Always a great place to go for service. Very organized. My service adviser is Gina for over 6 years, she is the best. She always ready to help and to clear any concerns I have.

Key lost. I paid $470 for a new key. KEY DON T WORK! I go back to the BMW of Bloomfield by cab after calling 8 times ($65) just for them to tell me I was suppose to bring the car to them another $65 to travel back home. $250 for the tow truck. I get there with my car and they tell me I gotta pay them another $450 to get them to program the key and take off the anti theft. Highway robbery. I regret everything about having to deal with bmw as a whole. All of this money spent for what??? Why wasn t I told to bring my car in from the jump why rack up fees. The absolute worst money hungry. The extra money traveling and time wasted when a simple bring the car in the First time would have Ben the correct information.

Waiting area and staff are nice but service falls well below expectations for the price. Despite being assigned a representative they are not responsive. Service took ~2x longer than expected without explanations or updates. For the price, it s not worth returning to the dealer.

The worst experience I've ever had with cars. They were supposed to fix defective trim which the car was delivered with. Not only they installed even more defective trim to replace the original one, they also scratch leather around and damaged the main screen. After that they replaced the trim 2 more times trying to hand me over the car with the defective ambient light. Ocxqunally would lie to me that the light was OK when they installed it or to trick me in signing papers and hand over the car in bright light to make it hard to identify problems. BMW of North America wasn't helpful as well liying me that their engeneer inspected the car.In short, gross neglect and incompetence of the BMW service have no limits. Keep away from this place and from BMW if possible

Had an appointment for oil change at 8:45am I was going to wait for my car. I was expecting max and a half hours. I got there by 8am just to be early. My car was ready by almost 1pm and they broke the back wiper.

Im disgusted by this branch and employees. I went in with my brand new 7 series because of a check engine light engaged which is strange as my vehicle has less than 20k miles on it. I dropped the car off as per their request and it took them 1week to tell me I needed to spend 8 grand and no guarantee on fixing the problem. Robert and team of technicians wanted 4 grand up front the the other half when they finished , with no guarantee it would be fixed. I declined service and went to another dealer and paid 400.. problem solved. These guys have NO CLUE what they're doing.

Called them to check if they can help me with the emergency tire blowout during trip with kids. Was told by the lady on the phone that parts cant be reached and that somebody will call me back. It has been a week and "I'm still waiting on the side of the road for a callback :("

The worst place every I bought a used vehicle 2/2/22 . Spent $799 for them to do paperwork for dmv as of 4/7/22 still no registration. Made several attempts to get my registration still waiting . Every time I call they transfer me to a supervisor and all I get is a answering machine.when they do respond it s 2-4 days later . As of today still no plates and I ve been pulled over by police twice . I would expect more from bmw.

One star just because i can't give zero.I had an oil pressure pump warning light on my 2014 328i (90000 miles). I brought the car in for a diagnostic and the service department told me that the oil pump has an issue and between parts, labor and taxes the estimated cost was around $5000. After I paid for the diagnostic I got a second opinion and I found out that this problem was already known and there is a class action about it. I went back to the dealer to clarify that, and the dealer informed me that they are aware of the issue and they dropped the price to $2400 including parts, labor and taxes - a 40% discount guaranteed from the class action . I'm not great in mathematics but that's more than 40% discount.I left the service department extremely disappointed. If I hadn't gotten the second opinion, I was going to pay $2600 more - like I was fixing two cars instead of one. Or maybe paying for dinner for all bmw employees that night.Service: Auto maintenance

The honesty and the detailed video with explanations were a surprising and comfortable motion they gave me about my car, which is like a baby to me.Anthony and Chris in service understand this and are an over the top specialist and customer care guys.

VERY POOR SERVICE! I ll never go back again even if it s next to my town. Last year when I went for oil change, I had to go back after 2 days because oil leaked since they forgot to put the cap back .Over a week ago I went back for another oil change, I had to wait exactly 4 hours ! I kept waiting for them to text/call me coz I know of the disinfection to be done so when I can t wait anymore, I went to the service reception area, I saw my car across the parking lot with the hazard light on so I asked one of the attendants and she said it s waiting to be washed.. Who knows how long it s been waiting to be washed! I told her forget about it since I had it washed earlier. NOT ACCEPTABLE for the BMW name!Service: Oil change

They charge my warranty for way too much money to fix something that only take 15 min to fix . They service is the worst.. u bring in your car for one thing and they try to add they own problems just to charge you $3000 for labor

I use to go to another BMW dealership to service my car but I decided to give Bloomfield BMW dealership a try as their appointment is easier to book and it is closer to my home.I serviced my break and replace all four tires for my car at Bloomfield BMW service center on Friday. My experience with them is excellent. My service adviser Hesham is very knowledgeable and courteous. He patiently and clearly explained the issues with my BMW and then walked me through repair options in detail.I also loved the video walk through of my car/issues by their technician.Because of great people like Hesham Moussa, I decided to go to Bloomfield BMW for my future services.I hope they will continue to provide excellent services like the one they just provided to me.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Service rep Hashem is very polite and respectful. Returns calls and always greets with a friendly smile. April also a joy. Cares about her customers and responds positively to all emails. Although i am perplexed by cost of horn being fixed. $686 is insane. Charged $360 for labor. Not sure how difficult that is to fix but def shocking

Hello to everyone who is going to read this you must know that if you have a bmw and need of any kind of service, this is the only place to bring your car/suv!!So my window went down in middle of a rainy day and I honestly didnt know what I was going to do.I called to see if they were opened in this crazy time of pandemic and thank Gd they were!!Bottom line a huge thank you to Gina and April!! They took care of me brought the car in and apparently had afew recalls on my car. Got me into a loaner and I swear they treated me with such respect even though they had no clue who I was and I wasnt even their customer!! I'm definitely going back there again and Gd bless you ladies!! I wouldnt know what to do without you

I love BMW Dealership because I have a BMW I love it. I would like a BMW Truck X1. Very nice for me I'm only 5'4 it be right for me. BMW Truck X2 might be la Big Truck for me.

No stars..very poor service I made an appointment had to wait almost a month and a half take a day off work to get there at 8am for them to only tell me that there's a 3 day waiting list and I have to leave the car with them in order for me to stay on that list disnt offer a lower car or nothing mind u had to wait almost 3 hrs for them to tell me that they can't see me...sad very sad

These people will cause more problems to your car then the actual problem you took your car there at the first place. They charge crazy money for causing more damages to your vehicle. It s not worth going there unless you want give out free money to they be service

Under construction and a bit hard to navigate grounds. Nice people but received 1 update in 2.5 hrs wait.. not great since they knew I was staying.

BMW of Bloomfield NJ is where it's at. Great service, quality products. Always good to pass through there.
