Needed oil last minute & Daniel was just closing down but didn t hesitate to see what I needed. Not only did he check my proper oil he put in what I needed so I can be safely on my way! I really appreciate his kindness & compassionate attitude towards my situation. It really means alot! Thank you!

The staff at our local Advanced Auto Parts are amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful ..very good at assisting and ensuring complete customer satisfaction! Donna, the manager, always oversees that our needs are properly met .while multitasking I have been so impressed with the attention to detail on every visit. Occasional staff shortages are handled professionally and the quality of customer service remains amazing! Very thankful to have such a great store and such wonderful people making this community awesome!

The manager argued with me as a customer about wearing a mask rather than accepting that it is an individual's choice to wear one or not. The store doesn't require masks but I wanted to wear mine and she kept arguing that I didn't have to and trying to push a scientifically proven falsehood about the danger of wearing a mask. My surgical mask isn't hurting anyone or myself. As a high risk individual and a healthcare worker, I have to wear an even higher level of mask (N95) for hours at a time and it doesn't harm me. What happened to the rule about the customer is always right? And rule #2, if the customer is wrong, reread rule #1? Let me wear my mask in peace and move on.Also I had another experience where an employee kept trying to sell me an amber bulb to go behind a red lens when I kept telling him that I was pretty sure it should be a clear bulb. Sure enough, when I pulled the light apart, it was a clear bulb. The computer system insisted it should be amber for my car. Seems odd to me.Otherwise they have mostly been friendly and helpful at this store.

Everyone I've ever spoken to there is pretty knowledgeable and always helpful figuring out solutions to different problems I've been unfortunate enough to have with my truck in the area.

Chris was friendly and over worked, his partner was outside pretending to check out a young woman's car, in fact he was checking her out , waited 20 minutes for wiper installation, finally gave up, I guess I will do it myself, next time I will just go to Walmart, only came here to get it done.I did as the owners asked and gave them another chance, I placed an online order for curb side pick up for wiper blades that I wanted installed, Richard not only refused to install them he also refused curb side pick up so I had to go into the store, a recent Injury causes me to walk with a cane, didn't get as much as a bag or my receipt as I fumbled everything back to my car, I won't bother giving them a third chance

God awfful. Hubby placed an order week ago with a ship date if Sept 2 and I contacted customer service today and the Candice the other line help lady basically said it's the holiday we have to look as there was a delay. When I insisted on eaiting she goes oh the departments gone we can't do anything until Tuesday. Lady was so condescending and rude. I would of never ordered anything here if I knew of so many bad experiences. When I complained it's ridiculous it was clear she basically said it wasn't her problem and I should just wait until l get it. Fast shipping claim is a bunch of bs and the rude condescending customer service reps are beyond frustrating. Really we have other options to buy products elsewhere so before you talk down the your customers telling them screw you we have your money and we don't care you should think twice. If i could give it negative 10 stars I would. Don't ever use them.Three calls later and I still do not have a definitive answer. The customer service I had one lady who seemed nice but never returned my call. One guy who seemed to give an answer but wasn't sure and kept putting the answer to expediting team and flat out said their online portal in unreliable. Then so frustrated with unreliable answer I spoke to a supervisor who was well useless. He was flat out rude and clearly did not care about customers having a bad experience. Clearly the customer service team is a mess since the so called supervisor has no care either. When transferred to a manager who then proceed to tell me he has no idea about my order. i presume if my call is transferred i expect the manager to be up to date not to mention he cut me off while i was talking to say oh i haven't looked at your account yet. ridiculous. Oh and I can continue that your customer service supervisor apparently doesn't care to do any more work then look at his screen since when I questioned why his staff gave me a ship time he goes I don't know why he would say that so I had to explain then he goes well then I am sure he's right. He didn't want to call and confirm or check anything until I flat out said so. I didn't realize that depending on who read my order it said something different because when I questioned the multiple answer your supervisors response was well you are talking to different people. I didn't realize depending on who read my account it would say different things. But then again your customer service agent claimed there was only 15 mins between 1130 AM and 1:10 PM as well so. The least I expect from a supervisor is to acknowledge the frustration and disappointed and apparently the one I spoke to doesn't care. because when I ended the call saying how angry disappointed I was and would never shop with you again all I got was lame "Sorry you feel that way". As I previously said in my original review the was the experience from HELL and clearly not 1 person in your company cares at all.

I walked out because only 1 out of 3 employees was wearing a mask, including the guy walking around helping people. I have vulnerable family members at home so I'll take my business somewhere that respects our wellbeing.
