Heydi and Danny were absolutely rude. The customer service at this place was flat out horrible. When I asked to speak to the manager they both walked away from me . I will be filing a complaint with compliance, that behavior should not be allowed in a service industry.

The employees at this store at attentive and helpful, everything is easily laid out and relatively easy to find.The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the cleanliness and condition of the Parking lot.There is simply put trash everywhere. It s not acceptable, and with a little work could be addressed.

Purchased the lightbulb tried to return 2 hours later and they stated i couldn t because it s electronics. Nothing stated i couldn t return it i even asked the girl and she never stated i couldn t return it. Never going here again and don t recommend you go either.

People frown on Advance Auto Parts for their prices, but the proof is in the pudding.Anthony, the manager, went above and beyond to assist me test, charge, and exchange my battery.Lena from Corporate also helped facilitate a smooth transaction.Thank you both for saving this down-on-his-luck student from potentially losing his job and school travels!

Bought a battery and the installation was included. But the guy who installed the battery had no clue what to do.A simple battery replacement.He was using the wrong sockets; could not figure out how to put the battery clamp back. I had to show and help him.

I just went to a store for pickup andI went inside to get the order and theytook me to the back of the store toask the manager for the delivery and Ioverheard her talking bad about blackpeople and talking about Donaldtrump etc and when I asked if theyhad the order she said "What are youdoing here this was delivered over anhour ago" and I told her to have morerespect for drivers because we do notcontrol when and where we getorders and I also mentioned I wouldreport her and she replied "I don'tcare I'm the boss here anyways."Not to mention she has blackemployees and making racist remarks

This advanced auto parts have no respect for time. The store says it opens at 7:30am on Saturday. It is 7:45am.

First and last time going to this location, the assistant was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I observed others being treated with proper service meanwhile the young lady attending to me was too indulged in the conversation and business going on next to us to even recall what I was asking for. After offering an item number (which she rudely refused) and repeating my car make and model over and over, it turned out there was only one item available when I needed multiple. Wasted my time for nothing.

Horrible, worst experience ever!!! I have been told to wait on the other line, and I waited with patience, no complaint. After a while, the man with the beard came and started to rush me??? (no customer at that time) Ask me to hurry up, omg what kind attitude is that, and I don't care about it. My item is $13.96; he said my total was $14 and I gave him $20, he gave me back $3.96. I didn't realize at first, but when I realized and back to him. He still has a nasty attitude and told me to line up again; I'm okay with that because other people are waiting at that time. After I get to him and explain to him that you gave me the wrong change, he then take out a calculator and rudely throw 3 dollars in front of me!!! He should give me back $6.04. Honestly, nobody cares about 4 cents, but he never wants to tell me that he doesn't have 4 cents because he feels like I'm the one who wastes his time and gave me that attitude. I'm paying for this why should I deserved that nasty attitude. I have been here before, everyone is friendly and with professional service, but because of him, I will not be back anymore. The manager should consider this seriously about how employees are treating the customer with attitude.

Third time the store's website says something is in stock, and we go to store and it's not in stock. Waste of time.Also, beware that the service persons are not well informed of required service oil types. A service representative tried telling us that the oil I was looking for my vehicle was incorrect, but per my dealer and service manual it is the only recommended oil to use.

Horrific customer service! I went to get a battery at around 7 pm and a Hispanic guy a little on the heavy side with a ponytail was helping me . He looked on the computer to check which battery fits my car. He tells me the prices, He then walks away to helps a female on another register leaves the store toHelp her and comes back in and asks NEXT customer? I then said to him excuse me you were helping me. You abandon me to help another customer. You didn t finish helping me. He then aggressively responds you don t have to talk to me like that. I was so confuse! I responded by saying excuse me? Talk to you how ? I m telling you that you abandon me in a middle of a sale to go help another customer. He then continue to challenge me and go back and forth with me. Super disrespectful ! At that point I took my business to Auto Zone. Don t waste your time in this place.Go to Auto Zone they treat you way better and they are super helpful.There s no manager in this store to hold their employees accountable for their poor costumer service. Horrible!

I went to purchase a new battery at 6:30 PM and was told that they do not install battery after dark. I wish I could give them zero ratings. I went down the block to a competitor and got my battery installed. Thanks for nothing!!

Was upp America same James different day I don't have anything to say about the store but it is a nice place to meet a woman in the parking lot that's is in need of machanical assistance as I love to donate and it ain't money satisfaction guaranteed my best friend name is extendo btw.

I was there today to pick up my UPS delivery, one their employee(hispanic looking, wearing maroon hoodie with prescription glasses) checked the back and told me that I have to come back on dec 22 to pick up my package even though it says on the UPS app that my package was delivered. I realized that he has no idea what he s doing so i came back in and ask other employee instead. And the package was there, at the register near the front door.

Purchased a engine coil. It was not the same that my car has. When I went to returned it was refused. They make me feel like a liar, smelling the coil to see jf it was use. Those two lady were very rude, very unprofesional. But there was a gentleman that came to us listen our explanation and made the exception for the return. It was my firt time buying there and the last one.

Store has pretty good selection of parts and if something isn't available they will order it very promptly. But friendliness of staff is hit or miss. I know my way around a car, not the store but they don't seem to get that and offer no assistance in finding products. Went to another Advance Auto Parts in a different town and talk about a difference of service. You don't know good service untill you get it!

I needed to rent a tool,,I went in explained what I wanted an needed. They was very professional, kind and courteous, I was in an out in no time.. I came back with the tool my deposit was returned quickly with no problems with a smile.So being that things went so smoothly,,,I will start coming here for other things I need for my truck.

I came to buy a battery. And a associate by the name Dwight was the best help I have ever gotten from any retail store I been to. He was very helpful he put a smile on my face even through I was having a bad day. I will tell all of my friends if they need car parts,go to advance on Bloomfield ave. The store was very clean and everyone there seemed like if they was family. I will come back to that store,and gladly get parts from them. Tell Dwight to keep up the good work.

Hours are different from what they are on google. I got there at 5:48, one of the guys let me in and then locked the door behind me and said alright guys 5 minutes til closing we re shutting down the computers. When I told them google said they closed at 7 a guy said I know what the website says we re closing at 6. Ended up not getting anything cause I was rushed the staff was unpleasant for literally no reason

The manager benji with the girly eyebrows threatened to eff me up and to watch myself after he didn t like my tone for not being able to make a simple return. No way to conduct business when patrons are being threatened physically. You guys should consider who you hire for management. No manager should ever escalate a situation with a client over something simple. I asked to make a formal complaint and was told I couldn t

I ordered an item for "pick up" so when it was ready I went to the store and I waited in the "pick up only" line for 10 minutes while the manager was having a conversation with another person, I assumed he was a customer but he wasn't, they was just talking about other stuff and then she tells me to go wait in the regular line. THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE PICK UP ONLY LINE. Horrible customer service.

I always receive professional care when I visit this Advance Auto Parts store. Every. Single. Time. They are happy to check to see if I have purchased the correct part for my car. Benji is super helpful and put the blades on my vehicle. Visiting this Advance Auto Parts store is always the easiest thing to accomplish on my to do list.

Terrible service, no attempt to greet or assist you or make eye contact. Simply was looking for a bulb. Was told to go to the isle and found the rack empty. I go back to ask if it was in stock and recieved no answer as the employee walked into the back. Meaning while 2 other employees did nothing.

I'm giving 4 stars for Luis. I had questions about my car which he gladly answered and went above and beyond getting information I needed. I ended up not purchasing anything bc te store didn't carry it but I left knowing exactly what my car needed.
