Called over the phone for a part. Stated I m coming in to pick it up. Drove 40 minutes for him to say okay be ready tomorrow. Never did you mention that over the phone. I told him make a deal and take $20 bucks off for the gas and toll i gotta pay to come here AGAIN. He said no. Okay no problem now you get a bad review. Learn to have customer service skills. Just some thugs operating a junk yard.

Worst customer service! Called to ask for a price and hung up the phone on me and I called again and I asked again the guy said he raised the price $50 dollars because I asked again and hung up the phone on me again!! I guess they don t want business nor to help people out!!Don t shop there!! Rudest people ever!!

Had a part I needed for an older vehicle. Nowhere to park. It's not very inviting when you come. I'm not sure if they have had issues in the past with robberies or if they are just stand-offish.Part was a bit pricey, $150 for a fender.

Customer service is bad, works are rude and treat you like prisoners, they don't let you go in to purchase parts, you have to order threw a window and wait over 40 minutes to get your parts .

Very terrible customer service and the Spanish guy was very RUDE! Came on Wednesday morning and they said they had the parts ready for me by Thursday, when I come back Thursday they said they only had one, and that the other one would be Ready in half hr. I waited around for the half hr they said then the Spanish guy came out saying that by 5pm it would be Ready. Seriously if you have customers try to keep them don't make loose then!! Don't go there without reading reviews! Our biggest mistake ever!

Very Bad Service! Why make me pay a deposit for parts that you "supposedly" have and don t have it ready after ordering it a day before! The Spanish guy is very rude! And the white guy that took my order was ignoring me while I was there! Do not go there or hand them a deposit!

Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. I traveled from Philly to pick up some struts, made my cash deposit on Tuesday. Was told my struts would be available on Thursday. Came back Thursday, they weren t ready. Got a hotel. Was told to come back Friday. Called Friday, they said one strut was OUT.. & to call back @ 3:30. Stayed in hotel again.. Came Saturday morning, they lied.. none of the struts were taken out of the car. The product wasn t ready & they had taken a cash deposit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. VERY TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION . I should be reimbursed for my hotel fees as well, they are shameful

Where do I Start. Super professional they have everything you need or they will find it! Flor excellent excellent customer service I mean A1. I have never been to a junk yard as organized and had enough man power to do any job. They move fast always pick up the phone it s amazing. Will be back for any of my needs!

I called for this particular part which they said they had it but gave me the wrong part and wouldn t allow me to return it or exchange for the exact one I wanted. Don t come here!!! Terrible service!!!

Some top notch guys here, I came in looking for a specific computer for my car, and within a day they had it for me to pick up. Excellent pricing, just finished programming and testing the new computer and it works great. Absolutely no complaints, was an easy in and out process. Plus, everything was quicker, and cheaper than doing it online.

I purchased a power steering pump from these guys and couldn't have been happier. The service is fast, clean, easy and they will have you coming back to service all of your part needs or even just to have your kids say hi. They are that memorable, reputable, and family friendly even.

I have been buying parts from this amazing place. Rocky, Flo, excellent customer service....the are so kind, patient, so polite and always with a great smile. I do believe you can feel the teamwork sense, and the great company they are. I do work with a quiet number of Auto parts and they just rock. Thanks for taking good care of your customers...From all the THM team, thanks and keep the great customer service you have through all this years.

These guys sold me an alternator for a 2013 Honda Civic I put the alternator it did not work right away I had to keep boosting the car for 15 minutes, 40 days after alternator stops working I call the guys they said 30 days of warranty expired there s nothing that they can do they did not even offer a discount on another one, nothing personal agianst the guy who talked to me on phone but he did not do the right thing and that reflects how customer focused they are.I did not want to buy an alternator for a month i wanted a decent inexpensive part but at the end of the day I ll sum it up as a gambling junkyard where you pay cash and carry. Don't expect sympathy or any kind of genuine willingness to help from these guys.

They are the best. I ve been going to them for the past 4 years. I recently bought a throttle body & a battery from them. They are very professional Rocky helped me a lot & I will be getting more parts from them in the future. I HIGHLY recommend coming here.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Called for a a part was given a quote and then called back a few days later to make sure they still had it and was given a different quote in the same part. Then was told that I must come to them to give a cash deposit in order for the part to be pulled from the vehicle and would have to wait days for it to be available for pick up. Then midsentence was put on hold. And when they came back onto the phone they claim that the vehicle was sold five minutes ago, when he clearly said they still had it in the system at the beginning of the phone call. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Wouldn t even bother to call them. Horrible service.

I came there to drop off a tire for a car that I don t have anymore. I was told that it will cost $3 to dispose of it. Seemed fair since you are providing a service. I pulled out the $3 prepared to pay for it and I asked for a receipt. I was rudely laughed at and told to take the tire and I else where and that they were not going to give me a receipt for it. Idk what transaction people do where they are not allowed to get a receipt but since I am paying cash I want a receipt. I ll be letting people know not to come here for their rudeness and unwillingness to provide a receipt for even the smallest of transactions. I m pretty sure they provide receipts for larger transactions but the simple fact that I was given such a rude demeanor for asking for a receipt tells me about the place itself.

I ve been getting parts from them for a very long time, this is the second time that I order a part from them and got the incorrect part for a vehicle if you don t get the part installed within 30 days they will not replace it even though it s their job to certify that the part that you ordered from them is the proper one before giving it to you very irresponsible on their behalf please be aware

My son ordered a center console for his car, he made a deposit, they made him wait one week, and when he went to pick it up, they gave him a incomplete piece. I went to return it for him and they told me no returns. Unrecommended. They dont even deserve the one star im forced to give them.

My daughter was in a car accident and totaled her car. We didn't have any say in who towed it but they were being the worst people I've ever dealt with. Because her car was an hour away from home - my local auto wrecker recommended Bloomfield - they couldn't have been any nicer! Rocky was honest, fair and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!

They had the product I was looking for but, they also present the poorest customer service on this planet!They don't have parking so please bring your parking with you.Long wait after you pay for the product but they amazingly don't have a waiting area. I stood in the scorching sun for unbearable minutes.I believe they can do better with customer satisfaction.

Very rude customer service and social skills! Called asking about a product and there side of the phone kept cutting out. He asked me a question and color matching for the product I said for a specific color multiple times which was blue, would think it would be hard to find right? Then proceeds to hang up on me. Based off this wouldn t support the business. Unprofessional and immature.

Worst customer service! Drove 35 miles to be told to get out of the establishment because I wanted to look at the part to see if it was the same color match as my car is an off white! I was told I had to pay for it even before I could see it, and if I didn't they wouldn't help me. He proceeded to tell me he wouldn't refund me if it didn't match my car. I asked to speak with the manager and was told to get off the premises or they would call the cops!! OMG for what!? These people are making a mockery of this place. Looks like they like the idea of losing customers. I was nothing but kind and Flor was nothin but rude, over the top crazy. Owner needs to get involved if he wants to make money. I'm assuming they were discriminating because I am woman and they didn't feel the need to assist.
