I want to thank everyone over at Bloomfield auto body for the amazing job that they did on my car. They went above and beyond to fix the damage from a deer and any other imperfections they noticed they fixed with no hesitations. I was surprisingly surprised getting my car back seeing it detailed and then letting me know that they notice a couple things and they went ahead and fixed that as well.Also, you need an appointment to do an inspection of the vehicle. However when I walked in they accommodated me which I appreciated as I was as well.If you ever need any work done I highly recommend. Hopefully I don't need any work done in the future but if I do I will be back.

I had my 2018 Lexus NX 300 dropped off at Bloomfield auto body after getting hit on the right side. They did great work and brought the car back in amazing condition! The whole team is very communicative and I would definitely recommend anyone to use their shop for body repairs!

Brought my BMW X5 for repair after being referred by State Farm. Bloomfield Auto Body did an excellent job fixing my car. My car was returned in 1 week. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop. Excellent customer service. Thank you

WOMEN AND YOUNG DRIVERS: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!My car came in for a repair in the rear bumper and one of them utilized my car for god knows what. 3k miles and ran it til it reached -1687 miles of oil life in the span of a month. I have their paperwork stating the miles in and conveniently, the miles out wasn t written in. I was observant in seeing the number on the odometer (3 thousand miles more) They refused to show me surveillance cameras to prove otherwise. They claim they don t have them installed (even though I visibly saw ones outside). I ve never heard of any auto body shop having no cameras. One of their workers left their clothes, countless change, 2 used water jugs and other personal belongings in my car, which they asked me to return and with good faith I returned to them. I use an EZpass and cleaned my car entirely before handing it to them, my front and back seat were dirty when I picked it up. They lied and claimed the belongings belonged to another customer. They told me that removing the battery could ve affected the odometer and they d call the manufacturer themselves to verify (they didn t.) This repair was supposed to take two weeks and they used my car for a month. Two weeks into that month I came to the shop to check the progress and NOTHING was done to it. But it was certainly parked out front. They gave me the run-around for weeks and presented no care or solution to this problem. They devalued my car in adding miles and brushed me off because I m a woman and they took advantage and took me for a fool. I m disheartened by this situation.

Brought our car in after a rear end early December. Car was fixed well as far as we can tell (hence 2 stars for the required work that was done). Was told we would get the car back in two weeks. Car did not come back until after Christmas, in which about 100 miles were added on the odometer. The front cup holder was left with full of change (assuming for tolls) as well as an open water jug in the back seat. The back seats came back dirty as well as the cup holders in the rear center. Car is brand new and was used at their leisure during the holidays. Will not recommend or go back here.

My SUV IS NEW and was stolen and wrecked and I chose this body shop for the repairs. When they were done it came out better then when I drove it off the lot . I highly recommend this shop. I was broken from my experience. They made me feel great again with the work that they did. I am posting before and after pictures off my vehicle along with new pictures of this great great shpp.This month of may 2021 I was driving to Connecticut for recert training when a giant dear ran in front of my truck. The was okay and angry but was able to run away. My truck took in front passenger side damage but luckily no airbag deployed. My insurance company put me back in the great hands of these professionals. Again they came to the rescue. The owner remembered me which impressed me alot. He and his crew went to work quickly and restored my truck I once again. I just love getting treated like a preferred customer even if I'm not. But that is what you get at this shop. They explain everything and treat you like a primer gold card customer. Thank you guys once again for getting back on the road and feeling great about the service I received.

On december the seventeenth My car was hit it look like it was ready for the junkyard. I took my car to bloomfield auto body and less than 3 weeks I got ny car back they did an incredible job you can't even tell my car was hit I will personally recommend anyone I know who need any type of body work done to their car to go to Bloomfield auto body

Awesome Awesome The Customer Service was Amazing! They kept me up to date on my vehicle,they made sure my rental was reserved, They answered all questions and concerns clearly, I had a issue in my trunk didn t know why it felt wet without pointing this out to them they called me and asked was I aware of a leak in the Trunk Omg! Clearly they care and take Pride in their overall work. I went due to a rear end damage from a auto accident and got two things fixed in no time! My car looks better now then when I purchased it Omg my mouth was wide open when I saw the Excellent Job they did on my car!!! Thank you!!! If ur looking for a Body shop etc and Guaranteed Results Look no further Trust me they are the best!!!!! I forgot to add how clean it was they washed her (my car) her name is Diamond lol and they made her Shine so bright Omg! Such Great Service!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Sadly, my car was totaled and they never had a chance to work on it. I hear their work is amazing. However, I can judge them on their kind hearts and professionalism as they guided me through the process. They made an otherwise terrifying ordeal feel less awful. I'm forever grateful.

Had two small issues with my cars. With the one under carriage cover, when I went in for a quote they reattached it temporarily to make it safe until the part was ordered and it could be fixed (without me asking or saying that I would use their services). They re friendly, really professional and communicated everything really well. Can easily recommend them!

I visited this location in April after my vehicle had been hit during a traffic accident. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. They explain to you what they are going to do, step by step. From the photos, to the estimate etc.When you have an accident sometimes you have to get a rental car while your vehicle is being prepared. So, it s important to know how long the process is going to take! Bloomfield Auto body provided me with a timeline and they stuck to it!Once my car came back, they not only made it look brand new (my accident was front end, so I needed an entirely new front bumper) they cleaned the interior of my headlights. What a difference that made!They also gave my vehicle an interior and exterior wash. Essentially, they went above and beyond. I had my vehicle back in three days!Lastly, everyone in the office wore masks while engaging with me. Which was important to me during a Pandemic.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into a fender bender with my recently purchased Jeep Grand Cherokee and the team at Bloomfield Auto Body did a great job fixing it. Bloomfield auto body is the best body shop in Essex County. Nick and his staff are beyond professional and treated me like family. I came in to get a small panel that had flew off in an ice storm replaced and painted. They did phenomenal work with prepping and matching the paint on my car. They were very on point with being on time and kept there word. There prices are very fair for the quality work they do. If you are in the Bloomfield area I highly suggest you check them out you wont be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can t say enough good things about Bloomfield Auto Body. The work they did on my car is not just good it s fantastic. They dealt with my insurance company directly and held them responsible to ordering quality replacement parts. My car looks new again. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop!

The service at Bloomfield Auto Body was top notch. I was involved in a side impact and needed two new doors installed. They made the process of coordinating with my insurance (Statefarm) a breeze. One of the main things that stood out was the quality of the repair and their attention to detail. Both doors were installed and painted back to full factory spec, with the consistency of the paint finish and pin-stripes being the real game changer. When it was ready for pick up, I arrived and saw that my car was thoroughly cleaned and detailed. This was the best it looked since I drove it off the dealer lot. You can definitely trust them to get you back on the road!!

A branch took my side mirror off and dented the roof and side panel along the way. My insurance company suggested them, so I sent the car there. I got the car back and it looked brand new. The car had been detailed as well. The service was fast and professional. I would recommend them.
