I recently had my RSX serviced at this body shop, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. The team demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and efficient service. My car looks brand new, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend this body shop for anyone seeking quality repairs. Five stars!

These guys are great! They were about to fix my car scratch by buffing and had everything resolved in under 20 minutes. So grateful.Updated review- Sept 1, 2023In early August, I was unfortunately involved in an accident. I immediately reached out to my insurance and asked if I could bring the car here. I truly appreciate John s attention and communication throughout the entire process- he is the BEST! I highly recommend this place for all your needs.

Best place to go in the area by a mile. Can get pretty much everything done here. They pulled off magic on 2 of my cars in the past few years. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Jared runs a great shop.

Berkeley did NOT disappoint! A friend suggested this place, and I m usually a skeptic. Look at the pics below of how a selfish driver ruined my baby. Berkeley exceeded my expectations! The front looks brand new! My baby is so fresh and so clean and I m so so happy! Highly recommend!

With an unexpected visit to Berkeley Auto shop, i really can say they helped so much. I really appreciate the help from both Randy and Johnny for my car issues that was resolved under 15 minutes. Don t second guess this auto shop, go straight there for any car repairs!

Ewww. I called and asked a question professionally and respectfully lol guy says "No!" 'Click'. Nasty person whoever that was. Not a good look. Second time being hung up on as well. 2 different people

I've had to use Berkeley Auto's services twice recently. They were a recommended and approved company through my car insurance. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experiences with them. They did beautiful work each time, give fair quotes, and they work pretty fast. They made the entire experience pleasant! The staff pretty much became my best friends. I trust them. Although, I hope to not need to fix my car anytime soon, I very much enjoyed working with Berkeley Auto Body. I highly recommend their services! =)

This place is a gem. Joe and Mark took really good care of my car in a short amount of time. I had a great time laughing with them in the midst of car trouble. They helped to ease my concerns because my car seemed unfixable. Yet the Berkeley Auto Body made it happen. They are very nice and honest people! I hope to not have car trouble but if I do, I'm bringing it to Berkeley.Highly recommended!!!

The staff here go above and beyond for customer service. I brought my car here for repairs and the work done was cost-efficient, fast, and just like new afterwards. I had brought my kids along with me and John and Maria were so kind to all of us! They chatted with my children, put on cartoons for them to watch, and went out of their way to make us all feel taken care of. If you re looking for excellent repair work at a fair and honest price point, I highly recommend Berkeley Auto Body. They re a family-run business who truly treat their customers like family. I m never going anywhere else!

Berkeley was able to quickly get replacement parts to repair body damage to our car and did an excellent job, getting the repair done even more quickly than their original estimate. I am very happy with Berkeley. They do a nice job. They are very professional and their prices are most reasonable. I drove a little far to use them but the trip was worth it. Definitely treated me well.

I highly recommend Berkeley Auto Body. This family owned shop made my experience as seamless as possible, they even called the rental company. They made my car look just like new and even gave me a lifetime warranty on their work. Go see Maria and John and tell them I sent you. You won't be disappointed.

Really nice service and honest staff. They are trusting and willing to always help you out. Quick turn-around and very reasonable prices. A family gem! If you live in North Jersey and have an Auto-body work, do yourself a favor and bring your car to Berekely. Highly recommend!

I have a 2015 Tahoe , I went to few body shops and received different quotes. I last went to Berkeley and parts of my truck that other body shops said need replacing and more than expected work , Berkeley said that was unnecessary and they fixed those parts w out me having to a buy a whole new piece. I saved $600+ and I will bring my truck next time I need body work.

Not because they didn't do good work. They fix my car 2021 crv n didnt check to make sure it was correct. However I had to take my car back and explain the issue. They fix it but im still waiting for some part they say still on back order... Overall the customer service is Good. They do good work!! Would Recommed!
