Shawn, Chad, and Logan were wonderful to work with. We broke down in Blairstown on our 2k+ mile trip back to VA towing a travel trailer. It was a starter issue, and Shawn was able to get the part, tow our truck to his shop, and have us back on the road by 4pm the same day. He and his team were a Godsend!

I was broke down on I-80 E the state police called them and they were there fast and towed me to a safe place. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I can not say enough about this company! I am from Long Island and was traveling to peninsula to trade my car in and got a flat tire in New Jersey. I pulled off the highway and stoped at a gas station. I asked a man I seen in the parking lot if they knew a tow truck company in the area( he was the mayor lol) He said you have to call Engel Towing. Beat thing I did! Nice clean truck pulls up 15 minutes later. Had no problem putting my car on truck! True professional. I feel bad I do not remember the drivers name but he was a joy to ride with for an hour. Clean professional and personal. Made my morning. I feel like I have made a friend and I may have enjoy my ride in the tow truck better then the ride by my self. Things in life happen for a reason. Sean and the team are great. We've brought our cars there for years now, and they are always fair, patient, ready to explain and give their honest level of confidence when something is not 100% definite. My wife loves them, too. She's no more mechanically minded than I am, but she always feels they speak to her respectfully and as an intelligent equal. She's never felt dismissed or talked-down-to. Nor have I. A great local team.

I had called another service several days before, which told me I'd have to wait for 3 weeks for an oil change! I called Engel's right after, and they fit me in within a matter of days. The people were pleasant, the change took less than an hour, and it was a great location- right next to Dunkin on one side, and a beautiful little pond on the other. Super accommodating (they let my dog run around off leash outside, offered me a chair from the waiting room to move outside, etc.)- would definitely recommend!! Thanks for a great experience!Service: Oil change

Such incredible service by this shop! We had issues with our vehicle on our way from NYC to Western Pa. We walked into their shop and they were able to fit us in. They explained everything in detail, including the pricing. We were able to get back on the road in a few hours. We couldn t recommend this place enough!!

Always a great experience with Engels! Was broken down on the road a few days ago and Sean arrived promptly and kept in constant communication every step of the repair process. Absolutely wonderful to work with and compassionate for these unexpected things! Highly recommended!

We ran over a nail on 80 West traveling home after my husband had surgery. We were fortunate enough to have a police officer take us off the exit to Engel Towing and Auto Repair. They were wonderful. Fixed our tire promptly for an incredibly reasonable charge. We were on our way in no time at all.

Very nice people here. I had a bad accident on a Sunday when they're closed. I accidentally gave my house keys to the tow truck driver with my car key because I was so flustered and about to get in an ambulance. They were nice enough to come in and unlock where they had my car so I could get my things and my house keys. It was super great of them, especially because I live in NY, so I really was in a bind. Highly recommended.

Needed back brakes replaced on my car. Reached out to Engel's and got the job done quick and at a fair price. Never once felt uncomfortable or swindled. They even went as far as to give me a quick ride to the shop when I was in a bind. Absolutely phenomenal service and attitude.

Can't over emphasize how great it was to work with Engel's. Had a hub go bad on Route 80 on my 24' trailer and they went above and beyond in getting the parts in and fixed as quickly as possible. Thanks for the help!

This is the second time I have used Engel Towing and Auto Repair for my Motorhome. These guys are truly great. New brakes and shocks on front last time as the darn thing scared the life outta me, the team diagnosed down to a collapsed brake line! This time lost Brakes on my Winnebago Brave 36' due to rodent activity. They sent the right Recovery rig the first time, to come pick her up. All I had to do was wait with a cuppa coffee. Tow guy, i think Carl, (apologies) was tremendous. Having reversed this thing down the 1/4 mile driveway Got me nose on to the tow, lifted, and of to the shop in no time! I know that I wont have to worry about an accurate cost estimate. I will have Engel do the rear shocks at the same time! I have to add, these guys did my front calipers on my RAM 2500 Turbo. When I thought than I had burned the pads, they said no, resurfaced and saved me big BUCKS. Other than recalls (RAM have to do them..) I intend to use Engel for all my servicing. If you are on the road in a MH or any vehicle, and on RT 80 Near Blairstown NJ and need service, REALLY consider these guys for any Motor or Chassis work.PS They don't fix fridges!Highly recommended! A++++++++2006 Winnebago Brave 36, on a Vortech Workhorse Chassis

These folks are great. They do 24 hour roadside assistance. They saved me after my insurance company failed me. Took good care of me and the price was very reasonable.

One start is not even worth it I broke down on route 80 my serpentine belt snapped on my car was towed to their shop then was given an estimate of $997.97 to fix it cuz they're tech seen that the air compressor locked up on the AC and I need a new compressor and a serpentine belt since I didn't choose to have them repair my car they charge me $105 on top of the tow for the tech I went there Saturday bought a $20 serpentine belt put it on myself and drove the car out of there and saved myself $957 they're a rip off

I broke down on Christmas Day traveling to my daughters house in NJ. I called Engel Towing and within a few minutes they arrived and towed my vehicle.Very friendly folks..They had my car ready to go in a few days.. Thanks Guys!
