Richard was an AMAZING help. Not only did he help me step-by-step on what was wrong with my car and advise me on what to do, he was very personable and reliable. Very much recommend this autozone if you want some excellent customer service and direct assistance.

Customer service was good. Mohammad was helpful. My only issue was the availability of torque wrenches. There were only two on the shelf. Thank God one of the available wrenches fit my needs. Maybe it s just my timing in shopping around the holidays, but I like this store and hope it gets restocked.

I looked online to see if they had a lockout kit and they did in stock. I called to make sure and the young lady had me on hold for 20 mins. That s how long it took for me to walk from my home to the store. When I got there everyone is busy . Girl in the front with pink hair looked like she had an attitude I walked in and she just looked at me no greeting no hey how are you just very uncomfortable feeling. I went to this other young lady with her pinned up and asked her if they had the lock out lit she went to the back for two seconds and comes back saying they don t have it. At this point people are getting paid to look busy.

Horrible serviceHad me waiting over 25 min to change a car battery. Lady couldn t take off a screw told me to go to a mechanic but thankfully another worker was able to take it off. Better off going to another location

Very helpful, courteous, and friendly Autozone!! I actually was down the block at another auto store but after waiting forever to be helped I decided to go to AutoZone here in Bloomfield instead. I m glad I did and the guy who helped me named Mohammed went above and beyond to make sure I got the right car battery, he even helped me put it into my car!! Good job!!

One of the Pillars of Auto parts stores.Very helpful staff. Always have what I need to assist my vehicles performance. If you need a Auto mechanic at that time they usually socialize around the outside of the store or helping another person.

THAT EMPLOYEE IS SHAME FOR THE COMPANY!!!! NEED TO BE REPLACED!!Carlos ,also the" Indian guy" are trying to do their best , I didn't really noticed any desapointement. 3rd or 4th times ,I'm coming here. Today , SURELY the LAST TIME at this spot. I have been shopping at autozone for MANY YEARS ,I spent so much money there. This YOUNG WHITE MAN ,you see in the picture has been ,the most disrespectfull employe , i've never seen in any autozone in NJ. He might have some "connection", friends or family in the company ,or people allowing, protecting him with that attitude to stay and work for the company.He is not even older than my younger brother (34y/o ). He looks early or mid 20s.I'm almost 40years old, he may not even in his mid 20s yet!When I entered the store and he saw me , he started looking at me with that angry ,despising , face telling me "what's up!!!" with that arrogant or sense of superiority (maybe his race ) maner, and" I don't care "attitude.I told him that I didn't appreciate the way, he was talking to me as a customer, and I'm not who he thinks . He kept repeating 2 or 3 times ,showing the "I do not care" facial expression .. !!!(Yes! You are powerful in your work place , you can ban us ,refuse to serve us ,treating us so poorly and not even care about losing your job ,etc...)I was there to exchange my car parts, I bought yesterday ,he THREW MY RECEIPT ON THE TABLE and TOLD ME to GO somewhere else. I told him ' I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO DEAL WITH HIM , with NASTY ATTITUDE. ( So Rude, Direspectfull). He didn't even APOLOGIZE , he just turned his back and kept having fun,LAUGHING LOUDLY with his friend and colleague (the Indian guy), that was more important than a customer.. !!Everyone makes mistakes , you know you're wrong , don't even escalate things ,laugh, make fun of it , telling someone to go somewhere else!!BECAUSE OF THIS EMPLOYE YOU JUST LOST ONE CUSTOMER!!HE HAS A GREY T-SHIRT (not red) THAT MEANS HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE THAN THAT . That IMAGE Displayed and his behaviors are not helping your company sales. Good luck!! There so many others place to go!!

Very ghetto. Went in there for a battery change and ended up getting threatened by one of the employees. I had to make a police report and press charges, the manager doesn t know how to control his employees and the business is very bad.

Came in Saturday for replacement backup light and then came back because a screwdriver wouldn't do the trick. Found out I needed a wrench and had amazing assistance sizing and then getting value for it money. So grateful for the assistance today! Highly recommend

The customers are very rude. There are a lot of Spanish people in there that think they can just cut in front of you. Almost got into a whole fight cause they were so rude. And the worker there didn't give me the proper reading on my car or attention. A female mechanic who was there helped me more then he did. Just sad

This is the third time I have difficulty to some magnitude. The manager told me they would not accept my return. When I asked to show me where in the 90 day return policy this business has he told me to call the corporate number and that they would explain. I offered to show proof that the tool I purchase did not work for my project he said they would not accept it at all. Keep in mind not once did he actually look at the tool bits I returned that clearly showed no use whatsoever. I will never shop at this site again. The Belleville location accepted my return with no issue.

Even though I did not purchase anything, the employee who helped me was very knowledgeable, what I was looking for was not sold in stores for obvious reasons, I needed a honda wheel lock key which I knew they wont carry that because then thieves would just buy it and steal wheels but I was in Jersey and needed to get those wheels off so I can go home to MA, the employee was very helpful but in the end the person I took the car to was able to break the locks off

Wonderful customer service matched with grade A communication skills. The staff was very helpful in helping me relinquish any issues that I was having. Very professional , patient and understanding . I will hands down revisit for most if not all my auto needs.

Hate to give this place a bad review because the lady that is usually there is so nice and very helpful. I go out of my way to come to this store just for her. But yesterday I went in for a couple things and was standing in line ready to check out and the young Spanish guy just stands looking at me angrily as I m asking him if he is open. Wasn t until the other guy came around the corner that I received some help. Then one of the Spanish guys friend comes in and he starts talking and acting friendly. This type of behavior will keep people from coming.

My daughter's car had broken down up the street. I needed a coolant flange and was worried that I'd have to tow the car somewhere. AutoZone had the part in stock as well as the coolant needed for a European vehicle!!! Life saver!!!! Excellent knowledgeable and courteous staff!! The store and parking lot were both immaculately clean. A+++ Bloomfield Store!!!

This AutoZone location is ridiculous! The staff here is very hilarious! They act like they know so much about cars but they get all of their information from a computer in front of them. The Spanish female manager has a very nasty attitude if you prove her wrong or ask a question that she knows nothing about. Like I said, a computer for information. People please understand, the staff here are NOT mechanics, and they will misinform you if you don't explain it to them in lamest terms because they will even look at a computer to find which air freshener is good for your car. I will never visit this store again!
