Nice dude talked to my dad. Being spanish made it easy-going. The lady at the desk was nice to my dad, but my father was upset because the lady that answered the phone said he couldn't turn in his car earlier than the appointment. But when I called, another lady said turning it in an hour or so earlier was fine. Car came back fine, I don't know a whole lot but it looks like an okay place.

They were excellent. I got an update everyday on progress. They completed the job in a week. New bumper and light. Good as new.

Finally, a shop that truly does take care of you My wifes car had a mild disagreement with a light post, damaging multiple panels of her cr-v. What I thought would take at least 10 days, took less than a week to finish. Not only did they replace the parts but matched the paint so it looks brand new. Overall work was top notch but what sold me was the customer service we received. I had text updates throughout the week on the status of the car. Frank was right to the point on the process, upfront about everything and answered all my questions. Even getting a rental was a breeze. I hope I dont need future body work or repairs done, but if I do I wont sweat it knowing Bloomfield collision has my back.Service: Body & Trim

I regret going to this place. The estimate provided to my Insurance was incorrect and it ended up costing me over $3,000 to fix the issues in my car related to an accident. Had to go back again to Bloomfield Collision and I was charged another $200 to have the car inspected. What a terrible service! My wheels are bent due to the accident that occurred and they were not even looked at. I was told that the power steering fluid I had been using was incorrect, they provided me with another and they assured me was the correct one. It turns out, it was not. If they bothered to read the instructions, inspected my car thoroughly, and provided an accurate estimate to my Insurance, none of this would have happened.When I called and tried to explain the ongoing issues in my car, I was told to contact my Insurance and work it out with them. As if it was my fault that the car was not fixed properly.Do yourself a favor and choose another repair shop for your vehicle.

I can t say enough great things about Bloomfield Collision. Every employee who assisted me either on the telephone or in person was helpful and friendly. Clarabelle at the desk was so organised when they were busy and always had a smile. Alvin went above and beyond by paying for a car rental when some promised parts were not readily available. To top it off, there is a separate GEICO parking area and a car rental office attached. Finally, a few months later, I had a small issue and once again Alvin helped me out.Great service all around.

Worst place to go to get your car problem fixed. Only reason i chose to use this place was it had early appointment available through Geico. I had my car fixed a year back and paid $1.2k out of pocket for exhaust pipe repair. Within a year, i suspected work was shoddy. However i remembered they offered lifetime guarantee on their repair work. So i requested them to take a look just to clear if their repair work holds still good. Their mechanic javier was rude to understand or listen to me and told any car problem i had nothing to do with their repair work and asked me to take it elsewhere to another mechanic. Not a shred of courtesy to deal with customers. Please avoid this place if you can.

Sadly to Say I Gave this Place benefit of the doubt.. I Should of Listen to The Comments.. I Brought My Car There Cause they Were Highly recommended.. For Being Perfornals They Don't Know Anything, I Wound Out paying out-of-pocket for something? They broke, they think I'm dumb and they think I didn't know the procedure. I know exactly what they did. And I still Wound up paying for it. Do yourself a favor do not bring your car here. Listen to the comments bad comments overweight the good comments.... SERIOUSLY.. Do the Research.. Not Recommend it. THIS SHOP..

This turned out way better than I envisioned. Car repair, insurance hassle, rental car is very stressful. But the repair of my car was done expertly and great attention to detail. The car was spotless when I got it back. They did a great job! Another plus was the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone I interacted with at the shop. Five stars for sure!!!!

The only reason they get 2 stars is because the 2 ladies in the office are great as far as customer service. I had my vehicle repaired by them, and it came back worse than when they took it in. I had the vehicle repaired, and came back with electrical issues and missing parts which they claim was "maybe it was like that when I brought it in". How can a vehicle have no rear lights at night but be perfectly fine before it went in? The missing parts are also in the vehicle inspection photos! The minor details are not there, over spray, paint missing, mudflap is barely hanging on a nail in my tire now, and my interior leather is dirty/damaged in spots now. That's how my vehicle was delivered to me. My wife was also being cat-called by the workers from the shop, talk about unprofessional. I would not have them touch my car with a 10ft pole and would never have them do work on anything I own ever again.

