that work there, my sensors were at the front. So automatically kept thinking ok I m gonna have them fix it since that s the only issue I had when I picked up my car. Now why would this guy keep on debating with me about the reviews I gave before? This guy literally stand there stating that I shouldn t have gave him such bad review and that s not cool of me because they have done a great job. YES!! YES!! YES!! & YES!! The body work was INCREDIBLE!!! but How could you tell me what reviews to give you, if I found an issue after picking up my car that I wasn t satisfied with?? He literally closed my door and walked away saying the reviews will be stuck there for a month and blah blah blah . AGAIN I kept apologizing and I even said that I would be more than happy to give a better review. He said it s ok, there s no need for it but here I am writing another one PS: thank you for your work though.Service: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision was amazing! Their� professionalism and customer service was great. Brandon was the personnel that took charge of my car. He was awesome. He often contact me to inform me about the progress of my car. I received my car back looking brand new. I really appreciate the great work Caliber Collision did on my car. I highly recommend them to anyone. Their services are of quality and thorough. You'll be amazed in the end.

They did a fantastic and thorough job with my car repair, including frequent status updates by text and very friendly customer service. They even cleaned the car inside and placed all my personal belongings back where they were in the car. I'm impressed and will use them again, if needed.

I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone looking for a great job when it comes to repairs on your car. They were efficient, kept you updates and when I got my car back I couldn't tell I was ever in an accident. They washed and detailed it too. Do not bring your car here. My car had a damaged rear end. They fixed that, but when I picked my car up I noticed the AC/Heat dial was damaged. It had no damage when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, the dail was pushed into the dashboard, difficult to maneuver and had a small indentation. I immediately notified the manager, Mike. He came out to see the damage. It was dark. They had no technicians left. He told us to bring the car back We bought it back the next day. They took pictures and said they would get back to us. I followed up today. Mike refuses to acknowledge that my car was damaged in their possession. He refuses to fix it. So now I am stuck with a broken dial. It was not damaged before.

My car looks brand new! It was done in a reasonable amount of time and Brandon kept me in the loop at all times. I was very aware of whatever was going on with my car and I got it back in pristine condition. The staff was great and accommodating. I will definitely recommend anyone and if I ever need any other work done, I will be back.
