Mike has worked on my vehicles multiple times, and always been straight up and honest with me. The staff is very friendly and respectful, and they always work quick. I recommend that anyone in the Blairstown area who needs a good mechanic give him a call.

Quality Automotive was amazing!! Our car broke down on side of the road and we were towed there. They managed to order and install the tires we needed in the same day and they were all very nice and beyond professional. I would highly recommend them:)

Just started using Quality Automotive and had 2 of my company trucks serviced and a personal vehicle and was impressed with the professional service I received. The technician went over each vehicle and sent me a report with photos of the findings. This shows you exactly what needs to be repaired and suggestions for preventative maintenance is included. Staff is very friendly and responds quickly to calls/texts. I am so thankful for Quality! The team is responsive, professional, and their work is always expert. They are always there for smaller issues or questions, and they track the maintenance on my car better than the dealership. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic place for sure! Quality auto has the perfect blend of small town trustworthy garage yet with a very high tech way of doing business. They send you a link that explains everything in detail, including pictures. This gives you as the customer a very easy way to understand exactly what your vehicle needs and why. This is a great place that I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Excellent service. Trustworthy and honest. Timely. I drive a lot for work and put a ton of wear and tear on my vehicles. I have used many mechanics in the past and never have I had more reliable experience and service that I get with Quality Auto. Excellent service. I took my car in for alignment based on a friend s recommendation. We were both new customers and we both felt the service was top notch. Not only was the job well done, they provided a complimentary report of issues (with pictures) for things that could use attention. It was a pleasant surprise seeing such attention to detail and quality. It was very helpful and appreciated. I think the pricing was pretty good too and it was exactly what was expected. I d definitely return for other services.

Outstanding Service!Brought my 2015 Mini Countryman to them to look at a grinding noise coming from the front end,they went over the entire car,took pictues of everything they looked at.Diagnosed that the transfer case was shot,and needed replacement.Being a recently purchased car through Carvana,the car was still covered under Silver rocks limited warranty.Quality Automotives team took car of dealing with the warranty company,got approval for all necessary repairs,and i got my car back in a timely matter!I just want to thank Mike,Denise,and the rest of the crew at Quality Automoive for an exceptional expierience! The staff was friendly, straightforward, and did excellent quality work. My vehicle has over 180,000 miles and they were able to make it drive as smoothly as it was when it was new! My new tires and alignment are perfect. Great work! All at a reasonable price.

This place is 10/10. I happened upon this place at random, and I am absolutely happy that I did! Quality Auto is awesome, everyone is polite and super professional and very friendly. I was looking to get a new exhaust put on my car, and these people helped me every step of the way. They set up a day to look at the car that was based around my schedule. Then they brought me out to look at the car, asked what I wanted, what I was looking for, and even explained to me how they would do the work depending on what I chose. Then they helped me pick out a variety of different items, makes, and models, all which fit my budget. They set up a day to do the work, got it done fast, and efficiently. They did so much more as well, and I could not be more happy with their work! And they really care about their customers. They offer so much. I plan on going back to get a little more work done soon, and I honestly think they will be my garage forever. Give them a try and you won t be disappointed.

We have been coming to Quality for years! We always get excellent service, Mike & Denise are always friendly & helpful. The mechanics not only do the work we ask, they keep an eye on other things and let us know what be needed in the future to prevent any large expenses. We trust them in maintaining & fixing our cars and referred them to others! I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough to recommend Quality and all their employees. Excellent service and treatment. Explain everything that was found and fixed. Best service you can find. Trustworthy! Experienced! All of the people at Quality are just that, quality! They accurately diagnose diagnose any problem you might have. They always provide professional advice on how to maintain/repair your vehicle without any pressure! They do an excellent job on routine maintenance and repairs no matter the size of the job. Pricing is very fair. If you want someone to care for your car, they are the best.

I went for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received! The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They do an inspection and take photos so you can see everything they see. They also have a punch card key card which gives you a free oil change after your fourth visit. I will never go to jiffy lube again!

Had a serious exhaust leak over the weekend. Stopped at Quality without an appointment. Was able to leave car and have them inspect exhaust for problem. Within 4 hours the car was repaired for a reasonable amount and they even completed an oil change which was due soon. Thanks to Mike, John and the staff at Quality Automotive for quick, efficient and reasonably priced repairs.

I called at 4 pm Thursday Mike return my call before 430pm. He was able to get my truck in the next day by 11am checked out my engine noise was able to repair it and service oil change checked out the entire truck.It was all finished and ready to pick upTruck by 4pm the same day.They were very professional and courteousThis was the first time I used them and now will have my 2 vehicles to Quality &Mike for all my services And Repairs Thanks MikeServices: Engine repair, Oil change

Did not get the chance to do business with them, as they wanted to over charge me for the part and disquise their labor cost with a 3 year warranty.. The dealer price was much less. 200% less. They could not justify the high mark up of the part so I went to a different garage and got a fair price with excellent service. I will not recommend this garage for repairs. We have several options in town to settle for a dishonest over-charging mechanic. Mike - in the future, Please be fair with the local customers especially our youth who are first time automobile owners. you should not over charge them nor should you mislead them. Shame on you MIKE! The best part of this experience was it only cost me $100.00 to realize that I should never do business here as opposed to giving them my business and being ripped off for many years to come. Travel north or south on 94 and you will find plenty of honest professional mechanics with fair pricing. I will not and if you are reading this you should not go to this garage...NEVER!