I had other new bumper for my car that I brought to Bloomfield Collision for painting. This is just new unpainted bumper without mounting hardware, accessories and grills, for painting and will replace the old one. Alvin the son of the owner agreed to paint it for $475.00. After 2 days the bumper was done but color was way off (too bluish, see the attached 1st painted). Alvin, Pascual, Alex (the owner) and the painter Kenny knew paint was way off (bluish) right off the bat when just put it next to the car but they still insisted color was matching so Kenny the painter told me to install the bumper and it will magically match. He made even a deal to pay for it if color is bad. So I came back and installed. I knew the color was off any person can distinguish right away, so just to prove I showed the painter how it looks (see attached 1st painted). It's just they were making it difficult for me for them to get away obviously. They accepted it to be repainted but cancelled me many times about 3 times. After that it took another 3 weeks before they finally started repainting for the reason they said Kenny's son had an accident and they don't know when he was going back to work. Now the 2nd time it was repainted again it was off (too dark grayish see attached 2nd painted). I picked it up and knowing there was white dirts on the side of the bumper when I brought it home. I called Alvin the next day and told him there were white marking of scratches. He was screaming over the phone telling me he won't accept it back in anyway he doesn't want to do anything with me again. I insisted and he told me to bring it and put the bumper on. So I went back and installed the bumper to show the scratched for them to wax/buf it. Of course they insisted I did the scratches and telling me why I didn't tell them when I picked up the bumper. I told them I didn't because I thought they were dirt thinking I can bring it back if I found any problem like the 1st time it was painted when I took it he didn't let me check when I wanted to check before I leave and he just said painting were good if there's a problem I just let him know. So I called a police when I was there arguing with another person Fabian (he said he was a manager), because I sensed they were again making everything very very difficult. I asked for a police report so I have something that I can show when I bring it to the court. I know they will not do it for the 3rd time and I will not do business with them ever again so I rather asked for refund. Apparently they will not give my money back. SO be aware and stay away with these people! for your own sake don't be a victim like me! - Nathaniel

this business is a good example of where you should be able to give zero stars or be able to deduct. Absolutely horrible customer service and terrible outcome. they are completely unresponsive and disorganized. Any estimate they give you on time or money expect it to be 3x more expensive and 3x a long. They are also untruthful where they are along the process; if you ever happen to call and ask on status- they will lie.. they even went so far as to blame the insurance company when i called and verified that they were the ones not providing complete paperwork.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be extremely disappointed and frustrated beyond belief.there are many other body shops to chose from in the area.Service: Body & Trim

Great experiences with them for both front and back bumper lol and other work too. Got my car back on the 3rd day which was great timing since I dropped my car off Monday and ready by Wednesday. An enterprise hub being in the same building made it even better to setting up my rental car and dropping it back.

They did a great job! I made an appointment, dropped my car off and had a small repair done within a day. Plus, they cleaned the car up so it looks like new! There's also an Enterprise Rent-A-Car service within the shop, so if you need a rental car you can get one right there. The people who work at Bloomfield Collision are very professional, and I would recommend coming here if you have a choice.

My car was serviced here after getting into an accident. The original work the car needed was completed well, however when picking up my car there were paint stains left on the body of the car, product residue all over the windows, white stains on the interior, scratches on the passenger side door, and my driver side tints were scratched. Unhappy with how I received my vehicle I gave the shop and opportunity to clean the sloppy imperfections. I was promised a car detail and a replacement for the tint. I dropped my car off for a second time and I waited all day to finally get my car back the the same issues i discussed with the manager. After working with cars myself for four years I could tell no detail was done at all.

Did a great job on my vehicle's repair, but my vehicle was only one month old at the time and when I brought it there only had 2 visible scratches. When I picked it up after the repairs were completed, there were quite a few scratches all around my car on all four sides. I brought it to the manager's attention and he told me pick a day and bring the car back in and they will fix it all free of charge. It was an inconvenience, but I did bring it back in a few days later. They finished the car within a few hours, but a few of the scratches had been overlooked. I also had to go back in again about a month later because I noticed that my hood was lined up properly. I'm not sure if this was overlooked by my insurance adjuster or not repaired properly, but I went back and I had to again drop off my car for a day. They repaired it very quickly within a few hours and all was good again. Overall, I had a few bumps along the way, but my car looks awesome, so I would reccomend this place. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Customer facing, this place was great, but behind the scenes I m not so convinced.The shop sent me like 5 texts to say that my car would be finished on-time but when I didn t hear anything by 2pm, I called. They told me over the phone that it would be done the next day.I think they rushed the job. They broke a trim piece on my door, left tape, and a paint drip on my spoiler...The whole experience was meh

Had my MINI repaired here after someone backed into my quarter panel. Bloomfield collision had reasonable prices, were exceptionally communicative, did superb work, and have a rental car company on site to get you back on the Road ASAP.The repair took about 2 weeks but they kept me updated along the process.

