The Holman organization has been around forever with multiple dealerships across the USA. They all are extremely professional. I have used both the Maple Shade NJ and now since my move I use the Turnersville NJ location. Alex my service associate took very good care of me. Communication is excellent and the car was done when promised. Pricing is on par with most other dealership service departments that provide this level of service. I always use the dealer for my Ford products because I want factory parts and Ford trained techs. It cost a bit more but then it's done correctly the first time and to me down time is important. Thanks again to Alex for the great service.

So, backstory: I have a 2018 Ford Explorer purchased back in October new from Holman in Maple Shade.When I arrived at the dealership, it was very easy to drop off and check-in for Quick Lane service. I elected to drop off my vehicle and told them to take their time, it was the weekend and I figured they would be pretty busy with people sitting around impatiently waiting (people are truly the worst sometimes...) anyway.. As previously mentioned, I just bought the car in October and wasn t sure what other recommended services there would be (if any) for the mileage increment I was at, other than an oil change of course. They informed me that they do a full multi-point inspection on the vehicle along with the oil change - brakes, battery, fluids, etc. Two hours later I got a call, car was ready, and everything came back good on the inspection. $59 and I was on my way. Since I have a warranty + an extended warranty on the vehicle, I want to try to continue service at Holman. I had a HORRIBLE experience with my previous vehicle (a Volkswagen) so I want to make sure everything is done by the book with this car. I m glad Holman makes it easy to do that and I m extremely happy I bought this car from them. I look forward to continuing my service here. Thanks so much to everyone working that day :)

Kudos to Colleen, who was my service rep though I waited a while for the parts to come in for a recall Colleen continued to be excellent in her approach and commitment to giving me the best service available she even provided a lift back and forth from Ford and my house which I greatly appreciated As a local business owner as well as an actor My time is very valuable so that this was very important and Ford did an excellent job as well on keeping my car clean and operable the new camera was installed and though they are very busy still provided me the time with great service thank you Colleen thank you Ford..... This place makes you wait endlessly for the wrong reasons, charge exorbitant prices and fees, and claim longer than needed service times. Getting a key should not take over an hour. Claiming it takes an hour for the computer to "code" the key is ridiculous. I've hooked my old car up to my laptop and gave myself remote start and navigation in less time than getting a key made. And 240 dollars for the key? Who do you think you're fooling, Holman? Everywhere else on the web people state they get keys for 150-160. Am I getting a gold key? Thank God I have my carvana warranty paying for it. $400 for remote start, nah, I'll do it myself. Never go here, they are a ripoff of the highest degree! If there was zero stars, I might have difficulty giving that high of a rating

UPDATE: I initially had a rocky experience with Holman s service Center, however, Bob Hughes is an excellent service manager. Once I returned to the area about 7 months later, Bob kept true to his word and provided a complimentary service. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star service was the wait because an employee forgot that I was there which added an additional hour or so to my wait. If all employees were as attentive as Bob Hughes, the service center would run like a well oiled machine. Despite my hiccup during this visit, I would recommend Holman service center.If you are concerned for your vehicle and personal safety, please do not go to the service center at Holman Ford. I recently went to Holman to get an oil change an multi point inspection for my vehicle before a 400+ mile trip. Holman told me and provided paperwork stating that my vehicle was in great condition. After I pulled off, I immediately turned around because I felt shaking/vibration in my steering wheel. I was told that this could ve been caused by flat spots in the tires (which if that was the case, Holman s service employees should ve noticed that during the inspection). I was told that they could rotate the tires back that same day, but it could take a couple hours for the task to be completed. Instead, I came back the next morning to get the issue fixed. A different service advisor insisted that the shaking was caused by the tire rotation and that after a few days of driving the tread would wear evenly and it would go back to normal. I trusted their word and drove my vehicle 400+ miles then proceeded to drive locally when I reached my destination, however, the shaking was still consistent so I took my vehicle to Thomas Tire & Automotive less than a week after I left Holman. Immediately, they informed me that the shaking was caused by a front tire that was visibly in extremely poor condition due to belt separation. This was the same tire that passed the visual inspection at Holman with flying colors. When I called Holman before visiting Thomas Tire, the service advisor insisted that there had to be an underlying issue that couldn t have been visible and that since I had already left New Jersey there was basically nothing that they could do. HeAnother service advisor blatantly lied about being in the vehicle for a test drive. Holman put my safety at risk as they advised me to continue to drive on a tire that was clearly in poor condition and could have blown out at any time

As woman walking into a dealership is a scary thing! However, after meeting Sara, she made car shopping and buying a very enjoyable and stress free experience! Also, every team member that I encountered made me feel important and they were all working together for me. Most importantly they worked hard at getting my payments not close to but actually to were I felt comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to go to Holman s In Turnersville and ask for Sara! Tell them SUSAN Mann sent you!

QUICK LANE PROBLEMS! I didn't buy my car here but this is where I used to come for my services and oil changes. I always wait more than 2 hours for an oil change in their "QUICK LANE" which is just crazy for a working mother. I have also come there for an oil change before the hours posted on their door and website and they have turned me away. It was an hour and half difference from their closing time. Stating they don't take anyone after 430 when their door says 6pm is when they close. This is only my 4th oil change for my brand new car and they make it impossible to service. The representative suggested that next time I want to come in for an oil change to get dropped off and leave my car there. WHAT IS SO QUICK ABOUT THAT?? My car was not getting serviced just an oil change. Will be seeking a different location ASAP. **went down the road for oil change and was in/out in less than 30 mins and paid 1/3 of the price.

The Turnersville location has gotten a lot better with just about everything over the years. I used to drive to maple shade when I needed something but no more. Turnersville service, sales and customer service has been stellar.

Best lube pricing for your semi synthetic oil change. Plus tire rotation on the specials . Go early and often. Nothing beats fresh lube! Especially at Holman Ford. Best quick lane. Worried which lane is the quick lane? Pull up to the garage doors at front and they will guide you in and treat you sweet! Did I mention free coffee, donuts, wifi, super comfy lounge chairs, great tv, popcorn. Get extra services done to enjoy waiting room and get away from wife and kids for a while. It's like a mini vacation it's do relaxing not to mention done right!

Don't know about Quick Lane, but I drove 1 1/2 hrs to see a used advertised car by appt, and it wasn't there! Then, seriously low balled me below Kelly blue book value on trade in. I walked away.