After an accident that damaged the front bumper and grill of the car, I had it towed to Bloomfield Collision because of their well-established relationship with Geico. The Geico adjuster evaluates the car on sight and Enterprise brings the rental there, too. This part is great and easy, but it s all downhill from there. My car was dropped off on December 4 and they said it would be done in 1 week. When I called a week later, they said they needed to order parts and it would be done in another week. Each week that I called, the two women who answered the phone were short and said, we ll call you when the car is ready. Another week went by and they unapologetically told me it would be another week. We continued in this pattern - they never called me to tell me their initial time estimate would be extended, they never apologized, they simply repeated, we ll call you when the car is ready. We have a lot of vehicles we re working on right now. In the end, my car was there from 12/4/19 until 1/4/20. My rental car benefit was maxed out on 1/2/20, so I was without a car for a few days. When I finally got my car home, I immediately found that the spare tire was missing. I called the shop and they said they d look for it. I told them I was on my way back there and would arrive in 15 minutes. When I arrived at 12:04pm, they were locking the door and leaving, despite the fact that I told them I was 15 minutes away. They gave me a spare - no way of knowing if it was mine. Though the work they did seems competent, the customer service and speed of service here is atrocious.

If I could give no stars I would. My insurance company made an appointment. I showed up early for an 830 appointment and the rental company showed up on time. We stood out there for about 20 minutes for a business that should have been open at 8. They were a no show. The insurance company tried to contact all available numbers for them with no success. After the fiasco then insurance company said they would discuss to higher about removing this shop from their recommended list because this was UNSATISFACTORY!!! I should have known as the reviews for this place is already terrible. Check out new trimble auto body in clifton instead if you have GEICO. They have much better reviews, super responsive and have great customer service.

I had to leave out of state for a family emergency. I had called the auto body shop which scheduled the appointment time with my insurance agent. Claribel listen to what I had to say and told me she would be contact with me during the process. She was such an important roll during this time. I felt my car was in great hands considering I was leaving on such short notice. Bloomfield Collision sent me updates via text with the status of my vehicle. I really couldn't be happier with the work. Thank you and your staff for such an amazing and effortless experience. *Very clean shop.

Bad experience. Maybe they service Geico customers better. I brought my car in on June 18th and didn t get my car back until July 24th. I had to keep calling them to get updates, instead of them informing me what was going on with my car. I think I should ve been paid to be the middle man between my insurance company and them. They had to order extra parts that they didn t have on the original estimate. But you had the car for 5 weeks that assessment should ve been done week 1. And when I picked it up my front grill still had 2 cracks on it that they said wasn t on the estimate. Smh. Never again!

Fast and professional. My car was side swiped and the other driver took car of getting my car fixed. Could have been an disaster; instead it was a memorable because this establishment was diligent and steadfast. Never missed a beat!

My car was fixed and came out good, however it took 5 days to fix one mirror when it was supposed to be done Wednesday i didn t pick up till Friday and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude every time i spoke with her and we will not be using this company again because of it.

They were incredibly fast and efficient and worked seamlessly with my insurance. My car came back looking like new and working perfectly after someone rear ended me and messed up my bumper and muffler.

Wouldn't use them again. Once they're paid, you see a change in attitude, and I'm big on keeping your promise, paid almost $4000 for repair and was promised they would take care of a couple scratches no charge because they were greatful for my business. Once they were paid, didn't take care of the scratches and told me they forgot about it and they need to give me another estimate. Choose another place.

Extremely poor customer service. The manager argued with me back and forth. I had questions regarding pricing and his responses were very abrupt. When I pointed out incomplete work he proceeded to make petty comments again and even told me he was doing me a FAVOR (thousands of dollars later).VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST.
